Low quality construction. Windows are double paned, but not sound proof. If you rent a downstairs unit be prepared to hear all the noise from the upstairs unit. Cabinets are low quality. Carpeting is cheap. Unit shown on website is not the unit that is available for lease. Only four units have washer/dryers inside. Settled on low quality of unit with the hope that it would be a quite location. It's not quiet.

Mission Pines is a great community located close to Highway 4 and is in close proximity to a grocery store and small shopping center. The management is very efficient and does a good job at making sure potential residents feel welcomed, even during a pandemic.

Very convenient and quiet

A small apartment complex within walking distance of a movie theatre, Nob Hill, CVS, Subway and Kinder's. WalMart is a two minute drive or 15 minute walk. A small gas station is directly across the street along with easy access to Highway 4. The local high school (Alhambra High School) is less than a mile away. The grounds are well kept along with a fenced pool and laundry facility. Very peaceful.

Great place to live. Very much a family between neighbors. Living here in a quiet atmosphere is like living in your own home. The pool area is clean and fun for all ages. The laundry area is nice to have property for our use at any time. Each apartment has its own porch area that is great place to sit and read a book or enjoy beautiful weather. My small family has tons of space to play games, enjoy movies, and rest in our individual rooms. There's nothing like living in martinez in the mission pines apartments.
