Property Ratings at Mission Ranch
Peaceful and quiet. The people I’ve encountered are friendly. The environment around me feels safe. I would could live here for years to come.
Love it we have never had problems with neighbors or staff members we love the pool & area is clean we always hear from staff quickly when we have a concern
I’ve been here since April of this year. The property is wonderful. Quiet, spacious and up to date. The office staff sucks! No one ever answers the phone, and literally have to go up there to make sure your work orders are completed. I would give more stars but the office staff is not up to par.
Well manicured property. I love how well kept the landscape is here at Mission Ranch Apts. Staff seem to want to be helpful and available which I greatly appreciate.
it’s nice. few things in the apartment that need fixing other than that it’s nice. nice thick walls, enough room for furniture and pretty clean.
Not bad I just wish they would have better communication with the residents. Also wish they would clean around the area a bit more than what it can be.
I have 5 years leaving on this apartments i just did a transfer and I was treated very well by all the staff Candra, Deborah and Olivia .They were amazing and helped me a lot with this process. Thank you i love leaving at Mission Ranch Apartments !!!
I have not had the best experience with the office staff or the condition of our apartment until. This is our second year hear and I have not had a chance to take a bubble bath yet. The tub was not something I would sit in and to debate with the manager since she stated is a bit more than I expected. The apartment is in bad shape. The ceiling in my bedroom, bathroom and living room looks like they are going to fall in and the contractor that did the drywall repair reported to me that he let the office manager know about how bad the unit is and when I sent the pictures with my work order the only did the drywall and still no word on the tub. I did get a email from the manager that the tub was going to be resurfaced and
It's great living here. The management has become way better in my opinion. They are starting to get things one around the property and it's looking great.
This is my first apartment Olivia and Debra made it an easy process for us. Thank you Olivia and Debra for taking your time and explaining everything and being understanding with me and always being available when I had questions or concerns.
I love the new management they got my washer and dryer fixed, they have been working on my apartment a lot and getting stuff done. The new manager is great and very kind I love her !!
This place offer an amazing peace as soon as you get there, I moved from NY and was my best decision to rent one apartment here. The access, clean, tranquility and the space is wonderful. I appreciate all the help received from Olivia in the leasing office, if you are looking for a good help to move; she is the person.
very quiet and friendly property stays nice and clean neighbors are very nice if anything going on in the apartments we are notified about everything
Some units are out dated, valet trash is a rip off, gates do not work. maintenance crew has changed several times in the past few months. Management is good.
It’s a nice quite safe place to at. It’s very clean and accessible to a lot grocery, connivence and food places.the people there are very friendly as well.
Mission Ranch is a great place to live! The apartments are well-maintained, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities are excellent, especially the pool and fitness center, and the location is perfect with easy access to shops and dining. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!
Very nice neighbors and a very clean complex. Haven’t had any issue with staff nor have had a problem that hasn’t been fixed right way , very happy with my choice
Your office staff SUCKS!! The manager does not manage. Her team can’t do anything. Not sure why they are even there. EVERYTIME you the staff a question….the answer “I’ll have to ask the manager”. The manager doesn’t do anything! HORRIBLE!!
Quiet, clean and the people are friendly. There are many restaurants near by and parks as well. I haven't had any problems so far and I don't expect to have any.
Don’t ever fix anything. Going to the office is useless because no one ever gives a concrete answer. Have had a water leak in the apartment everytime it rains. Got moved to this apartment to avoid the same issue we have here at the old apartment and are recieving the same treatment as before. No answers and no fixs. Work orders get closed and no one cares to come by. Have placed like 4/5 work orders for the water leak and 4 work orders for a toilet issue. All of them have been closed with no solution.
I have not lived in an apartment in a long time but my experience so far is great and the community is quiet and property is great My apartment is the exact size for me
Is a nice quiet complex but I haven’t had a washing machine since April and I’m unable to hook up my own. I live on the 3rd floor and I am on a Kidney Transplant to recurve a new kidney. It’s very difficult for me to take clothes from the 3rd floor and then to a laundry mat to wash them. Having clean clothes and clean items address imperitive
Mission ranch is okay, sent out for a couple of repairs that were never made. Door handle to kitchen pantry broke and will not open pantry door. Submitted 2 work orders for repairs and nothing was ever done. Stated repairs weee completed and no one never showed up for repairs. Just went ahead and repaired door handle myself out of my own pocket. Had water leaks through all windows during heavy rain storm and had puddles of water throughout the entire apartment and never saw anyone come in and do any repairs.. cheap tile flooring that rips when any furniture is on flooring and pretty sure they are going to try and deduct from my deposit. Dry wall must be pretty thin, can hear people talking from outside my bedroom wall to hallway. Other than that staff is nice and overall a good community and quiet.
I have been here almost 4 years now. I even moved this last year to a bigger upgraded apartment. I love it here I will say it’s a great place to live for me and my family.
very helpful staff and friendly community. great amenities and low rates i love that im close to work yet still only five to ten minutes away from all the shopping that towne east offers
Great community. Clean environment. Friendly staff and neighbors. Entertainment is all within reasonable distance. Best place to live in Mesquite Texas.
very calm and relaxing apartment complex no issues during the move in process love all the features the apartment comes with. neighbors are all very kind
It’s quiet here. The manager is very helpful with trying to help resolve any issues that might come about. She wants to ensure we love where we live!
The apartments are nice on the inside. They don’t come with storage closets, so that’s an extra charge. Then we can’t grill, we can’t have anything on the patio, the trash people complain about the weight of the trash (although that’s another included charge), water, trash & pest are like 2-3 months behind & never gets caught up. I signed a lease for 1 amount & it’s $100 more a month with all of their hidden fees. At least maintenance works quickly. That’s about all I have. Will be leaving when lease is up.
New tenant and I’m loving my apartment. Office staff is nice and busy. Property seems peaceful. Looking forward to more months and hopefully my review will remain the same.
For the most part the apartments are decent. It’s pretty quiet. Management could be way better. They don’t communicate with you when someone will be coming to your home
The apartments are large. I have a three bedroom with two bathrooms. As apartments become vacate, they are renovated. The location is close to US Highway 80, I635, George Bush Tollway and I30.
The staff ya extremely kind and helpful. They answered any questions I had and made sure I had everything ready to go by smoothly so that move in was a breeze
Pretty peaceful and quiet place to reside. If the office could answer the phone more often it would be great living. Would love to be able to communicate without having to always come in person to speak with someone.
Moving can be so hectic. The staff did a great job and they have great attitudes ! I love how spacious the floor plan is . Such a clean property and so many amenities . Feels good to be home .
My resident experience has been okay I have had no working washer for 3 months and that is a bit frustrating because how am I suppose to live comfortably in my apartment with no working washer paying what I’m paying for rent and other amenities if I can even wash some clothes. I keep being told it’s going to get fixed and it still hasn’t gotten fixed.
After being here for less than a week I already am loving it here. The staff in the from office is very friendly, especially the manager. She is so sweet and always wants to help. She seems so good for this place.
I recently moved in. Just from the application process, I should’ve known . The people sitting in the leasing office, do not answer the phone, so you have no choice, but to go in and speak to them . On the plus side, the unit is very spacious. Nice area, but apartment was left dirty from previous tenants.
I have not enjoyed living here since the new management took over. The parking policy is terrible and I feel the financial impact along with the trash not being picked up and being charged a fee for it still being at the door
Very unorganized place. Contractual agreements by Mission Ranch are not followed, yet they expect the residents to follow and hold them accountable. "The purpose of a contractual agreement is to serve as a record of the agreement between the two parties. By entering into a contractual agreement, both parties are legally obligated to the terms of the contract. Contractual agreements protect both parties by ensuring that they both follow through on the agreed-upon terms and conditions ."
property very nice and clean no complaints of any loud noise leasing office everyone was very helpful keeps tenants updated my neighbors are friendly
I would give negative stars if I could. This apartment complex has been a nightmare from the day I moved in. Management never answers the phone, maintenance request after maintenance request for things broken upon move in, breaking, and alarms constantly going off. I can see why I had no neighbors for the first 6 months of my stay here and now the couple that moved in have already left after only staying a couple months. I'm sure management will again say to contact leasing office just to get the voicemail. Please rent anywhere but here. You can get a rental house for the price of the 2 bedroom apartment easily. It will also be quieter and much safer.
Much better since new manager, still a lot of Residents not picking up Dog Poop but they are fining people now and have increased Pet depot so all Good
It’s not bad place to stay, need better people to help out in the office. Manager needs to care more for the property as well. Gates are never really closed
Great place to live. Everyone is helpful and very courteous! They always go above and beyond to make any issues I may have, to be resolved in a very timely manner! Great staff and neighbors!
Great place, very well kept and everyone is friendly. Great neighbors and people are respectful of each other. Very pleasant community and not chaotic at all. I am thoroughly impressed with the community and people. Parking is convenient. All access is easy. The apartments are nice. Washer and drier provided in each apartment. It's enjoyable to go home everyday from work and relax in my apartment or even go for a swim. Nice equipped fitness center.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. I had to change my move in dates and was accommodated without issue. Upon move, all request were granted without question.
Been here 4 years, this past year been the worse. When it comes to taking care of old tenants, hidden fees for example ; they charge you $50 to pay your rent . The pool gets so pack with people that don’t leave here also smell like weed everyday and the smell of garbage is disgusting ?? mold in windows is so mad don’t move here.
Great property. Office team is friendly. Maintenance is fast.
After completing the applications, I dropped them off at the office along with 3 $50 money orders for the applications. I also dropped off a $300 money order for the deposit. Although the money order was already made out to them for the deposit, I was handed back the $300 money order and informed it was not necessary until my transfer was approved. Then the assistant manager performed a move-out inspection of the apartment on 21st so that I could pay for any damages. She contacted me on Thursday the 22nd via email to inform me I was approved. Mrs. Riviera asked that I come by to pay the transfer fee and sign the paperwork. Per her email, I had until Friday the 23rd to do this. Wanting to get it done as soon as possible, I tried to contact her numerous times via email and phone on the 22nd. I left messages with Sergio that I had a question for her and asked that she return my call. I wanted to clarify if I needed the $300 deposit in addition to the $500 transfer fee. Not receiving a return email or phone call, I then went into the office the afternoon of the 22nd. I was informed she was not available. I asked to sign the paperwork. He went into her office to get the paperwork but came out stating he could not find it. I gave him the $300 deposit and asked if I needed the $500 as well. He said I could work it out with Mrs. Rivera when she got back to me. This next morning, I received an email from Mrs. Rivera. She informed me that the apartment I was applying for was no longer available. I reminded her that I had already given the deposit a week ago but they had given it back to me. I stated I had dropped it off a second time the previous day. I also informed her of my numerous attempts to contact her via phone, email, and coming into the office to clarify about the deposit yesterday. I reminded her that per her email she said I had until the 23rd to complete everything. She said it did not matter. I guess someone came into the office at 5pm last night while the manager and assistant manager were walking the property. They must have had an application, work references, previous residence references, and deposit. Their background check and references must have been approved instantly. I find this hard to believe! They like to play games here. It is not worth the trouble! If this was the only incident it might be different. I could also give you a handful of other unhappy residents!
