Milford is a small town in central Delaware, about twenty miles south of Dover on the banks of the Mispillion River. Property Ratings at Mispillion Apartments
This place is really a dump. Don't be fooled with the description. It's 40 years old. It wouldn't come close to passing current code standards. The manager is completely worthless. She would rather you move out than fix a problem. Good luck on getting her to return a call. Even the cable guy has mentioned the high turnover rate. Phone guy said he hasn't seen wiring in the building like they have in years. If you have other options take them.
