Property Ratings at Cobbler Lofts
The place is a dump you have people selling drugs outside in the parking lot and fire escapes there is bed bugs and cockroaches in apartments and hallways the rent is to expensive the fire alarm goes off almost every day
Living here for 2 years and the management is really taking care of the building, they cleaned up all over the building and attracting better tenants, I fell like they have the right vision, I can now say that I'm proud cobblers loft tenant.
I have lived here for 3 years now. The complex has improved wonderfully. The changes and improvements are finally paying off. Good mix of tenants from retired men and women to young families and professionals. The surrounding area is developing nicely. I am looking forward to what the future holds.
Ever since the new owners took over a few years ago the place has transformed. It is a nice place to rent. The super is very responsive and they have made many improvements. Just recently all the hallways have been redone with new flooring and lights.
