Staff was absolutely amazing in the leasing office Micheal and Erica they got me approved and walked me through the whole process
The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, specially the property manager Michael he is really helpful with all the information and help you need. This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community.
The property manager Michael has been an extremely wonderful person to deal with. I've lived in this complex for 14 years this year and he has been an amazing breath of fresh air. Always very polite and attentive. I had problems for years with my first apartment I rented here and he offered to move me into a far newer renovated unit without increasing my rent. I've lived through many terrible property managers and horrible maintenance staff at this complex over the years but recently I've seen drastic changes in both. If they don't gouge my rent when my current year is up I'd be glad to continue to live here.
I move in here a year ago and everything as been perfect no complaints with the management
The apartments are very spacious and the prices are reasonable the property manager Mike is great he is very professional he's the best property manager, and last but not least it's plenty to do in the area. Plenty of bus stops in the area if u need transportation. Highly recommend
I have been here over 2 years.. The staff and manager are great... They will tend to your needs and are very understanding. Best of all everything is close by from clothing stores to grocery stores all within walking distance. But most importantly it's a very quiet community I have not had any complaints..
I can recommend it, since when I moved, I had no problem. The apartment is completely renovated to the point that I was not very convinced with the refrigerator and they changed it for a completely new one in less than an hour. So far, I can only say that it is a very nice place to live
From the welcoming and stress-free management like Michael who really gets the bigger picture of what you need out of life is rare! The application was FREE, the move-in was well communicated and smooth, payment available online, beautiful landscape. This complex dips down out of traffic and street view covered in lakes and trees, making for a serene homecoming & going. It also makes you feel extra safe because it is not easy to get to on foot unless you know where you're going, like to get on public transport. The police are frequent and non-invasive so even more safe without lifestyle interruptions. On-site laundry everywhere. Perfect hide-a-way for a quiet city life.
They have a serious problem with cockroaches, every time you go to the office the new manager is in meetings or conference calls, even she closes the curtain in your face, you leave messages with her assistant and never return the call. The administration service is terrible. Hot water fails weekly. My contract ends soon and I don't see the time that day arrives.
I do not recommend it changed the administration and those who took it are hostile people are annoyed when one goes to the office to repair something of the apartment and the worst is that they never come to repair anything the only thing they do well is to collect the rent nothing else I am Doing everything possible to move me from this place are deteriorated do not paint them do not repair the liquids of the bath
When I moved in to this Apt 3years ago, everything was good. Now there have been 4 Property managers within the 3 yrs I've been here. Now since new management took over, everything is going downhill. Maintenance don't want to fix anything, management is rarely in the office and they close the office for lengthy periods of time (days) without letting tenants know. They don't do anything about neighbors disturbing you with constant pounding noises, loud music, banging noices, etc. Security don't answer their ph when you call. Lots of tenants have moved due to these issues and countless other reasons. The walls are paper thin & you can literally hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. All they care about is getting their money but cares nothing about the tenants!! This place would be a great place if management fixed the issues at hand and actually did their jobs!!
