Property Ratings at Mission Fairways
Since moving here, I have absolutely loved it. The community is peaceful, I know my neighbors, and the complex provides all the luxuries of high-end apartments without the excessive costs. The spacious layout is perfect for us, and living here has allowed us to save money. This apartment complex has truly been our best investment, giving us the stability to settle down without the stress of frequent moves. The maintenance team is exceptional—10 out of 10—and the office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they are happy to help with kindness and enthusiasm. My family and I truly love living here.

Hello Anonymous! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Those are some mighty high words of praise! I am thrilled you are happy here with us at Mission Fairways. Sara Community Manager
I do not know who is writing these reviews. It has to be someone from the office. Please BEWARE. This place has been under new management since February of 2018 and I swear it has went downhill ever since. The security gate was broken for over a year. The only reason that it got fixed is because is was a strong armed robbery on the property that occurred a month or two ago. The property always has trash on it. It's like these new young tenants just throw their trash on the ground and keep moving. The maintenance men are a joke. They do the bare minimum. They do not clean the pool or the laundry room area. The hallways have only been cleaned once since they have taken over the property. There is bird nests and bird poop all in the hallways, dirt, trash , etc. The mail room is always nasty. Garbage is all round the dumpsters and it's really ashame. The old management use to enforce the patio policy. Only patio furniture was allowed on the patios. This is not the case anymore. Old couches, mattresses, boxes, lazy boy chairs and everything that is not patio furniture is permitted now. It just looks a mess. The office manager is either nasty herself or just does not give a care. She never tours the grounds unless she is showing an apartment. They are renting to anybody that can show them that they have their deposit money. Anything just to fill the units up. After hours it's loud. It's a police officer on the grounds but he doesn't do anything. Matter of fact if you call him you will get his voice mail. I believe he is only here for the discounted rent. The pool area is also a disappointment. Not only is it not cleaned on a regular basis by maintenance but individuals send their kids over unsupervised and the children leave their trash, clothes, socks and shoes all around the pool area and management does nothing about it. Living here is not worth the money that this property is charging. I moved here because of the way that the grounds were kept and the fact that is was a smaller property setting which made it more cozier. As I stated before I don't know who is giving these reviews and maybe this is the living standards that they are use to & are okay with it but I am not.

Hello, thank you for your comprehensive summary. Your review tells me that you're unhappy with several facets of the community. Your observations have been noted and will be looked into as soon as possible. It appears you haven't met the Community Director yet, and we would love for you to come by and meet her. Can you email her at MissionFairwaysCD@HighmarkRes.com, we look forward to hearing from you and finding a resolution.
Unfortunately, my most recent stay at Mission Fairways (8/23/2017 - 4/3/2018) was not as pleasant my first time living there from (2007-2010). I'd like to begin by sharing my experience under Pinnacle Living Management. The communication with the leasing staff was overall poor and that ranges from returning calls, emails or face to face contact. When I came to discuss renting, the leasing staff did not disclose the new fees that were associated with renting (trash, trash fee, satellite dish fee, gate control fee, security fee) UNTIL a lease was signed. These fees were not a part of my leasing experience back in 2007. When future residents (returning or new) is inquiring about renting, it is best to discuss not only the rental price BUT the fees as well. This prepares potential residents for additional cost that are required during move in. People shouldn't scramble to move funds around so promptly. Secondly, my unit had severe water damage in baseboard and holes in the floor which was not repaired prior to move in. Even when I requested new carpet, there was not even a discussion. A simple "um, no - it's been cleaned". These photos were also emailed at the request of the leasing staff. Nothing was done about the concerns reported in the inventory list. My third concern is the amount of trash that floated throughout my area of the property daily. Shockingly - one of the fees mentioned previously was a $25 trash fee. This fee was for the property to take the resident's trash to the dumpster. Residents are REQUIRED to pay this $25 fee to have "courtesy trash service", but I pick up trash from other residents that blew to my door. Why not give residents an option. I've never been to/heard of a property where they require residents to pay someone on the property to take out their trash. It could make a resident feel uneasy about someone handling potential private information or just the hours of trash pick up period. The City of Mesquite has trash services and residents are paying double...for the same service. I thought returning there would give me a sense of peace while searching for a home since that could be stressful, but all I could reflect on was leaving quickly. Regarding a recommendation of this property, I would share my experience and allow the person to decide for themselves. While my experience was less than favorable, that doesn't mean I would deny someone else a better opportunity.

I would recommend these apartments because I love the area, it's convenient and meets my needs. I would not recommend these apartments because the price is too high. I've recommended a friend who lives in Carrollton; she's stated it's to expensive.
I would definitely recommend this community. The complex is great, as is the location. Being located on I30, close to 635 and 190 provide easy access to all areas of the metroplex.
The leasing professionals were excelent to work with! We are still waiting to get approved to move in, and hope to be able to call this our new home!
My main complaint is parking. Sometimes I end up parking by the pool which is way far from my apartment. My other problem is with the lawn crew. They have blown so much trash on to my porch and broken my decorative lanterns. This is an ongoing problem that does not seem to get better.
It's OK, but nothing special. I feel like we pay extra for a gated community but the gate is not working almost half of the time.
I have lost clothes and different things that I paid a tremendous amount of money for. People are able to go in and out of apartments and my things were missing.
The noise from the Highway is a bit much. Unless you are a hard sleeper. I would not recommend the location. Apartment is nice just the highway is a disturbance.
Horrible place to rent from. They don't enforce the parking with permit regardless of what they may tell you. If you come home after 9:30 pm good luck finding a spot to park. Call the towing company directly and you will get blown off. I have lived at this complex for a year now and have YET to see a tow truck tow anyone. Their definition of emergency is not your definition of emergency. Central fire alarm system chirps door 3 days after a maintenance request. You follow up with the office 2 days later and they inform they will need to get it to your apartment for emergency maintenance with a less than 24 hour notice. They have now posted a 30.07 sign on the front entrance gate that is broken 75% of the time. Office management could care less about issues and don't bother calling the Pinnacle Property Mgmt as they won't return your phone calls either. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere on rent. ***** Update ***** Management can't tell me who was in my apartment 3 months ago for a so called "Sprinkler Inspection" as they now want to perform another "Yearly Sprinkler Inspection". Upon looking into the air ducts in my apartment every single one of them has black mold growing in them. Smoke detectors are 16 years old and are to be replaced every 10 years. It's obvious management at Mission Fairways does not care about their tenants. The only person in the front office I would trust and is straight forward is Victoria. She needs to be the manager of the property, not Kenya or Stephanie.
The apartments are nice in size and the usually the complex is well kept. Pros: Fast maintnance if needed Courtious offfice staff Nice size apartments Cons: Parking is a little tight More illumination at night is needed Not all apartments have back patios
The area is great quiet and very close to all attraction, shopping and restaurants. The downside is parking and the way the handle the parking.
I am writing this review because i just recently had a newborn july 15 2015 so free rent would be great. The Mission fairways apartments located in mesquite texas are very convenient for a 2 person home. They are very quite and provide great highway access. Maintence is available at all times. I love living here and I actually used apartments.com to find them. All in all great place to live for a few years!
I love my apartment complex. The staff are great. They respond very quickly to any requests and are always so friendly. I would have given them all 5 stars, but the parking is a little challenging. I would recommend these beautiful apartments to anyone.
The apartment was very clean when I moved in. The complex is well maintained. Great pool. The parking is a problem. Not enough spaces for all. On weekends, it is tough to get a place to park. Also, my relatives moved my things in a car and trailer. It was towed as I was moving in. It is hard to find a place to park, and you get towed even if you have a sticker.
The apartments are very nice and well maintained. Great pool. There is a problem with parking. There is no place to park while moving in. The trailer and vehicle was towed. Not enough visitor parking places. As result, my relative's car was towed. The complex tries to cap how many per people per apartment, but several apartments have more people than supposedly allowed. The apartment is very nice. Great appliances and great air conditioner. As yet, no problems except with the parking. Office staff is hard to contact on phone at times.
Good apartment to live in maintenance gets done promptly only bad thing gate is always getting worked on because it breaks down
