Property Ratings at Millspring Commons
This place has a serious rat/mice problem. Management is fairly new as well as the maintenance team. There seems to be no solution as to how there are going to fix this problem, I have been living here for years & this is the worst condition I’ve ever experienced with these apartments. I can hear the rats moving around in the walls as it travels through the HOVAC then behind kitchen sink & stove. They offer valet trash which is probably not the best option since rats and squirrels have been eating through the trash bin. The apartment is very spacious overall for a small family but it’s not worth it at this rate & conditions.
Property Manager at Millspring Commons, Responded To This Review
Hello, thank you for reaching out. We do our best to ensure that our spacious community is pest-free, and we regret any unresolved issues in your home. Would you please email us at millspringcommons-pm@pegasusresidential.com so we can learn more? We appreciate your time.
Poor customer service. Had a tour booked for this morning at 10 and nobody was even at the leasing office or had the decency to say no one would be there. Called multiple times with no answer & wasted gas coming all this way. Will NOT be returning.
They have been working on the “clubhouse” the last 5 months. The pool is gone and by looks of things it won’t be opened for Memorial Day. The workers only work the weekends and it’s loud! If you work Monday through Friday you won’t get any rest on the weekends.
The apartments are located in a great quiet and safe area. Champions Club is also convenient for my job location as well. Management was very kind and explained everything to me as being a first time mover. I have already recommended this place to some other people already.
I really enjoy the staff here. They are quick to respond to Maintenance calls and often are checking in around the complex and are super friendly.
The dryers do not dry in one cycle, sometimes takes 3 or 4 cycles to dry. The air conditioning does not cool the upstairs due to sub standard duct work. You have to use fans, which causes The electric bill to go sky high. Even when you do not use heat in the winter the gas bill is still high. The gas bill is estimated, not actual usage. There is a towing company that circles the complex like sharks, with out ample parking for visitors, meaning cars are towed regularly. The trash puck up company does not pick up all ytrash. If it is Mmmmmot able to fit in the can they will NOT remove it. And the leave trash they drop all over. A pizza box has been sitting on the ground for 3 weeks and no one has picked it up. The only nice thing could be its location to shoping.
