Bordered by an expansive nature preserve of mountains and desert, Scottsdale proudly embraces an Old West aesthetic, and even bills itself as “the West’s most Western town.” However, the city’s energetic nightlife has also drawn comparisons to Miami’s South Beach, with thousands of residents and visitors from all over the Phoenix area coming to live it up on the weekends. To top it off, Scottsdale boasts a thriving arts scene, which incorporates well over 100 galleries and the famous Scottsdale Art Festival; the Scottsdale ArtWalk is a popular community event on Thursday nights as well.
As if that weren’t enough to convince you to become a renter in this thriving metropolis, Scottsdale’s public schools are among the best in the state. The crime rate is well below the state and national averages, making this city a terrific place to raise a family.

We're excited to welcome you home here at Miramonte! Thank you for sharing our team's 5-star service!
I absolutely love living here! This is a great location! The office and maintenance staff are excellent! The first month I was here, I had a few things I needed fixed, the maintenance staff took care of it right away. The office staff is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who's looking for an apartment!

Wow, thank you! Giving residents a comfortable home and impeccable service are our highest priorities. Our team appreciates your feedback, and we hope you continue to love life here at Miramonte! - The Team at Miramonte Apartments
They are great UNTIL you move out. If you have a pet that is potty trained, and you keep your apartment very clean, they will still charge insane prices for carpet after moving out. I only had carpet in my ~15 x 15 foot bedroom in my unit. My dog has been fully potty trained for 9 years. I vacuumed twice a week, and even went as far as cleaning corners and wiping trim down. When I moved out, my carpet looked as no one had even lived or walked on it, and there was no smell. PB Bell charged me $45 for a "Deep Clean for heavy soil/stains", and ANOTHER $175 for pet treatment to the carpet. $220 total for a small bedroom with carpet that was pristine. They do not provide you with pictures or any proof for these charges. They just pass along the charges the carpet company sends to them with no proof. After speaking with other professionals in the property management industry, these prices are insanely high. I would stay away if you plan to live there with any kind of pet.

I lived here for a year and a half, and overall it was a decent experience. I’ll share the bad stuff first and then move to the good The Bad: Package Theft - In the 18 months I lived there I had 2 packages stolen from in front of my apartment. Not sure if anyone else had this issue, but it’s somethig to keep an eye on Guest Parking - The guest parking is essentially nonexistent except for one remote corner of the lot. If you don’t live over there, your guests have a very long walk. Every guest I had over complained about the lack of parking Pool - They have a nice pool area, however they are very strict about the rules. They have the “no alcohol, no music, very limited guest” rules posted that most Scottsdale apartments have, but don’t really enforce as long as you’re not rude or obnoxious, but this complex strictly enforces them. So if hanging out with a few friends, and drinking some beers at the pool while listening to music at a reasonable volume on a Saturday afternoon sounds like a good time to you, this probably isn’t the best complex for you Air Conditioning - The A/C units are definitely older and haven’t been updated in a while, so they are ridiculously loud. Be prepared to double the volume on your TV or take a phone call outside when it kicks on. Definitely takes a few nights to get used to sleeping with that noise Rent Increase - Be advised, your rent will go up significantly after your first year. I only signed an additional 6 months so my rent increased even more, but even if I signed on for another full year, it would have gone up over $100 per month. You can tell they’re starting to feel the heat from all the new luxury apartments being built in Scottsdale, and they’re passing those costs onto the renters Now for the good: Location - This place is in a great location, you’re right on the green belt, really close to the 101, and you’re a quick drive/Uber from both Old Town Scottsdale and North Scottsdale Maintenance - I luckily only had to submit 1 or 2 maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly and correctly. They also do a great job of keeping the grounds in good shape Office Staff - The office staff was nice and friendly and helpful, no complaints there All in all this place is decent, however you’re paying a lot for what you get, especially since it’s a pretty run of the mill 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Definitely look into this place, but explore other options in the area as well

When I was set to relocate to Scottsdale, a friend did some leg work for me, visiting several apartment complexes near my new job. I looked at the brochures, researched online, and talked to the managers on the phone. I decided on Miramonte, and I am so glad I did! The complex is beautifully maintained. My apartment is spacious, and has a washer/dryer, which is a huge bonus! There is a beautiful salt water pool and fitness center. The staff in the manager's office are very helpful, always willing to help. The maintenance staff are great, as well. I received a letter from maintenance, making sure all was well, even offering to replace any light bulbs! I am extremely happy with my decision, and the price is a definite value!
It was my first time moving. My arms were tired from pushing furniture into a pickup truck; I was sweaty, hungry, and when I opened the door to my unit, I was relieved to find that everything was exactly how they'd told me it would be. The kitchen was recenly upgraded, and although the appliances aren't the most high-tech, they worked. That was all I needed. The carpet was freshly cleaned, the walls still gave a faint aroma of fresh paint, and sunlight flooded the windows on a crisp fall morning. It was perfect, and continued to be a great experience well into my 11 months of living here. The leasing office is run by two very friendly and capable agents, Conrad and Meghan. And the groundskeepers/maintenance men (Steve & Buddy)are so kind and courteous-- I often leave a Guinness or two in the fridge for them when I know they're coming by, because they are always so wonderful to me, and I want them to have a great day every day! The fitness center isn't huge, but it's never busy, and theres plenty of space for me, myself, and I to get our fit on. The pool is 24hrs, and the hottub is amazing for late night relaxers in the summer and spring (or winter, if you dare). Overall, this has been a great experience for my first apartment complex; I've heard many scary stories about first-time lease holders, and nightmare maintenance jobs, but I have yet to have any such experiences here. Come join us at Miramonte! ...We have free coffee from 9-5 in the office, what more could you want? :)
Any apartment issues are fixed fast! Dependable, reliable, and fun. Meghan and Conrad help with anything you need. Grateful and feel secure living here-- plus check out all the amenities on the website. Dog park, the lake, little league/pool/etc. are all walking distance; so are Albertsons, Pet Food Depot, Sakana Sushi, Dominos, Crust, Terroir, The Vig, 2 dif Starbucks, lovely water canal bike path (Old Pony Express Route) goes to Camelback, SRP waterfall Phx Art Museum installation... Less than $10 uber to Old Town Scottsdale or Talking Stick. Very happy here. Hope that helps with anyone's decision :) ~KC and The-Rescue-Puppy-Purse-Rat(he wagged his tail so I know he agrees) Miramonte is a genuinely calm, peaceful place to call home. Thank you!
