I have been here two months.... every time I have company I have to go to the gate to let them in. That's so irritating. The air works for two days after it's fixed then it goes back out! They charging luxury prices and it's giving very much so inconvenience. Not to mention I was stuck outside the gate for a week due to the key card not working and the office manager not caring!

Just moved to a renovated unit , I must say this is what I was looking for .. Mrs. Barbara and her team are great and understanding people..Lexis and Lora are exactly what we need here.. There’s nothing I never asked nor needed that has never been unanswered , the work orders are quick and the maintenance guys are Great!!!This place I must say is where I’ll be!!

I’ve been here two months and haven’t had any major issues. The manager Ms. Barbara is the best, she’s Very Straight forward and I love every bit of it! I’ve had to put in a maintenance request and my problem was fixed immediately. I would recommend staying here.

I've been gone 2 months and I'm still waiting on my deposit back. Its not about the money its about the dont care attitude of this entire management department. If you move here you will regret it. If you read any positive reviews about this business you can bet it was fabricated. If you take a chance don't say we didn't warn you. I also spoke with the owner and he was more concerned about how I reached him, Instead of trying to fix the problem and going through his management team who never has an answer and blames everything on him. He said this is not the way to go about things in regard to me contacting him well if not you then who.

Awful place to live, management is rude and unprofessional, roaches everywhere, trash everywhere, maintenance tickets go unanswered. worst place I have ever lived.
The staff is amazing and the property is kept clean and well maintained. Frank and Que are so quick at fixing things and friendly and interact with my kids in passing. My neighbors are great. My apartment is spacious and up to date.
It is great living here and the new staff helps it feel like you are welcome. They take care of all your needs.
I have found my permanent home here in Mallard Creek. I love my space, my neighbors, and our community. I'm ten minutes away from work, Tanger Outlet, and much more.
This complex is under new management and they are great at getting things done. The new office staff is wonderful! The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. I had no issues moving in, thanks to their staff and maintenance! I am in a 3 bedroom 2 bath (have been here 6 months now) and my family has more than enough space to move around and have company! The only complaint I would have right now is that they are always fully leased, so the wait is long! I guess that is good for them though!
Definitely recommend this apartment complex to no one. They allowed someone to stay in the apartment even after I had moved out. They then tried to charge me for the whatever they could think of ...only after doing a walk thru a week and a half later.!!!! I am now having the hardest time finding an apartment because they have reported to the credit bureau that i didn't pay them.. which should have been them paying me by deposit back!!! I have been disputing this for a year!!!!
