Property Ratings at Miralago Condominiums
We've lived here over a year now, and we've dealt with an alarming number of issues that if we were living in an apartment or anywhere that actually did what they were supposed to do for tenants, these issues would have been resolved, but no, that’s not how this place handles things. To name a few…. We’ve had our power have issues for 3 weeks straight leaving us with no electricity, while the management company "Real Manage" refused to help us, they claimed that if the power company wasn't going to do it, then I just needed to "handle it myself". As a renter here, I should have zero responsibility to ever “handle it myself”, that is what our landlord and Real Manage are for. Although our landlord did eventually get an electrician out it turned out to be a breaker outside the building which needed to be replaced. This is something that Real Manage’s “repairman” on the property should have easily been able to handle. Instead, they just left us overnight without power in July by deciding not to send someone out to look at the issue, and without calling me back to let me know that they weren’t going to do anything. Whenever something breaks it's somehow not the responsibility of Real Manage apparently, we've been dealing with someone else's water being messed up, and somehow that means the entire complex must go without water for long extended periods of time with no update or info. I even had my car almost stolen and the windshield smashed in because the management company forced us out of the parking spots during 6 months of wintertime construction with no real solution or new designated places to park, leaving me and many others to just park on the street where there is (I’m not exaggerating) one single light for the whole street. In standard Real Manage fashion, they of course refused to respond to my emails of this situation or even offer to assist in helping me view their camera footage to try to catch whoever did that, although there are cameras facing exactly where my car was parked...
