The neighborhood is mostly made up of medium-sized, single-family homes and apartment buildings, giving renters ample choices. Property Ratings at Miracle Manor
Bad management, pests out of control, loud music, water going out, no hot water, fights in hallways, dog crap everywhere. I could write two paragraphs in what can be summed up in one sentence. " Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else." I've rented from around 4-5 different people at this point and these are the first people I have ever had a problem with.

Let me begin by saying I am NOT a difficult person to please. I have lived here nearly 2 years, and will be moving out the beginning of next month (breaking my lease out of sheer desperation). If you need to make, or receive a call you will have to walk closer to a window for the recipient to hear you properly. They run things here on an outdated boiler system. Meaning you share your hot water with everyone else, so there have been several times I could not take a shower, or wash my dishes. Speaking of water they shut it off constantly with or without an hours (literally) notice for "emergency" purposes (no further explanation than that, ever). If you live in building H (in particular) expect to not find any close parking, and needing to walk around the back of other buildings to get from your car to your building. The horrible parking could be alleviated by designated parking, but management won't hear of it. If none of that steers you away here is why I started this with my 'I am not a difficult person to please' disclaimer: I am FINALLY moving out, without my first months rent, and deposit because there is an ongoing pest issue that has taken management from the summer unit NOW (January) to be serious enough about to take care of it and properly INFORM their residents. Not only is there a problem of ROACHES, but also BEDBUGS. Roaches.... ok, those can be kept away easily enough with spray and keeping your place clean, but besbugs?! I'M OUT! And you shouldn't even give this place a second glance on your way by!!

Unfortunately, the city did have a water main break last month, which caused a boiler advisory for two days. And in some cases, an emergency shut down is needed to make the repairs. We have been actively treating the pest issue and recently changed pest control companies this month. Our staff works hard to make sure every resident has an enjoyable living experience here, and we apologize for any inconveniences you've experienced. So the complex just switched owners a few months ago. If you have an issue they blame it on the old owners and it still isn't fixed. The office people are RUDE. They will tell you they are going to check on it for you and never follow up. When you call back to see what's going on all you get is attitude and them acting like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Building Q has been without a washer for a month becase some one set it on FIRE more than once and there has not been one security measure put in place. The machine to put money on your laundry card was broke for over two months. When it rains water comes in the windows and when you tell the office about it they ignore you. When it rains for a while the ground floor apartments have so much water comeing it the livingroom carpet is soaked enough you could splash in it if you stomp. This has still not been fixed since they said it was a foundation issue. People break into cars at night daily. The office knows but once again no security measures have been taken. There is dog poop everywhere and when you complain about it nothing gets done. There are people speeding through the parking lot revving there engines all day and night. The heat which is "included" in rent barely works so you have to have a space heater which drives up your electric bill. The apartments are freezing because The windows have not been sealed properly. When this was pointed out kalliah said that we should go up to home depot and by a window kit. The only thing they have going for them is the maintenance man is nice and the lady who cleans the hallways does a good job since after she leave it no longer smells like pot and cat pee.
Management is extremely rude and impossible to talk to. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment. The apartments are disgusting as well and everything is broken.

These apartments are AWFUL! When we first moved in the plumbing and electric needed fixed. The plumbing never got figured out so our sink backed up constantly. The windows are FULL OF MOLD! When I called they told me I was wrong and they never came to clean any of it. Management is unprofessional and rude. They continues to harass us about fees we already paid for because they're too unorganized. They had a separate lease on file than the copy we got with a different address AND rent! every month is a different problem and I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone!
My apartment is nice... The neighbors are a bit to noisy and some are not as tidy as I would like but for me and my daughter, it is home. I have a two bedroom apartment and it is plenty of room for the two of us.
Quiet, large spacious apartments, plenty of closet space and storage, shopping plaza across the street including groceries, clothing/shoes, BMV, home repair and 8 other stores. 12 restaurants. Plenty of schools in the area. Easy access to the freeway. Pet friendly.
