Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the price. I could see if it were less expensive, then I’d feel I was getting what I pay for…and have no complaints. But it’s just not worth it.

I can not say anything good about mirasol right now. This place sucks. The pool is closed. They overcharge on rent and badly maintain the units. This is a horrible place with absolutely horrible service.

Before I moved I was emailing the staff and everyone was so supportive and trying to help as much as they can. When I moved in everyone welcomed me with a big smile and it was a great experience. Since I moved I enjoy my time walking between the apartments, working out at the gym, getting some sun next to pool and being close to almost everything I need (supermarket, stores)

Mirasol provides an excellent landscaped property with great amenities. The 1 bedroom apartment is well designed with wonderful kitchen features. Hopefully the rent increases of 10 and 15 percent the last 2 years are not repeated.

This apartment complex has drastically degraded in the past few months. The amount of trash laying around is out of control. The battle between people partying loudly at night vs. management cracking down on outsiders using the pool has resulted in unreasonably strict rules. The jacuzzi is still not fixed after years of being broken, it’s like you’ve just given up. The amount of water wasted watering the street is ridiculous. I noticed all the puddles in the street last night! And it’s pretty unfair that the cost of poor maintenance is passed onto residents.

Administration of the community is excellent. In this neighborhood, we feel at home. Every one of our issues is handled in an incredibly professional manner. They are really skillful and friendly. Although I don't own a pet, I can see many pets in the community, and there is a very good dog park. The community is also exceptionally clean and has a really meticulously maintained gym and swimming pool. Everything is well-maintained. All of our maintenance requests are handled professionally and within 2–24 hours.

Mirasol has been great so far. There were a few issues upon move in with appliances and such, but maintenance took care of them swiftly. Arica and Ricky have been great.

Property okay if you get a unit with no maintenance issues. My unit had an oven that SW Gas would not turn the gas on because of a safety violation. It took 6 weeks for the problem to be fixed. Unfortunately, the oven will not heat. So, after another work order to fix this problem there has been no contact from the staff to fix this issue after 2 weeks. And please, don't respond and say to come into the office to talk it over. I tried that and the response was that they would put in another work order.

You know for how much they make you pay you’d expect things around here to be better. There’s at least three mattresses piled at every dump including old couches. Busted and broken down cars in every other car port that are leaking oil. People don’t seem that friendly no one says hi. It’s the little things that make up a complex and these things are failing miserably. But hey if you don’t care about any of those things, the staff is great ??

STAY AWAY. We were burglarized on April 4th. They came and glued the frame back together with our bolt lock still not working. Almost two weeks goes by and we send an email to resident services and then and only then do they decide it needs a new door jam. We requested early termination due to their lack luster approach to our families security and safety. Denied. ( we only have a month and a half to go). I was told to do nothing by office staff until I was given a determination by resident services. Knowing how they work here I decided to go into the office and double check to see if that counted as a notice to vacate 60 day requirement. They actually tell me they need to decide, otherwise I’m stuck paying another half a month. I’m sorry, cars are constantly being broken into, apartments, a guy was just shot here in February and you’re going to email us back and say security is not your problem. Then stick it to me by not communicating from upper management to lower management. What a joke. I can’t wait to see how they try to charge us for the repairs their staff never fixed properly. Had two different leaks from above, cracked walls and probably mold, don’t know for sure they never checked. Been here 2 years, they never at the year mark tried to clean the carpeting, probably get charged for that on the way out. Nevada law calls that normal wear and tear. If you’re reading this and are between two places, go elsewhere.

I signed a one year lease here, you’ll end up paying a common area maintaince fee every month, but the property is always filled with overflowing trash cans and just mounds of animal droppings in grass patches that aren’t picked up. The inside of the apartments are nice, but for the price you’re paying, it’s not worth it. Also when you move out, be prepared to be hit with a bunch of ridiculous fees and don’t expect your deposit back.

We strive to maintain the property every single day and understand it can be frustrating when people do not pick up after their own pets especially when bags & receptacles are provided. It does take our staff a bit longer to clean the areas when this occurs. We do not participate in ridiculous fees at move out, there are simply cleaning, water sewer and trash with carpet cleanings that you are charged, respectively. Everything we may possibly charge for is outlined in your signed rental agreement. Thank you again for your concerns.
Management was very poor, work orders were never honored on the first request. Had several problems including them almost leaving me homeless not even giving me a months notice to move out and no reason as to why. Pet stations were never taken care of. Air filter was never changed inside the unit only one time my entire year there no matter how many times I would request it. Sprinklers were broken near the walkway the whole stay there and soaked you walking into your apartment.

The rest of the reviews on this site are from when the community was managed by Camden. The company that manages the community now, AMC, is absolutely horrible. These apartments are crap, literally. There's dog crap everywhere. I've made several complaints about the dog poop, cigarette butts, and even broken glass all over the place and nothing ever happens. I've been told they might have to send out notices to everyone, but it never happens, then I was told by someone else that they don't send out notices because some of the residents don't like it. Are you kidding me? The people who work in the office are full of crap. They have no idea what they're doing, I got 3 different move-in quotes before I got here (moved from out of state), then when I get here to move in it's different again, and I had to argue with them because it was wrong, they hadn't accounted for money that I already paid. The advertised price is much lower than what you'll actually pay because there's a mandatory $96 package for Cox cable and internet, whether you want it or not, and if you want more than what's included in that package you end up paying more than if you just got a deal from Cox in the first place. They charge you a fee to set up online bill pay, then charge a fee every time you pay your rent online, and the only other way to pay rent is with money order, which also costs extra. Then they add a fee every month to bill you for water and sewer, etc. and they charge $35 a month for common area maintenance, which as I already stated is covered in dog poop, cigarette butts, and broken glass. Bottom line, this is a horrible place to live, and it’s not a safe place for pets or children. Look for somewhere else to live, not any AMC property.

NO PROBLEM, O BUT THERE ARE 2 FEES FOR THAT, ONE FOR PAYING WITH YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT AND ONE JUST TO SIGN UP TO PAY ONLINE - - WAIT WAIT WAIT, I HAVE TO PAY YOU A FEE IN ORDER TO PAY MY RENT ?? I HAVE PAID MY RENT 1 MONTH IN ADVNCE EVERY SINGLE MONTH - WHEN I GO TO SUBMIT MY 60 DAY NOTICE, I AM 3 DAYS LATE, SO REALLY A 57 DAY NOTICE - SO NOW I HAVE TO EXTEND MY LEASE OUT 3 ADDITIONAL DAYS AND PAY 3 DAYS WORTH OF RENT PRO RATED AT A MONTH TO MONTH RENTAL PRICE?! THIS IS CRAZY!!!!
Just like any apartment complex in a big city like Vegas, you're going to have issues with residents, but the staff here does an excellent job at staying on top of issues with the neighborhood (whenever they may arise). The apartments themselves are spacious and the surrounding grounds are well taken care of. Very close to anything you may need and far enough away from the busy streets of the Strip. Complex has a nice pool and BBQ area that is constantly maintained by the maintenance onsite.
Camden Tiara located in Las Vegas is a great place to live! I've been living within this community for about 2 years now and the staff is like any other. The recent upgrades are great and appreciated by the community. The staff is very attentive and always gives special treats to make us renters feel important. I will not lie though, there can be a wait sometimes on the maintenance guys, but that is rare (at least in my experience). And although the area is beautiful in the apartment and outside, there are some issues of safety. There is often a problem with the gate leaving access to strangers. And there have been occasions of break-ins to vehicles and units.
Camden Tiara is a nice place to live. It is located near everything, shopping, banks, and good schools, However, the company is always upgrading and the price of the units are always rising. It is normal for rent to go up, but Camden's increase is really steep. They raise their rents 150-200 dollars and you don't have a choice of whether you want to have cable or not, it was 47.00 now it''s 92.00. I think they are trying to be the best looking apartments in Las Vegas, but they are not considering the income versus rent today. If you don't have to worry about a budget then this apartment is for you.
Camden Tiara is a nice apartment to live at. the grounds are clean and always being changed . The dog system they have to enforce the owners to pick up after their dog is great! Although I haven't had a huge problem here, there's only a couple reasons they don't get 5 stars. Some days there are no dog waste bags and its inconvienent for the tenants. The final reason is the entrance gate and round about aren't used properly.
I have lived at this Camden more than once. I also have gotten friends to move in. The staff is so nice and helpful. Maintenance gets done quickly. If there is a hold up, they let me know. The do resident events, which I've never seen at other properties I've lived at. I would recommend Camden to anyone.
After living on base for the past 10 years, moving to the camden tiara was an excellent choice. My husband was in the marine corps and when he got out we were looking for a place to live. We found Camden and were immediately welcomed by the friendly ladies at the front office. We were shown the apartments and were instantly impressed with the layout and cleanliness. The landscape is beautiful and the area is quiet. Perfect first impression of apartment living
