Mirage Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years and every year when it rains my roof leaks in several different parts of the apartment. This has supposed to have been fixed now 3 times in all the same spots. They only come in and do cosmetic work and keep claiming its not the roof that's bad. It' s funny how it keeps happening in the same spots every year. My stuff keeps getting ruined and i have to take time off of work to keep cleaning up and moving my furniture around in in other rooms just so it doesn't cause more damage. No one is paying me to deal with these problems that keep happening and that i have to deal with on my time i should be working or sleeping. If you want a worry free living environment don' t move here the units are old and they do not repair things correctly.

Horrible management team. Full of lies and problems left and right. Lived there for a year and regret moving here. If you want to avoid problems, dont move here. No security,full of random people left and right, drugs all around with no respect to the people that lived there. And dont expect to get your deposit back because no matter how good you leave it before you leave, you wont get it back. You'll get a bill instead.

The management doesn’t let anyone know about bug problems or mold before they move in, almost NEVER reachable and always avoids taking care of problems with the complex themselves and just tells you that’s “how it is you’ll get use to it.” Takes weeks to schedule important fixes in apartments or even normal maintenance. Hires terrible contractors and companies probably just because it’s the cheapest route. The actual places aside from mold, warped counters and cupboards rusty everything, super outdated fixtures let alone no real lights in main rooms and a 3ft water heater and least to mention the GROUPS of people hanging out in the middle of the complex making all the women creeped out and blatantly selling something due to high volume of random cars coming into the gates coming and going and just never told anything aren’t that terrible to live in but I wouldn’t suggest new babies or anyone without a good amount of patience.

My girlfriend and i went to meet with the manager Lindsey and get information on the possible rental process. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and very kind and understanding. It would be nice if everyone made it a point to be this personable in Bakersfield. My girlfriend has been emailing back and forth with her all day while at school and she responded back immediately. Thank you for making the beginning portion of our new home search an easy choice.

Manager Linsey is rude. People smoke weed, and cigarettes in all areas, inside units too, big dogs are allowed, a lot of poo ?? on the grass. Playground are old.

I lived here for 1 year i got the aprtment with some things neded a few repairs done overall okay i left it better then i got it and only hot less the half of the deposit back if you rent record the walkthrough and when you leave to get your deposit back

I live here and I hate it the flooring needs to be replaced. People don't respect your parking spot or car they will lay on it or sit on it. People smoke weed and it's every where. We have a huge water bug issue.

The apartments have a Waterbug infestation they are about 1-2 inches big. The manager is awful shes never in the office. She has attitude hates her job. A bunch of people that don't live here hang out in the pool or by my car! When I tell the manager she doesn't do anything. Someone got shot at 1 week ago people smoke weed and she doesn't care not a place for family .

I live there for 5yrs. before I moved a few months ago. I loved my old manger Bonnie. When she left the whole apartments went down immediately sorry for those who just moved in the new manger is a liar and she's rude and tried to charge me a large amount of money for a clean up fee after I cleaned and painted the apartment before moving and I moved out before move out date. I Don't Recommend These Apartments!!

Manager takes for ever to reply to emails tried to get everything I needed for my application to get the place left voice mails and called never got a call back.

The management was nice at first now she just seems rude aprtment is outdated and they smell wouldn't recommend living here

The manager lindsey had a attitude she wasn't clear about what is needed for apartments takes forever to contact you back the apartments sMell as if they were fumigated and saw roaches outside the inside of the apartment is ugly the concrete is broken and grass is in bad conditions
