I have been living here since 2018 and I wouldn’t dream of calling anywhere else home!! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance never lets me down! Parking is covered and they added a stair stepper to our gym!! Couldn’t be happier!

I recently moved in and i already fell in love with my apartment and property. The staff made for an easy move in transition and the apartment is bigger than I expected, I leased without seeing the actual unit and I was hesitant but was reassure I would love it.AND I DO!

I called Modena home for the past two years and loved every minute of it. Maintenance was quick and efficient, the office staff was nice and understanding and the neighbors were friendly at events! If you're looking for a well-priced apartment close to different areas of Dallas this is your place!

Amazing maintenance staff, quick to respond to any issues I am having! Way better than the last couple of places I’ve lived. Gabriel has helped me with a number of concerns I’ve had over the few years I have been living here. Maintenance works hard to make sure the property is up and working smooth through anything.

Management staff was very nice! Was looking for a new apartment and the staff was amazing and really took there time showing me the properties amenities. They even talked about there recommendations of restaurant and stores around the area!

The property is kept clean and it’s close to a lot of the popular neighborhoods here in dallas.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and my neighbors always make a point to say hi! My favorite part is the management team is always loving on us residents by hosting events with delicious food or contest give aways!! Such a fun place to live!!

I toured here and Avery was great super insightful and knowledgeable regarding the neighborhood. I throughly enjoyed my tour and will be back closer to my time frame

I am pretty new to the Dallas area so we had used a couple apartment finders to help us locate an apartment. Our main concerns were safety and handicapped friendly. I have had a ton of medical issues so we knew we would need a 1st floor or elevator access and hopefully in a garage. I didn’t really have high hopes because other properties we looked at were a bust but this one really had everything we needed. The leasing agent at the time was extremely friendly and helped us with all of our questions. We needed to wait a couple months before we leased but the management team was very understanding. Now we have been living at the property for almost a year and I absolutely love it. Everyone is extremely friendly and it makes for such a pleasant place to live. I will say that I am not a fan of the visitor parking situation. There are very limited spots for visitors. The dart parking is right down the street and visitors are allowed to park there but that is kind of a hassle when you have elderly or disabled relatives. I do hope one day there is a solution for more accessible visitor parking but everything else about the property is above and beyond. I am extremely happy here and plan on staying for a long time.

This is my first year in Dallas and I found this great apartments. They are 10/15 min away from uptown/downtown, Addison, Richardson, etc. For me is the heart of Dallas. Maintenance is excellent and staff is very friendly.

This is the 4th year i have been with this apartment! Everything has been great from the rent to the service to the staff friendliness to apartment events etc. My only wish is that they could increase the rent less next year lol but i understand it is with the overall marketing! Any way strongly recommend this place !!

I’ve lived at Modena over a year and it has been an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, the property is nice and well-maintained and my dog loves the dog run! Maintenance is very responsive and the staff has text message communication setup which they are also very responsive with.

When I moved in, the staff was accommodating. Gradually, this changed over 2 years. They are not allies when tenants need allies, and this is one of the worst criticisms one could make about apartment staff. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone I cared about.

This place is like a hotel! (my Dad lives here) Great location - easy access to almost everything. The new management team is awesome and a vast improvement of the predecessors.

I came for a tour of the apartment complex and everything was clean and looked appeasing. My leasing consultant, Bakari, gave me a tour and provided me with information about the area since I was new to Dallas. The grounds were clean and the parking garage was very accessible to the complex. The units are clean and provide a spacious layout. The complex is very close in proximity to uptown, grocery stores, and shopping centers. The tenants have been quiet and friendly. Everything I have been looking for in a new residence. I have enjoyed living here thus far and would highly recommend it!

DO NOT RENT HERE! The new leasing staff is a group of complete idiots and have done a poor job taking over from the prior management group. Elevators are dirty, delivery packages were left all over the floor of the mail area for a month, and they will charge you an arm and a leg when you move out for “cleaning” charges.
