Property Ratings at Mission 106
Do not rent from this place. They will suck you dry for illegitimate reasons when you move out. Also, they are extremely unprofessional. You will be disappointed.
A decent place, but not without issues. The building itself looks nice from the outside, and the lobby area is attractive and well-kept, but once you go into the main residential hallways the place loses a lot of its appeal. The carpet needs to be vacuumed more often, walls/doors are dirty and scratched, hallway windows need washed and the odor from the trash closet can get pretty stout. Location, one of the other big selling points, is a double-edged sword. Being on a major interstate is convenient for commuting, but you do have constant highway traffic noise 24/7/365. Same goes for having bars and restaurants just outside the front door - it's easy to walk to dinner or drinks, but it also makes for congested entry/exit to and from the shopping center and raises the noise factor significantly, especially during nice weather when you would like to have your windows open. This was one of the first of these types of buildings (multi-level, garage attached, etc.)in the area but they're popping up everywhere now, each one better than the last, so I would check out several of them before making a decision to lease.
We've had an outstanding apartment living experience at Mission 106. Respectful and friendly neighbors, outstanding amenities, and a world-class property management team lead by Faith Morasch made our moving transition stress free and welcoming. Our 2nd floor apartment has high ceilings, and a beautiful open floor plan. Our apartment is also very well insulated (if not sound-proof); during the hottest months of the summer, our electric bill remained under $45.00. Excellent fitness area, pool, and community grill area, too.
