Property Ratings at Mission James Place
If it's not one thing it's another. Coming up on 15 days without hot water; I've reported the issue several times and still don't have a clear timeline for repair. The roof has been leaking for months to the point that the drywall has been falling from the ceiling onto the floor. They've come by and looked at it and tried to paint over it- I'm sure there is mold in the ceiling at this point. I didn't have access to the gym for a couple of weeks. I called, left messages and e-mails and got no response. Trash doesn't get picked up when they say it will be. Access to the pool has been locked off several times without explanation. New management seems to be unresponsive, if not nonexistent.

Terrible is a comprehensive description. There was nothing good about our experience. Constant construction. Numerous repair issues. Safety was horrible with the homeless tents down the street. Responsiveness of staff was terrible. We found a new place that is not far for a similar amount that is better in EVERY way for the amount we paid here. Please keep looking!!! Do not get sucked in here!!!!
Actually, this complex was recommended to me by 3 different personal friends that all have or do live here currently. The location can't be beat.
I would definitely recommend it I have numerous times, the energy is nice neighbors are quiet in the atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is very friendly.
I think maintenance, friendly and efficient office staff, and location are key to choosing an apartment.

Close to everything within the same neighborhood in terms of eating, shopping, communicating, and traveling.
I would and have several times reccomend my friends to this complex. It?s a great location and reasonable space for price. It has more amenities than I originally thought before I checked into it. My favorite part is all the extra patio space. Excellent customer service in the front office and maintenance as well!
I would recommend it based on its own merits, I wouldn?t recommend it due to most of my friends and family not being interested in moving to this area.
It's quiet, friendly neighbors, dog park, the landscaping is always very tidy and I love the huge magnolias and grassy areas.
I been living here for 5 years and don't plan on leaving! I like the maintenance, office staff, and the place. Maintenance is quick to respond and I never have to worry about a request I submit. The office girls are sweet and always offer a conversation. All in all I love my home.

The location is good. I eould reckmmend they ask for updated appliances and buildings where water pipe issues have been corrected.
Paying for location with no real benefits. Access to downtown and grocery and cinema. Apts. are old and need of a lot of renovation. May not be up to code.
Your just paying for location. old apartments undergoing a lot of work with staff that is not very helpful and constantly changing. yes its central min from downtown and easy access to shopping and fun but thats all its worth
