I have resided here for almost a year and have seen a lot of changes for the better. I look forward to renewing my lease for another year.
It is quiet, clean, friendly neighbors. Pretty good amenities as well. Has a cute little dog park and a pool area as well as a garden. Its gated as well which is great.
Ultimately, it feels like there is a lack of concern for the quality of living for residents. There was no proper inspection of my unit to address the cockroach problem before my move-in. The swimming pool was constantly closed during the summer. Upon moving in, the resident portal didn’t correctly display my rent payment due. There is also poor communication when entering residents' units, and the new front gate procedure is very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the area around the property isn’t great, with homeless camps being set up just outside the property. I am not one that usually fills out surveys or leaves bad reviews but I hope that something will change for the better. I simply want to be left alone in my clean, quiet space without people entering my space because of "Page 8 of the lease agreement."
I'm a resident, the place is okay as of right now, but the maintenance is terrible I spent my whole summer without a central AC they tried fixing it it didn't work it's been 2 months now i think since thery tried fixing it. It's just once in a while someone comes to check the ac and then never fix it, so we have gotten some car part stolen the first year we moved in and because they just wouldn't close the gate and be strict, a few months back there was an incident in the office shooting and then they started closing the gates and having 24 hour security guard and checking everyone's credentials.

I’ve been living here for 3 years as of August 27th , besides the pest control issues, maintenance response times and some gun violence it’s pretty quiet it’s a nice complex and the leasing office is helpful at times . I enjoy I’ll be staying another year I’m transferring into another unit

The apartment is very nice for the pro rated price. I like how it is very close to the freeway and close to so many stores. Happy experience so far.
I like the experience of living within the Mira Vista community. The management staff is very accommodating, and helpful with getting through the application process.
These reviews are fake. This apartment complex is horrific. The gates are always broken letting the homeless people in to squat in the apartment next door and above leaving so much garbage and furniture all along the walkways and carports. Cars are getting set on fire from fighting neighbors. Every holiday guns are being shot off all around the complex. Maintenance never answers requests. And the manager will never call you back.
My apartment home is truly beautiful inside. You have all the amenities that you need in your apartment home. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is always on call. Always there for you whenever you may need. The office team that’s there now. Really helpful with all your needs, Monica B

This is a great place to live,with an outstanding staff.
I would not recommend anyone to live here the office was never open and no one answered the phones! They only take proud in the front of the apartments but once you go toward buildings D trashy and unkept! Not worth the rent
No. Don’t move here. Management is unresponsive. You don’t get access to almost half the amenities they brag about having. There’s constantly homeless people going through the complex and no security or anyone trying to stop them or remove them. Plus the front gate doesn’t work!
Unfortunately the benefits of a in unit washer and dryer and pool do not out weigh the unexpected personal and financially toll living here brings.
I have been here almost 3 years. I love my apartment home, maintenance is great My air went out in the summer and I was provided a great fan while they fixed my air conditioner. Maintenance crew keeps it very clean.This new management is on it and respond when you call I really appreciate that!

Quiet, clean, humble, nice neighbors, great little dog park
They dont even call nor email you back. I tried to call this place to see if they have available 1 - 2 bedroom im ready to love in next month or July. & they haven’t hit me back up.
dont ever live here, its not a safe place to live. shooting in the parking lot just last month, management doesnt care about your safety. they try to cover up the situation. homeless in and out of the complex, car break ins are rampant, 3 big fires in a matter of 2 years. just yesterday heard a gunshots again!
I am writing a formal complaint because my verbal complaints have not been acknowledged. I have been without use of running water since December 26th approximately 1pm. I have had my children fly in to visit from out of state along with other family members to stay for the holiday and I was unable to accommodate their stay because of not having water. Due to the expenses of the holidays, I was unable to stay else where and I do not have anyone in the immediate area to stay with during this tribulation. At 3:56pm on January 26th, I called the office and spoke with Richard who stated they did not have an estimated time of the water being turned back on. When I asked what I was supposed to do about the bathroom, he told me, "I do not know you have to figure it out." Approximately around 930pm without notice, I had water, but no hot water. The next day, Wednesday, January 27th at 9:23am, I received a notice at 10am, via email advising that water would again be shut off. I immediately called the office and spoke to the sales agent, Jamila. I asked her why I did not have any hot water? She sound inebriated and told me she would call other residents and call me back. In the meantime, I ran cold water and heated it up to utilize for washing up. I never heard back from her . At 10:37am, I called her back and she advised she doesn't know what's going on. I called at 3:57pm and 4:21pm on December 27th, they did not answer the phone . I went to the office and spoke with Shantel. Where she called the maintenance worker and he stated that the K building was not going to have any water for the night most likely and they did not turn on the water cylinder for hot water which is why we did not have hot water the previous evening. Shantel advised there was nothing more she could do because Richard would have to handle everything. Today, December 28th, Shantel advised that the property manager is still out sick . I have asked Shantel what am I supposed to do without running water and how long is this situation going to last and she rudely advised me that I needed to "figure it out." On top of me not having any water I have to deal with rude un-sympathetic staff. This situation has been horrible for me and an inconvenience. I am unable to take a shower, flush my toilet at a residence that I pay rent at monthly! I didn't get my water restored until the evening of 12/28 with no apologies or accommodations.
I have lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love my apartment! I also love that I am so close to everything... The mall, Starbucks, Target, the movie theater, BART.. I could keep going on and on.. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
The apartment I live in is just the right size for myself and my shutout , "Winston" we have been living here for almost a year and love being able to be so close to the Bart so that I can easily commute to and from San Francisco!
Imagine waking up because you feel this slight tingle on your arm, when you look up your startled straight out of bed! Alarmed by the one roach that just apparently shared your bed with you last night. That's my current situation of the apartment I'm living in. To the naked eye everything looks just right and comfortable on the outside but after only three weeks into my lease I found out quick , I'm not the only one living here. Unfortunately I've never lived around so many roaches but I guess thats what you get for moving to Antioch! Please help I need a new place to call HOME!!!!
The property is clean. Jen in the office is friendly,courteous, and quick to respond to an questions or issues that may arise. It is a quiet family and work community. Located close to basic necessities, entertainment, and churches for Sunday worship.
The apartments was nice, to bad these apartments does not participate in the section 8 program.
