Cheaply fixed up after the previous tenants before us moved out. Paint is still sticky after 4 months, everything we put in our cabinets sticks and when we pull it off the paint comes off with it. Even the doors stick! Windows and window tracks were disgusting. Security is supposed to drive around the parking lot throughout the night but rarely does. There are always people roaming the complex in the day and night stealing from the patios and breaking into cars. Laundry rooms are disgustingly dirty including the washers. Management could careless and all they worry about is sticking another notice in your door with reminders of the rules and towing cars. Worst place to live!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Family friendly. Safe and gated community. Lots to do and very convenient location that is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Parking lot is very safe for kids with lots of speed bumps.
Nice family apartments, good location, close to shopping
This is my first apartment along with my boyfriend and roommate(my brother). We pay what I believe is too much 2,095 for a two bedroom 1 1/2 bath. Our Apt manager tricked us into moving in early and we did not notice all the faulty handy work done around the place. Pretty much super glued and painting over everything which is falling apart now. We've only lived here 4 months and all of their temporary repairs are becoming noticeable. Constantly receiving notes taped to our door from management with new rules saying in my own words "No Fun Allowed" Needless to say this hasn't been a great experience for our first apartment.

Hello User, We value your feedback and appreciate the review. Our goal is to provide the best living experience in the area. We hope that you'll contact us with any additional details that may help us in our efforts to turn that three star review into a five star. Thank you again for sharing your experience!
My wife and I recently relocated to Gilroy CA from the midwest, and really struggled to find an apartment in the Gilroy/Morgan Hill area. This was partly because of no availability due to the short notice of our relocation, and mostly because apartments would not call us back or respond to emails we sent. After 2 frustrating weeks of searching we came across Mission Park Apartments and left a VM. To our suprise the Apartment Manager called us back the next day and was very friendly and took a genuine interest in our situation. We liked the price - VERY COMPETITIVE, and loved that the manager of this complex who has been there 12 years went competely out of her way to ensure our application process went as smoothly as possible. She helped us to hold the apartment and was very anticapatory throughout the process. Because of the long drive in a moving truck we needed flexibility around our arrival time, and this was no problem. The Manager was waiting for us to arrive and was there to greet is before we had even completely got out of the truck, in addition the maintenance man and his son helped us to unpack!! I couldn't have moved the furniture into our upstairs apartment without them. The apartments are all remodeled and ours had brand new carpet! The spacious patio and beautiful landscape and trees in the courtyard make it feel very private even though you are right across the street from grocery stores, banking, and a small strip mall. It is a gated community and is very quiet! Overall there is no way we could put as much into this review as we want, however just know that this apartment complex is by far the best we've been in and we will live here for as long as we work in the Silicon valley. We would give 10 stars of wet could. Thanks!
