Mission Hills

I lived at Mission Hills for a year. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We loved the two bedroom apt and we’re sorry to leave due to relocation. The leasing staff were very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff were excellent and professional. I highly recommend Mission Hills apts. E. Hilton

I needed to relocate for my new job in very short order, and Mission Hills Leasing staff helped tremendously. Joanna, Miriam, and Cynthia were all very professional and accommodating.

Nice apartments, location es excellent away from the city but at the same time is close to the city, quiet & safe.

I cannot even begin to say how much I truly appreciate the level of professionalism here at Mission Hills Apartments. I am so happy here! Once I moved in I had a couple very minor things that needed tending too, things were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent at a resort… I mean apartments;)

I've been living here for about 13 years, so they must be doing something right. This is a great community and I enjoy the office staff.

It is a quiet, safe feeling community. Grounds and recreation (pools & park) are well maintained.

When searching for apartments, I looked for multiple places online but Mission Hills of Camarillo was the only one I went in for an apartment tour and I fell in love. I didn't bother looking else where and decided that this is where I wanted to stay. I love how secluded we are from the city and it's a safe and beautiful environment.

The staff are attentive to resident's needs. Overall a great community to live at.

Mission Hills of Camarillo is a beautiful secluded area. A wonderful blend or neighborhood and nature while maintaining good levels of safeness and quietness. If you go to school at CSUCI or work there, you're just a walk-away. Apartment layouts are amazing and provides really good amenities. Overall, my experience has been amazing and never had to look anywhere else.

I LOVE LIVING HERE! Friendly neighbors and Mission Hills staff. Gorgeous views surrounded by mountains and well maintained apartments. I lived in LA for 9 years and relocating to this area was the best decision -- I feel safe for the first time in a decade.

Our maintenance crew is fast, friendly, clean and efficient. I am pleased that they are here and trust the work they do.

Moved out after one year. Poor construction. I could hear upstairs neighbors and their children very clearly. Not enough natural light in the apartment Sometimes hard to find a parking spot. On the plus side, the maintenance staff are very good and the location was nice.

Mission Hills is a great place to come home to after working in Los Angeles everyday, and a nice place to relax on weekends.

This place needs a gate and security cameras. The parking is always filled. There is no assigned parking. Parking garages are way too limited.

The moment we found Mission Hills apartments we took a sigh of relief because it already felt like our home. The surrounding hills and the wonderful, respectful community spoke to us. The leasing office made everything easy to understand form the lease documents to everything needed to make our move a smooth experience. The amenities are terrific and our neighborhood is wonderful. A charming development tucked into the hills of Camarillo. Spacious park for my roommates dog to run around, including a fenced dog park, and basketball court. Quiet neighbours who dont hesitate to chat or offer a hand when you want. Really fantastic little neighbourhood to call home.

There is something truly magical about living here. Yes, it's remote and services are far away. But the peaceful and beautiful community here makes up for any deficiencies.

Mission Hills is a dream location if you want a quiet, serene place to call home. The leasing office staff are so kind and accomodating. They treat you like family, and unlike other places I've lived, they truly care about you and want you to enjoy living in your apartment. The maintenance staff are top-notch and incredibly fast and reliable. I love walking my dog to the dog park and within the complex. This is a super place to live!

Mission Hills Community is a clean and quiet charming neighborhood, you'll see folks taking walks, walking their dogs, riding bikes, and sometimes you can hear children playing. The community takes the necessary precautions by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing, and I'm comfortable getting out wearing a mask to take a walk and greet passersby in a community that is appealing and welcoming.

Even with COVID 19, the move in process was easy and convenient. The staff were all friendly and they get back to you right away whenever I had issues with the facilities.

I put in a low-urgency maintenance ticket for my garbage disposal at 8am. Maintenance came by at 10am and had it fixed by 10:15. The gentleman wore a mask and touched as little as possible, whcih I appreciated. Much faster response time than I was expecting, and I appreciated it! I've had very good luck with the few times I've had to call maintenance here.

We really appreciate the current management and maintenance team, they are all super friendly, quick to respond and helpfully supportive. We have lived in this community for 11years and are happy to call it home.

This is an absolutely beautiful neighborhood, nestled on a college campus away from town and traffic. The apartment office is very responsive, as are maintenance staff. I've lived here for five years, and hope to for at least another five.

Away from the mayhem (LA) but close at the same time, safe and quiet, surrounded by the hills with hikes available within minutes from your door, well maintained pool and gym, And above all, a beautiful place!

is very nice, quiet, clean and the view of the mountains is priceless. away from the city but at the same time is close to the city, I hope they can put an ATM machine in the town center.

Mission Hills provides the separation from the mainstream busy stress you may find in larger urban communities. You have the advantage of being nestled into the Santa Monica Mountains, yet close enough to all community needs and lifestyle when the need arises.

Beautiful Place Too Live

Love the area, the neighborhood and overall experience.

I have very poor recommendations regarding University Glen/Mission hills. They clearly do not care about the staff/faculty apartments at all. They all but tell you this to your face. My appliances are so old, the dishwasher has never worked properly and they just keep "repairing" it. It doesn't clean at all. The stove has filled my apartment up with gas multiple times and they clearly do not care.
