Millstone at Kingsview

I am eight months into my lease. I can honestly say I am looking forward to signing my lease again. The staff to include maintenance are awesome. Everyone is very attentive and strive to make your living here experience a very good one. I am very happy I chose millstone at kingsview.

All staff were extremely kind! Made me feel right at home! The apartment is clean and the common areas were clean! I appreciate how quickly the staff responds to my concerns and needs.

Everyone was very helpful during the entire application and move in process. I was surprised to receive a welcome package and other items that made me feel welcomed.

I've been living at Millstone at Kingsview since 2019, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a great value for the price. The community is quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking a relaxing living environment. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Millstone at Kingsview to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I've been living in my dream apartment here at Millstone for a couple of years now. My husband and I enjoy the peace of our apartment, the space, appliances and the staff support. The office always has something cool going on, or some freebies left at our door as a nice surprise when we come home after a long day at work. The folks who live here are super kind too and really brings a feeling of a community.

I'm a new to Millstone at Kingsview, but I've been visiting my fiancie here since 2022. Whenever I use to visit him I would say, "it looks and feels like a resort here". I felt like I was on vacation. The apts are high end and ours overlooks the court yard which really adds to the resort feel. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the staff in person. However, evidence of the excellent management here is everywhere! This place is maintained so efficiently! EVERYDAY my building is cleaned. Sometimes when I leave in the morning I see spills and debris on the floors that tenants dropped. By the time I return, sometimes less than an hour later, its' gone! I've NEVER seen trash and spills sit the entire day! I also see the maintenace staff and landscapers working consistently everyday. This is our home. It's where we live and where we invite our family and friends. We take a great since of pride in our home. It's nice to know that since of pride is shared by the staff!

Best community in which to live in Germantown! Office staff are exemplary and the maintenance staff are just the best, you couldn’t ask for anything more!!

I have had the best experiences with a lot of residents from holding doors (elevator) to helping with groceries or just to say “Hello, How are you Today” our community is very warm and caring.

I enjoy staying here. One day I hope to live in a larger apartment in the same complex. But for now I will prepare for the future. The staff is nice and accommodating. I love the gym and the barbecue pit.

Great place to live. I have lived here for 10 years and I wouldn't change my neighbors, the complex or the workers. The complex is always a clean. The maintenance staff is friendly.

The apartment, community and staff are wonderful. I made a good choice moving here. They do have things where the community is involved. I just haven't had the chance to go.

I still feel like this was one of the best decisions I've mad moving here and I'm Looking forward to the upcoming years to come as long as I remain in Maryland

Once again, I have no words to express how grateful my family and I are to live here at Millstone! We are very pleased with everything we have in the condominium and with the commitment and dedication of the entire office and maintenance team. My parents came from Brazil to visit me and loved this place, they said that the entire condominium deserves congratulations for the structure and how beautiful everything here is. great neighborhood and such kind people at the leasing office! a wonderful place to live :) the apartments (and area) are gorgeous and the amenities are the icing on the cake. a high quality place deserving of its luxury title.

I’ve lived at Millstone for 6 years and I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. I love everything about living here — the management staff (especially Carol who was here when I moved in) and the maintenance guys Claudio and Henery are friendly, efficient, and dedicated to making Millstone a great place to live.

I have lived at this development for 2 years and I am still impress with Management led by Carol and the Service / Maintenance staff team led by Claudio & Hendry. This "Dream Team" is dedicated to providing excellent service. The AC in my apartment failed last week during the heat wave. I placed a call to management and within minutes, the maintenance crew was knocking on my door to correct the problem. A new part was ordered and to my surprise, they installed a portable AC unit to cool my apartment until the new part arrived, which was installed the very next day. Once again, their responsiveness and dedication to quality service was evident during this experience. Great job Claudio & Hendry!!!! Also, the entire development, the clubhouse, fitness center, the pool and the apartment buildings, along with the general landscape are extremely clean and well maintained. Again, this is an awesome place to live. Michael J.

Very friendly staff members and the apartment complex is always clean. If you have any issues they always help you to fix the problem quickly.

Building island grounds are kept up well and staff is helpful.

I am impressed with Claudio and Hendry’s work in my apartment today. While performing a maintenance work Claudio went above and beyond using this time to fix my blinds and replace light bulbs. They are always very nice and helpful. It speaks volumes on their professionalism and efficiency. It saved me from raising a separate ticket. They even helped me hang up back a heavy mirror while here! Kudos to the team!

Beautiful property with incredible, caring staff and maintenance personnel. Business center was useful when I needed to meet for business, pool is well maintained and the ambience at night when I look out to the pool from my window is very relaxing. I love living here!

Millstone at Kingsview continues to remain the best community to live in. The area is fantastic, the staff is amazing and just shows so much care towards every single resident here. The amenities are very high quality. Neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you need.

Nice place to live. Neighbors are friendly and can’t wait till the pool opens this summer. The gym is quaint but has good equipment and is never crowded. Love the sweet treats from the leasing office.

Millstone is the most wonderful community. The office staff is dedicated, attentive and they care for every resident here. There are multiple initiatives and activities for the residents through the year. The maintenance staff is professional and friendly. Cannot recommend this community enough

I love living at Millstone at Kingsview! It’s so convenient to the grocery store and restaurants! Even the Clarksburg Outlets are close. The staff is amazing! They are super helpful and responsive to any questions and concerns I may have. I enjoy going to the onsite gym with no additional fees!

I have lived here since it opened, 10 years I think. I am 74 years old and the office staff and maintence crew are amazing. Always so helpful and friendly no matter how small my problem is. The community is filled with great people. Holiday parties and summer get togethers are always a good time. Love it here.

Millstone at Kingsview is THE best place to live in Germantown bar none!! Amenities are fantastic and the staff is fabulous. Apartments are very spacious and well laid out!! So glad we moved here 4-1/2 years ago and have no plans of moving!!!

I enjoy living here. Good location - walk to the grocery store, easy to drive to other things. Marc station is nearby. The buildings are newer with nice layout options. Maintenance is fast. Amenities are standard but good.

Everyone in my building, at least the ones I’ve seen, have been so courteous and friendly. Holding the elevator, helping to carry things, always a nice greeting. The little things are always so powerful
