Mission College has great service, I have been living here for years and the maintenance staff is always on point and happy to help. The office manager is always friendly and is willing to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. The property stays maintained and cleaned. This is s great place to call home.

Applied got approved and had a move in date.gave the deposit to hold my apartment. The day before I move in I get a call telling me my apartment won’t be ready. I understood that it might be late give 2-3 days(which I was told, you know things happen). I then go to ask them “when will it would be ready? “and they told me they don’t know. They pretty much told me their hands were tied and I was just out back bcus the apartment wasn’t ready. I don’t care what the situation was they knew a month ago I was scheduled to move in and they should have been more on top of things. Mind you I’ve already cancelled my prior living situation. Leaving me homeless. Took off of work and planned my life accordingly. The manager Juanita had no compassion and did nothing to rectify the situation. Unprofessional is all I have to say! If you plan on moving here have a back up bcus they will leave you homeless!

My stay here was great and the management is awesome! Highly recommend

I like to say that the rent office employees are polite and also welcoming to future residents. I would like to thank mrs. Gloria For helping me become a resident at mission college. She was so helpful and very front. Thank you.

Ronisha was awesome helping me find my new home. The rest of the staff and maintenance is just outstanding and very friendly. I will continue to recommended Mission College to everyone I know.

Great appartment Complex great for starting out with first appartment

I currently live at Mission College and since I have been here they have extremely kind to me. The court that I live in is peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is always clean. It is about three blocks away from Norfolk State University so it makes it a perfect place for college students to live. It’s is also about 5 minuets away from downtown Norfolk where there are plenty of places to eat and have a good time. I highly recommend them for your first apartment

I just moved into Mission College this week and I can honestly say I LOVE my apartment. The minute I walked through the door it just felt like a home, everything was fixed up well done fresh carpet, fresh walls, big nice windows, dishwasher, and a working AC! And I also love the different amenities that comes with the place pool, club house, gym, and laundry room everything is so nice and clean. But overall I feel much comfortable now inviting people over to my new place and I honestly owe it to Ms. Juanita and her staff they all were so sweet and made me feel welcoming!! I definitely recommend Mission College to anyone whose looking for a place!! ?

I lived there for a year , only left because I found a house . But the staff is wonderful and will help you with all your problems !!

I’m having a wonderful experience with mission college apartments, the manager ms Juanita and her staff, offer a variety of apartments to fit my needs, I recommend any one looking for a nice, clean apartment: to apply at mission college. The staff is also great ! They are well influenced in helping cator to your needs, they also have handicap units , and 2-3-4 bedroom/ townhomes. I’m so happy I listened to a friend who informed me about mission college.

As a student, I had a few important things on my list.. close to school, public transportation, and price, price, price' Mission College was in my budget, close to school and public transportation. The bonus was a nice office staff and a friendly neighbor. Check it out!

I’ve lived at Mission COllege for a few years now and there has been quite a bit of new faces within the staff and residents but within the last 6 months people and staff have become very friendly and welcoming.

Pros. Maintenance was awesome, they always answer on time.. New Managment Team is nice and tried to help out. Cons. The same things would constantly break. MANAGMENT- (Except for one lady who was not nice, who office is in front corner facing the mail box( with short hair)... she would alway be rude.. idk her.. smh.she would talk about everybody.. I got her record.. In of May 2017 a young passed away and then 3 weeks later a guy pass away across the complex I'm front of the office.. I was planning to move anyway and I told them I was movin.. I gave the the date and everything!!!!... because I got a promotion... so what they did was wrote me a letter state not residing at that Resident anymore. I have 60 days when they already knew I was I moving.. and they was not professional about it.

I like to say we have a fantastic Manager. She is always very polite and courteous. She keeps the Mission College Apartments complex neat and clean. This apartment community has undergone some positive changes. The apartments are spacious with updated bathrooms; however, the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear your neighbors' television. The apartment is convenient to Norfolk State University and a 10 minute drive to Old Dominion University with a good price, which is perfect for college students and young adults. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part; however, in some buildings neighbors frequently stay outside talking late at night. The management is nice every time you go to the office to speak to them, but when you want things done you have to keep reminding them of the problem. Although there are washer/dryers on the property, there is only one room which is located next to the leasing office. Pest control comes once a month but you have to tell the office you want them to spray your home or they won't do it. Security patrols the neighborhood every other night, which is a nice safety precaution especially for those students who live on their own.

Pros: Its convenient for NSU Students,and downtown isn't that far away. Cons: There isn't a placed near by to get coins for the washer, and the walls are kinda thin.

This apartment is in a wonderful location for everything you want to do in Norfolk. Located 3 blocks away from Norfolk State University it's excellent for college students that prefer to live off campus. Close to everything, The Scope, Chrysler Hall, The Attucks Theater and The Virginia Zoo. Plenty of shopping and only 20 minutes from the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach. The property is a 264 unit property that boast a clubhouse that housing a entertainment room, gym and outdoor pool for all the residents to enjoy. The management here is wonderful and are quick to resolve any issue that may arise. Overall Mission College is a wonderful place to live. I've been living here 7 years and have no plans moving anywhere. Close to Trains (Amtrak), Planes (Norfolk International Airport) and on the main bus line so there's a way to get around by any means you choose. Make Mission College your home. It'll be the best decision you'll ever make.
