Property Ratings at ARIUM Mission Bay
Managment is terrible because they never return calls. Manager never wants to talk. Office is closed during business hours. Apartment flooded 5 or more times and they never did anything to fix it. Mold was never removed. Humidity was a big problem. Bugs everywhere. Do NOT rent here. Manager is terrible and disrespectful and irresponsible. Trash container always full and surrounded by trash bags. So much money for terrible place.

This complex is the worst. Upon move out, they are trying to charge us for pet damage and carpet replacement. We only owned CATS. They use an automatic little box, and are very clean. The dumpsters were over flowing, and pot holes galore. Move in if you like to pay tons of hidden fees, and lies upon move out, to get your money and damage your credit.

Terrible community. Maintenance and safety and quietness aren't a thing. I had a leakage in the apartment, whenever it rains the water would pour inside the apartment. I requested maintenance for over a month and half but nothing was done and when i go to the office everytime i hear a different story or excuse. Untill they finally addressed the problem after fighting for it. The community is very loud. Pool is always open yes there's a board that says the rule is so and so but if you leave the light on all night and the door open? Parties anytime and any day of the week. Neighbors fights and craziness all the time. They say you can call their courtesy officer "anytime" but i believe that anytime doesn't include any time of the day or night because they never respond. Today i woke up to my front door chairs and table thrown and flipped and on of them is far from my apartment. Thrown close to the lake. That's briefly my problems here.

Do not lease with these people in the office of Mission Bay, they are very inconsiderate people and I’ve heard nothing but bad things from my daughter and her roommates who lease there. Stay away from renting the property managements is terrible!

They will not tell you the details of the contracts you sign. They will squeeze money out of you until you are in the gutter. I have never lived in such an immoral and unethical environment.

Thank you for your review. Per our conversation earlier this week, we are extremely transparent and there is nothing that wasn't either in the lease documents or noted on your notice to vacate that all leaseholders signed. The office staff is always available for any questions you might have and are always willing to help. If there is anything else you might need please feel free to contact the office, missionbay@bainbridgere.com. - Property Manager
Really enjoy all the beautiful trees on the property and the dog park is very well kept. There is a great view of the lake and I very much appreciate all the amenities such as the 24-hour gym and pool which is great to lay by on nice day. I have been very happy with my apartment and any issue has been handled quickly by maintenance. Highly recommend living here!! :)
Fantastic maintenance staff Friendly leasing staff but inefficient Fleas, bugs, ants but I don't have pets/keep a very clean apartment (neighbor is messy) Trash piling up in bins
Property is in a great location but the staff is horrible. They are the biggest liars you are going to find, they just want you to sign the lease and good luck after that. Parking is bad, the a\c was always broken, someone broke into my car, there hidden fees on my rent that were never explain when I ask to talk with the manager she was never available. This place is nightmare; I do not recommend this place at all.
I lived here for 1 long year. Maintenance always responded to issues quickly but staff are Liars, Liars, Liars, this place is joke. I will NOT recommend this place.

There must be some sort of misunderstanding, because we pride ourselves in being honest with our residents.
Mission Bay is a great apartment complex to live in. We have a beautiful view of a lake. The layout is a 1 bedroom 1 bath, it has a fireplace and a private stair case if your in the 2nd floor. This layout is very unique for apartments in the Orlando Area There is a lot of storage space for all sorts of things. They are pet friendly, and have an excellent maintenance staff to help and fix any issue quickly and correctly. The amenities include a pool with a waterfall feature, an outdoor kitchen, tennis courts, a full gym, and a nice dog park. Very quiet complex and nice diverse group of people. Mission Bay is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone.
