Miramar Park Apartments

Can't ever have enough great things to say about this community. Nothing's perfect, but I don't think I could be anymore satisfied with my apartment and community than I am here, considering the area and pricing. I would argue that this community probably has the best floor plans of the immediate area, a phenomenal and efficient office team and maintenance team, and decent neighbors. Neighborhood is also conveniently located to so much. I always recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move in the area.

My personal resident experience is immaculate and peace of mind living in this community . All maintenance request are handled with professionalism and courtesy.

The support in this community has been amazing. I love meeting new neighbors and the feel of the community. Location couldn’t be better. There are some features that are a bit dated like the ac controls, light switches, the gate fobs and the door access (keys vs fobs) but the community is normally very clean and peaceful. Maintenance staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Moving into my new apartment complex has been a wonderfully serene experience. The beautiful surroundings, with well-kept gardens and vibrant flowers, create an inviting atmosphere that feels like home. The area is remarkably quiet, allowing me to enjoy peaceful moments, whether I’m reading on my balcony or strolling along the pathways. Neighbors are friendly and foster a sense of community, enhancing the overall enjoyment of this tranquil environment. Every day here feels like a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

Wasn’t a bad community to live in overall. Unit layouts are nice and spacious. Unfortunately mine had issues with leaks that were reoccurring and a constant issue.

Community is very nice & up kept. Great neighbors. Everyone is active & attentive to your needs. Best apartment complex that I’ve lived in so far.

I just moved in about a week ago. and the staff and the neighbors have been nothing but kind to us. we love it here!! Bianca was the most amazing and helped us have a smooth move in!!

This is a very Peaceful residence, there are so many amenities to look forward to enjoying. also the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

This week marks 4 years since I moved into this community and I am still so happy with my experience here. The area continues to develop, so location is very convenient. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and I would say some of the best in the area. However, what makes the difference for me compared to many other communities in the area are the leasing and maintenance teams - I can state without a doubt they are THE best! Leasing office is super responsive to calls/emails and so efficient (Bianca is amazing!) - which if you're new to the South Florida area, is not easy to find around here. Maintenance team is on point - you submit a request and they don't just handle it ASAP, but go above and beyond with checking any possible issues in the apartment (which I greatly appreciate). Neighbors are respectful and friendly for the most part (I have not had any issues in the 4 years here), parking isn't a major issue, and community is well maintained inside and out.

Great community. Bianca and the team is amazing. The pool and gym are top notch. Landscaping is always done. The apartment its self is very space and exactly what we wanted.

Amazing living space! High ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and a pristine surrounding area. The complex is also filled with amazin amenities. Love living here!

Best Property in south Florida! Well kept, well managed. Best floor plans and amenities no where does it like Miramar park. If you are looking for a home look no more this is the BEST please to be!

The move in was seamless. And the apartment is beautiful My son loves the space and the pool area Lots of parking space and the neighborhood is very quiet

I have been living here for about eight months and I love to live here. My neighbor are very nice and very friendly. The outside of the apartments are very cleans. I love to go to the pool and to the gym. Everybody there are nuce people. The girls at the office are very nice

ever since i moved into this community i am privileged to call this place home. there has not been one complaint since living here. my friends and family love it as much as i do.

It’s in a great location for me from work. However, some of the teenagers and younger residents and visitors in the complex play loud music late at night. We have also experienced packages missing after being delivered to our door.

The complex is nice and tucked away from a busy street. The layout of the complex is nice but the ground keeping is lacking and the resident do not care to leave trash bags a few feet from the compactor door. I wish the front office was more responsive to the offenders because they seem to do it over and over. Parking at night can be annoying but that is because there is no assigned parking.

Excellent place to live in Broward; Beautiful & Modern apartments. Awesome staff!! Great location - convenient to shopping, schools, parks, etc.

I love the apartment. We live right by the pool so sometimes there is a ton of noise. The courtesy officer is good about taking care of it after dark when there should be no one there. The garbage pickup is so convenient and service requests are taken care of quickly!! there is tons of weed smoking around the complex, but i can deal with that. it has been an overall good experience and we are happy!

The process was well explained and exceeded all of my expectations. The leasing consultant (Bianca) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment as well as the community are well kept and beautiful

I had such a good experience from start to finish. I applied online paid my fees with no problem. In two days I was approved. Love the community clean and well kept.

I love living in Miramar Apartment Community particularly due to property management/staff attentiveness to upkeep of the property. Great place to live beautiful spacious apartment. Management is extremely kind and Bianca is very helpful!! Overall pretty quiet and feels like a very safe complex.

The complex is beautiful! The neighbors are quiet. The pool area is pristine and so relaxing. We love the grill area. Our apartment was in immaculate condition when we moved in. The apartments are large compared to anything else we looked at. Highly recommend Miramar Park!

This is a great community. We've been living here for more than 6 months now and had a great experience. Try to use the gym and the pool as much as we can. Would totally love to stay here next year

Great place to live. Clean, quiet, pool area is like a resort with cabana, gas grill, big screen tv. great staff. Maintenance requests are handled in timely manner.

Love it here, especially the gym, that’s my escape and the facility is so nice sometimes it’s packed! Which is a good thing! I love the upkeep and the fact that there are walking trails and a playground for the kids. The pool is also a great area to hangout

Best community to live. Great office staff and super nice apartments. I have been living in this community since it first opened. The office manager Tammy is always planning some kind of event for her tenants.

Been living in the community since 2017! Very comfortable and a wonderful community to reside in! The upkeep with maintenance is awesome! The pool and amenities are amazing and very tranquil. The secret garden is my favorite place to go to ease my mind after a very long day of work.

On year 3 and still happy to be here! The tall ceilings are fantastic since they make the space seem that much more open and I think the air just circulates better which is a godsend with these heat advisories. The leasing staff and maintenance team are the BEST. I appreciate them so much! Always responsive and efficient, I do think they are the best in the area as I never have any issues and friends and families in other communities are always complaining about theirs. For the most part, a calm neighborhood. Of course, like anywhere, people will people and there will be the occasional loud neighbor or noise. The pool and gym areas are great spaces and such a luxury to have here. The only issue I see is the gate system - it is not the smartest and can end up a bit time consuming if there's multiple cars. But overall, so very pleased with my experience here so far!
