Property Ratings at Mission Club Apartments
Just like every "luxury" apartment home in the area, they charge way too much for rent for apartments that haven't been touch since the 90s. The maintenance staff is great, but way too few to address all the issues that management has let languish over the years. Parking is abysmal, and they gates to the parking lot haven't worked properly in the year I've lived here. There's also roach and ants problems (which I get because it's Florida) but property management refuses to send pest control, even though it is a separate fee charged monthly. They are more than happy to take you money, but won't do a thing to keep the place in livable condition.

Worst living experience I have ever had. I am very thankful to have finally moved out. Management is all talk. They will always be very polite but they will never get anything done. They “lost” our paperwork over and over again. It took two months for them to fix leaks in our apartment coming from our floor, walls, and ceiling. Horrible conditions.

I would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I was very impressed with how the staff handle my situation… Being a college student can render poor service from businesses, restaurants, etc., but the staff treated me with the same professionalism and care as any other client. I will definitely be back with roommate to start application process.

Roaches infestation everywhere, old ac unit, unprofessional staff including the maintenance manager. In the past 3 years, they have changed management about 4 times. Please do not waste your time here is not worth it at all.

All I did was tour the property and the breezeways were very dirty with litter and in need of a pressure washing. The office seemed to be the only clean area or so I thought until a giant roach strolled across the floor beside the desk they had me sitting at to give me info. No thank you...if you can’t keep roaches out of the leasing office, you probably couldn’t keep them out of the apartments either.

This is not a 5 star rating apartment complex. I have lived here for over a year and it's been nothing but problem after problem. Apartments are falling apart from the inside, they say it's been renovated in 2018 but it really hasn't. Constant leaks, cockroaches, maintenance workers walk in without knocking all the time even if you ask them to. Managers are unhelpful and don't care about you. Apartments are over priced and amenities never work and aren't safe. They don't put the money towards our amenities they out it towards their office its the only nice building in the complex. Black mold in the ac area was sent to hospital due to black mold spores in my apartment got very very sick. They didn't care all they did was send someone to "clean it".

Dear Anonymous,My team and I would like to extend our sincerest apologies to you for your experience here at Mission Club. It is our goal to provide the finest customer service each and every day as part of the LIVE IT! experience our company is fully committed to delivering. Leaks will arise from time to time due to wear and tear. If you have a leak please log into your rent cafe application and submit a service request as soon as possible and we will address the issue. Pest Control service is provided every Tuesday, but you must request the service. Please note that we sent an email that we will be exterminating all apartments between Monday, March 29-31. Our maintenance team does knock on doors, sometimes residents do not hear them. The amenities are in the process of being updated and we have apartments that are renovated. We assist and care about all of our residents and address their needs in a timely manner. I have an open-door policy and you are always welcome to contact me or come by the business office at your earliest convenience. I hope to hear from you soon. No parking space and office sent out notice about towing never happens. Office members are rude and not friendly at all. maintenance staffs doesnt response to emergency work order. I lived in lots of different places but this has to be worse place I have ever lived.

Please contact medirectly should you have any suggestions for further improvement; I would love a chance to chat with you further. Please don't hesitate to call (407) 901-9207 or email missionclubmgr@hrpliving.com.Kind Regards,Frances WoodstockCommunity Manager
Everything about this place is a complete nightmare. Good luck finding parking here if you don’t have a garage to start with. If you do have a garage you’re going to need to save new generation towing’s phone number..but good luck getting them to tow anything because they won’t even if you have a lease to the garage. And let’s mention neighbors you really don’t want a first floor apartment 2nd is preferable because most 3rd floor units are one bedroom and you’re not allowed to address your neighbors without the threat of eviction when your neighbors are in clear violation of The Noise Control Act of 1972. Pretty poor management I am actually appalled...I was asked today “Why did I even renew my lease if I didn’t like the atmosphere.” By -Julia (regional manager) needless to say everything you read in the reviews are true these apartments are infested with roaches there are nightly parties by the pool until 2am-3am Maintance will fix issues. However, with the small budget that they receive to do their jobs they get next to nothing done due to prioritizing which isn’t their fault. This apartment complex has undergone 5 changes in management within the last 2 years this last one being because the owner of the apartment complex bought the management company. All the employees from the poorly rated BH management remained. I can not believe I have to say this in good faith DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The extra 100$ to start your life is well worth it somewhere else. You won’t have to deal with roaches poor Management.

The apartment itself is underwhelming, but honestly due to its location it could be a place worth its price tag, if it weren't for the people managing the place. Be prepared for strangers to enter the apartment at anytime, with little to no notice, for "Mandatory inspections" anywhere from one to upwards of 8 times a month. Raccoon infestation caused by 60 years of fence that fell over? "Well raccoons are everywhere, they'll find a way over the fence anyway. " there are no solutions provided for problems, just several emails a week letting you know they're aware of a problem and swift action is imminent, where no action is present. And if you're still thinking "well I'll be ok, keep to myself, I don't have issues with raccoons, parking, roaches etc." Don't worry, they'll find a way to get you as well, whether it be charging you $175.00 for trash removal, while you were on vacation, or threatening to charge $250 to reschedulethe ac repair man who shows up as you are leaving for work, days before the complex tells you to expect them, because mission club truly is hell.

This place is completely awful. They have had several management groups here and everyone starts off better then goes right back to the way it was. They can never complete any maintenance requests and forget about trying to call them. They never answer. If you go into the office DO NOT speak to the lady in the back left corner. She has an attitude and will argue with you no matter what the issue is and basically tell you oh well. Our fridge had damage the day we moved in. Dents and scratches all over the front. A/C ended up going out the 3rd week we were there. Don't even get me started on the filthy, disgusting hall ways here. The paint is coming off the walls and there is dirt, trash, bugs everywhere. However, there main office is freshly renovated all new furniture, TV's, paint, and desks. Yet, all the buildings were the residents live are awful. Don't let them fool you with the all our units are newly renovated. Their Model unit is renovated, the actual resident units are old and falling apart. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I would 100% never recommend anyone to ever live or work with Mission Club apartments. We filed several complaints about pests, which was a service that was supposedly included in rent and lease, but they never came to look at or fix the problem. The parking situation was ridiculous and unsafe. I spent many nights having to park on the furthest side of a gated (the gate to which was never closed) community from my unit and walk home to my apartment in the dark past the gym of the complex; this same gym was the site where someone was stabbed and robbed during our stay there. When we approached the staff with these concerns, they promised a better parking system and parking passes that were to be passed out to residents within the month, though that never happened. The office staff was often always rude, and never stuck to the posted office hours, though those hours didn't work well with a working person's schedule anyway). Many times we went to turn rent payment in while the office should have been open, but they would have closed early. The community printer never worked and was always out of ink that the office often refused to replace. Then when we needed to move out, I contacted the office staff to find out what we needed to do to move out cleanly and with no issues, the person who helped us originally sign our lease said that she would take note of it in our file, and that all we had to do was drop off the keys on the day we moved out, which is exactly what we did. However, they once again closed office early and we just barely got the person who was locking up at the time to let us turn in the keys. Fast forward to 8 months after moving out, 8 MONTHS, and now claiming that we had been mailed a move out statement (never received) and this was our second notice (never receiving a first noticed) and that we still owe them money. Mission Club was horrible to live and work with and had a completely unacceptable way of running a business.
This complex should have been torn down in 2003 when they found toxic mold throughout my apartment. This complex is a very serious health hazard and I lost my health and belongings due to their neglect of this property. I would recommend anyone living there to get a air test and get out!
They are still in the process of making cosmetic upgrades... that kind of imorovement doesn't help the filthiness of the buildings, the unkindness of the management and the all night pool and basketball parties that lead to the police lights outside my window frequently at 2 am...do yourself a favor, avoid this place... I'm stuck here until my lease is up.
My apartment is BEAUTIFUL. It's newly renovated and I have no complaints about the inside. The only thing about this complex that I'm not too happy about is the outside. The halls are littered with bugs, and the grounds are not as well kept as I'd like. All in all living here is nice!
Apartment itself is not too shabby, has old appliances but layout and condition is nice. The parts that are very irritating are clubhouse team does not communicate well with maintenance team, clubhouse is only open 9am-5pm during weekdays so typical working hour people cannot utilize clubhouse features, and the "gated community" has had a functioning gate 20% of the time I have lived there. Decent price but I would not recommend.
Mission Club under new management have remodeled the apartments and taking care of the landscape. The office staff have been very helpful and the amenities are well kept. The only downfall is parking, sometimes you will find yourself parking on the other side of the complex. But other than that is great
