Property Ratings at Mission Peaks II
They do not have any security. Sketchy folks walking in and out, history of verbally and physically abusive residents. No maintenance, horrible management and abysmal excuses. Too many car break ins and thefts almost.50 cases registered in the past month. And the management does nothing.
Pros: -Very safe. Never experienced any theft or car break-ins even when I went on vacation for over a month -Friendly neighbors. Multiple neighbors gifted me hand-baked goods even though I never talked to them before. When I had to ask my two upstairs neighbors to stop using their kitchen sinks for a day because mine was backed up, everyone was very understanding. -Maintenance workers are nice -Plenty of parking -No pest issues Cons: -Unusually thin floors. I've lived in multiple apartments (including a couple in college) and this was the one where I got the worst sleep. I once got woken up because my upstairs neighbor yawned. The floors also creak and squeak like CRAZY so even them walking around normally will wake you up -Flimsy appliances. Before choosing this apartment, I read many reviews that went "My stove/shower broke" and thought that only happened to unlucky people...That's not the case. You WILL need to call maintenance a few times. Within 1 year I've had to have my shower, kitchen sink, and stove fixed through no fault of my own
We moved here few weeks back. I see that toilets get blocked often and staff is rude and do not respond to requests. First day I moved in the light in the kitchen fell on me and when the leasing representative opened the blinds 10 of the blinds fell down. I made a request to fix them and more than 2 weeks have passed and I don't see any one coming and fixing them. In last two weeks my toilet get blocked 2 times - the maintenance do not respond quickly even if your toilet is overflowing. Only positive thing is these apartment are spacious. Based on my experience of maintenance I will not recommend these apartment. I will probably move out of these apartments as my stay is highly unpleasant.
The community apartments are decent but even for long staying renters this place can be a nightmare. I have always had repairs at my place and the response has always been extremely poor. You will have to spend countless hours following up with various people in front office and maintenance to get the issue fixed. A lot of the common amenities are also in repair for a long time like the sauna room has been in repair for over 2 years now. The swimming pool was shut down by the local health authorities for over 5 months last year after they found it to be unsafe for swimming. In house amenities are always breaking down due to old appliances and tools utilized and any repairs or replacements take weeks and months to repair. Mission peaks 2 tries to get customers in by its low prices but does little to keep them hence you will find a lot of people leaving after just a year. I would definitely not recommend this community and would rather look at the other communities close by who may be a bot costlier but far better in service and comfort.
Beautiful community, but alot of tenants are noisy. They slam their doors, talk on speakerphone on their phones out on the balcony, and people like to put their trash on the ground next to the trash can instead of IN the trash can. Moving in, I had lots of issues-including a screen door that doesn't lock and a cockroach infestation. Both situations were handled poorly-my screen door wasn't fixed-I had to fix it myself and the infestation issue had many delays. Long story short, I moved into a new building and now have sciatica and permanent back injury due to having to move twice. I just think this is such a large community that management is unable to solve issues quickly and efficiently enough.
It's very comfortable. I stay in 1bhk but it's very spacious. Maintenance is super fast . They reach you less than 24 hrs. Fitness center is well maintained. Even the pool . Moreover it's near the Fremont Central Park .bart , Fremont library within 1 mile . Just walkable. So overall awesome place to stay with family ??????????
Mission Peaks 2 is a excellent and one of the most safe community to live in. It provides great services according to the reasonable rent it charges. The energy of the apartment is so beautiful and we feel so fresh each day. The buildings of the apartment is so beautifully designed and it is maintained very neat and clean. Everyday I feel very greatful to live in this community. Thank You.
