Phenomenal management that cares ? Spacious floor plan for comfortability ? Desirable location near by necessities? Fast and helpful on-site maintenance ? Overall a wonderful experience and great quality of living ?? ONE downside, If you require more than one parking space it can get tricky, parking runs out fast! ?
Unless you live on the third floor you will be able to hear every step the person above you takes. Parking is a nightmare, and even worse in the winter. The front office is ditsy and incompetent. The A/C is located in the living room and does not reach the bedrooms so you're sleeping in an oven in the summer. The living room outlets and heaters are setup so there is only one way to have your TV and couch. I would not recommend to anyone to live here.
Lived there 3 years! First year we moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom! The manager at the time Mike. Was awesome. He even gave me a call to tell me when we moved that he noticed 3 things and I if I went and cleaned them I would get my full deposit back. So I did and then I moved to the 3 bedroom where we lived 2 years. I found out Mike left and there was new managment so when We bought a house and got ready to move, I went into management and got a checklist of the stuff they check for and even asked how can I get my full deposit back? I had a feeling that these new con artists would not be as kind and as genuine as Mike was!! They told me to clean everything on the checklist and I said well some of this stuff is normal wear and tear and will I get docked for that? They said no as long as I didn't have big stains on my carpet bad paint chips missing off the walls.. so I hired my mom and her friend and we cleaned for 7 hours!!! Doing everything on the check list, even brought in a carpet cleaner to get the little stains out! I replaced the burner things in the stove. Touched up little nails holes I had in the walls. We swept and cleaned our patio and storage unit. I vacuumed all the vents so there were no dust bunnies! Pulled my fridge out and cleaned the floor and the sides of fridge..My husband and I took video and pictures of everything to show how clean everything was! Anyways just got a letter with no explanation that we owe them an additional 120 dollars after they took our whole deposit... you can't win with the new management.. on top of that everything is cheaply made... it's not made to last so they can say you damaged it and get more money out of you! Parking is terrible! You can plan on parking at Walmart and lowes and walking home in the wintertime! So disappointed with this place! I'm in the process of filing a claim and taking them to small claims court! A
Without writing a novel I'll get to the points. Sure the floor plan isn't too bad and things seems to be new and up to date, but don' let that fool you. First off I always got noise complaints. The floors and the walls are so thin that I got a complaint about " slamming" the toilet seat in the middle of the night. Ever step I take makes a crunching noise for my down stairs neighbors to hear. The company will also charge for anything you have damaged. For instanced, the rollers for the washer and dryer closet. Apparently everyone breaks these according to the guys trying to fix it for me. They said an old lady would eventually need them fixed. I asked if the apartment complex would pay to replace them, they said no, it would be about 40$ My apartment was so clean when we left and we saw 26$ back of the 300$ refundable portion of our deposit. Everything we cleaned was labeled "dirty" when we got our measly 26$ check sent to us They charge you for a nonrefundable deposit of 150$ to do the carpets and the walls and that was all that needed cleaned. I've been waiting to write a poor review for a while and now that I'm finally out I can tell the world, DONT MOVE HERE. Also during the winter the plows would push the snow into the ONLY available parking spots. Everyone was getting stuck. There is absolutely no free parking here. That was probably one of the most annoying parts.
*Note* When I moved in here, I moved into an unused apartment. The apartments look nice at first glance, but once you live here, you realize how poorly they are built. The smaller bedroom in the two bedroom/ two bath apartments has a small closet to begin with, and then a water heater takes up half of that space. Very poor design. The floors creak like the building is decades old. The AC unit is in the living room and the cool air does not even nearly reach either of the two bedrooms. The bedrooms act like ovens with this design. Because the AC unit is so far away, I often opened my bedroom window to try to let in cool air from outside. However, because there are very few smoking rules (None of them actually enforced), I had countless times where smokers would smoke just outside my window and the smoke would come right into my bedroom and settle for up to an hour. The management do not care if you smoke or not. They place smokers in the same building as non-smokers. Smokers are allowed to smoke inside their apartments, which means if the smokers have their windows open, the smoke floats into all nearby open windows. Smokers are also allowed to smoke on their patios, regardless of whether or not their nearby neighbors smoke. It is disgusting. The management all day they are working on something to improve the conditions for non-smokers, but nothing actually gets done. Once the manager named Mike left, there remained no more decent managers. I even contacted Rudeen Management, the company who hires the managers for this complex, a couple of times. They were just as good at avoiding action and making empty promises. True politicians. If you smoke and don't care whether anyone else breathes in your poison, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid Mirabolante Apartments at all costs.
Moved in just under a month ago into a 2bdrm 2 bathrm and love it! The carport has been a lifesaver this winter! Awesome floor plans, very spacious BIG closets. Affordable is the big thing. And for everything they offer here well worth it. They have a closed off dog park that my chocolate lab Charlie needs. I've never seen that offered at any other property before. The office workers are lovely people that help at the drop of a dime. The repair men are also very professional and very quick. My neighbors (that I have met) are some of the nicest people I have encountered in a very long time! I completely encourage everyone to look at this place if you're looking to move to the valley.
This apartment complex is the cheapest built construction. The Management is the worst. Be Prepared to pay to move out. They will slap you with a bill that you have no control over. No matter how much work you do to clean or repair anything they will say it is not good enough. Worst lease i have ever had. Go somewhere else if you are willing to pay this much money for rent.
If you want to park at Lowe's or Walmart and walk over to your apartment, or listen to your neighbor going to the bathroom, or slip on icy walkways, then this is the apartment for you! Worst construction I have ever seen. Cheap appliances. Horrible management that doesn't want to work with you on repairs that need to be done (due to poor construction), no speed bumps for safety, and when the parking lot finally got plowed during the winter, they put the excess snow in open parking spots, leaving that much less space for residents to park. We replaced blinds and even patched up the holes from our TV mount (perfectly flush) and we were still charged with over 5 hours of extra work after we moved out (at apparently $35/hour), which included new blinds, even though we have pictures and receipts proving we replaced them. Literally THE WORST apartment I have ever lived in and would not recommend it to anyone!!
I just moved into my apartment and I absolutely love it. I am in a new one bedroom with a dachshund and it's perfect for us. The rent is fair and the landlord is amazing! I couldn't be happier here. Everything we need is also in walking distance!
