I would not recommend living here. When we moved in, the apartment was in literal shambles. Paint buckets, toilet seats, broken doors, and tools were scattered throughout the unit and everything was filthy. There was no running water in the kitchen or one of the bedrooms. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was in pieces. So, even if the water ran there would be no way to drain the sink properly. The bathrooms were unfinished, missing the drawer faces and having leaky faucets. The closet doors were missing in one of the bedrooms and are still missing almost three months later. Installing a dryer screen took over two months and their solution was taking a dirty, USED one from another apartment. We have been met with sarcasm and annoyance when we approach the office with any issue, big or small. Do not move here.

The worst place to rent. in the 3 years living at the apartment i had no heat for an entire month in the winter time and sometimes no hot water. No kind of compensation for these conditions but when you ready to leave the will over charge you for a small spot in carpet over $500 month which they will clean and I know will not be replaced as they say. I gave them 2 month notice moving as well early key before my lease ended! But they still charge me ridiculous repair charges and sent me to collections when i was only notified a day of these charges! Plus they will only touch over the dirty spots when painting! stay away Don't move there! Loud noise and music playing. Dog poop every where. My son had the same problem and he had no damage or dirty carpet but still was charged $500! Stay away!

The staff has always been helpful and understanding. They are also a lot of fun. I love the get-togethers that the office would host (Wine Down Wednesday, Honey collection, Beeswax Candle making, etc.) I love the layout of the apartment. It does show some date to it here and there, but it's nothing extreme. I've felt so comfortable here and am extremely pleased to say that there was never an issue with pests (I've probably only seen 2 cockroaches within the past year, but that was outside haha). I've had a pleasant experience here.

Front desk people are always revolving so nothing gets done. They charged utilities 3days after we moved out (they charged us more than a full month. Well over the amount of previous months) Roaches in buildings, not working A/c, broken gate, disgusting pools and hot tub. Mold in vents and bathrooms maintenance guys do bare minimum to make it stick together (literally stapled our rotting door together) All concerns taken to the front office and promptly dismissed. Every person that has been hired for front fest is been rude and dismissive. 0/10 DO NOT LIVE HERE

Unless the leasing office receives keys or an email informing us of such, we have no way to know if the home has been vacated. Everyone's idea of customer service is subjective, however, I pride myself on my staff's ability and initiative to provide top-notch service. This is long, but I wish I read a review like this before singing my lease and I usually wouldn't waste my time, but this is the reality: BEWARE OF MISSION SPRINGS I've never cried upon moving into a new apartment. I was so upset that I got tricked and locked into leasing a crap apartment. It's been extremely disappointing and stressful living here. If I could give negative stars I would. Mission springs has been unhelpful since before I moved in. 1) They LIED to me and said my apartment would be an R3 renovation with brand new appliances and all. Made me wait an extra 2 weeks just to be disappointed. Everything in this unit is out dated, broken, or a hazard. It's been over 9 months and I still have not received any type of renovation except for my fridge being replaces because it leaked into my food and got me sick. 2) They never answer the phone or handle maintenance requests so nothing gets handled efficiently even if it is an emergency. It's been over 9 months and none of the 14 service requests (even the high priority ones) I put in were addressed. I wasn't even contacted by the office. 3) If they tell you what your rent is, add on about $200 extra bucks per month because they charge you for stuff like trash when you have to do it yourself and other charges they don't tell you about. 4) Dog poop and homeless people roaming the property and dumpster diving. The gates to the complex are broken so anyone can get in. My roommate also had someone break into her car by the front gate. 5) Roaches in the apartments in the back. There is only grass and nice stuff by the office- be sure to tour the whole complex because it looks nothing like the front. !!!!Tips before signing lease with mission springs!!!! - Check out the unit they will give you. The model unit they show you looks NOTHING like the apartments in the complex. You will be disappointed and it's an added inconvenience to you moving in. Even the washer/dryer units are different and way smaller than the model units. - If they tell you the unit is currently occupied, walk past it and look at the blinds. If they are vertical, the unit is most likely not renovated. Horizontal, maybe some updates but not a full renovation. If they tell you they can order all new stainless steel appliances they are most likely lying. I've been waiting since November for mine and they keep telling me its backordered.

I have lived here for a year, probably the worst decision I've ever made! This property needs to be torn down and rebuilt including plumbing and HVAC systems before they move anyone in again. The new paint that will peel in a few months does not change anything. They have a CONSTANT roach infestation due to the holes in the foundations of the units and the neighbors they allow to put trash on their patios/balcony with no reprimand. Last week from 3pm-11pm there were two homeless people sleep outside of my apartment and if they are not there they are sleeping next to the dumpsters so do not park there at night. The first week of move in both showers were clogged and an independent plumber noted that all of the plumbing lines need to be replaced due to damage from roots going into the pipes (nothing was done but a snake). I currently have a service request for a flooding bathtub that is over 3 MONTHS old. They DO NOT have ac and heating, they have swamp coolers that cannot be programmed and you'll have to wait a month for them to switch from either cold or hot air as temperatures change (There was no heat in November, and no Air in March for Arizona). All of the issues are magnified by an unresponsive and unaccountable staff, I hope nobody ends up trapped in a lease in a place this bad

This is a cockroach infested property where you will live with mold , bugs, and broken appliances. The property staff will never resolve your issues or fix what is broken. The property charges you thousands of dollars which does not go to improving the grounds or making your life positive. The property controls when you use AC versus Heat, they never fix broken water pipes so you have cold water in the winter and hot water in the summer. The property is not ADA accessible and makes in incredibly hard to use the property and it’s “amenities” aka dirty pools and a locked gym. This place should be condemned.

This place is a joke. The staff all suck and they will try and overcharge you. The buildings are in kept falling apart. Good luck getting ready for work in the mornings the hot water is spotty to non.

If it was possible, I would give less stars. This place is an absolute nightmare. Even if you are fine with horrible customer service that either doesn't pick up the phone or lies when they do, roaches, and generally poor apartment complexes, I would still recommend you look somewhere else. Seriously, it's that bad. Also I would like to note that this complex was awful in 2021 when I first moved in. But after switching to their current management in 2022, it is completely atrocious.

Great place if on a budget. Be weary if something breaks its not going to be fixed for a long while. pool is great when its eventually cleaned. no gas tanks in the grills ever. Also buy an in home A/C box or many fans for when the heater system doesn't get turned off until April, so you'll need them for the month of March when you have no cool air. Also make sure to make friends with someone who knows how to fix appliances because the team here can do it but never in a timely fashion. Stayed for a year lease but have been wanting to leave 4 months in.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. HORRIBLE. They failed to inform me of having no hot water and no heater before i signed a lease and moved in, then it took them over a month for it to be fixed after I continuously brought this to their attention almost daily. A Manager even said in response “Yes I am aware, there are other residents who have not had hot water in months.” Over priced too. Slow Maintenance and not enough of them.

Would not recommend if you want to have drawers that open half way, bad office crew that seems to always be changing, ac that goes out during the summer, and maintenance that never seems to do their job beside ride in the golf carts

This is not a safe place to live due to the homeless people that are allowed to room free 24/7, they break into vacant apts, sleep, shower and leave early in the a.m. My car has been broken into twice, management is aware yet no 24 hr security as they don't want to spend money I guess.

Do not live here. The management team, front office staff, and maintenance team are constantly changing and thus do not care about you. This property do not attend to their current residents and instead only care about bringing in new residents. Maintenance requests take 4 weeks to be fixed, if they are fixed at all. Front office staff do not care about issues, concerns, or complaints and brush off any with vague and impersonal emails. This place is trash. Its too expensive for the horrible living conditions.

Hands down mission springs is a very beautiful place to live even with it being an old apartment complex the management does try their best to make sure that it's cleaned and kept up and I appreciate that I do feel that the rent is overly expensive for the apartments but the location is probably what we're really paying for I would recommend this place if people that are staying here were more clean and picking up their dog residue their trash just making sure their area is clean and kept up and making sure that they actually throw their trash in the trash cans things like that that management obviously can't control I feel that this would be a nicer place to live.

It always took forever for them to come and do the maintenance. For all the apartments I've lived, MS got the slowest service ever.

The front office managers are amazing and super pleasant and easy to work with. They have been very attentive to our every concern or need. Keenan and Maria along with the manager are extremely knowledgeable and approachable about anything from a simple compliment to the most complex issue. Having rented from numerous places, its a breathe of fresh air dealing with them.

I cant even explain in 50 characters how horrible this place is. If anything breaks in your apartment it takes forever to get it fixed and you have to send multiple requests. Front office staff is also extremely rude and unreliable. They also enter your apartment without permission and give no time frame to when anyone comes in. AWFUL! trying to move ASAP
Mold, roaches, and management retaliates when called on, no fixing stuff on the apartment. Jack up the rent anytime with bogus expenses for utilities. Bums sleep in pool area every weekend, avoid the pain. Do not rent here.
As previous reviews mention, the customer service is non existent. They take forever to complete maintenance request so don't expect much to get fixed. Transparency is not an option. There is no late grace period regards of your pay schedule. They'll remove you from the online portal at their leisure with no notification. Overpriced and parking is terrible. Just don't do it. Find another option.
The staff is horrible the complex is ok good luck it something is broken it will take an extended amount of time to get anything repaired. The front office staff accuse you of all different things the rent they have you pay when rent is due they can add charges at anytime. Worst experience I have had with the front office staff. Spend your money els where these people are hostile and rude.
they won’t do anything to solve the no hot water issue. We are being forced to boil water and bathe. There is a major cockroach problem as well.
This place is infested with roaches. The maintenance request are ignored but marked complete. I’ve been into the office more times than I can count and they won’t send anybody out. We ONLY have hot water. Like, boiling hot. We’ve been complaining for 4 months and haven’t had anybody out once. I wouldn’t recommend living here, ever. It’s absolutely terrible
Moved in 1 week ago and cant believe the way my apartment was given to me. But not only that they have not yet come to the apartment to address some issues that are hazard and dangerous. Maybe when I get injured they show. 7 outside lights are out.Had to use a flash light to get in to my apartment. I dont feel safe. Called the office and spoke to Kayla numerous times about maintenance coming to fix my things. If anything happens to me in my apartment due to locks not working right or outside due to lighting issues this here will be my proof and my lawyer will take over.
Moving in was an issue with prices changing and seeing different people. The turn over rate must be very high, we've seen so many new faces in the few months we've been here. The gates stay open 24/7. I would not recommend walking by yourself at night, even just from the parking lot to your apartment. The water is constantly being shut off or it just doesn't heat up. Its very hard water without any filtering. We are constantly dealing with bugs. I would not recommend.
Just listing the problems: -Water is a big issue. On average 25-35 days in a year there's no water or hot water. Same for Heating and A.C. -Security is a big issue. The main door has just one lock. We had to call the police once because a stray person came to our door at 11:30 pm. The security gate has been open for months. Our shoes got stolen from the porch. -Cats hovering around the complex. -Unprofessional people at the office. Poor work. Management talks in a condescending way. -Maintenance requests takes about 2-3 reminders and about 2 weeks to attend if at all they do come. This company seems to be trained on 'how not to be customer oriented'! -Be very careful at move out. Take pictures along with the person inspecting and keep it as proof because they make wrongful move out charges.
A little to high on pricing. looked nice inside and out but always had water problem and bug. Maintenance was kinda slow getting there work done. The staff always had smiles on their faces and we're happy to you see. it was OK.
Water is always being shut off. Bug problem. They take forever to fix things or forget about us. Cars getting broken in too. Transferred to heather and still hasn't put the ac on even though it's freakin hot now. Terrible. Can not wait until lease is up rent is too high to be turning the water off when they feel like it
Just moved in during the summer. AC sucks in the heat. constant water problems (heat and pressure)(water is always hot, hard to find the cold water spots) They shut the AC off in early November and converted to heater. don't know why it's very hot inside now no vent or can option. took them 3 months to fix problems that were there when we first moved in(dryer and broken drawers) wouldn't recommend this place at all.
its ok for the pricing. The inside of the apartment looks good. But it has constant water problems and water bug problems
