Energetic, hip, vibrant, artistic -- there are plenty of words to describe RiNo (the River North Arts District), but the only way to truly get a feel for Denver's favorite neighborhood is to start experiencing it. RiNo contains some of Denver's top restaurants, the trendiest breweries and bars, the most talked-about art galleries, and the hottest shops and boutiques. With colorful murals and graffiti blending with just enough grit to keep things interesting, RiNo has become Denver's bohemian hub.
Art studios are everywhere in RiNo -- Elipse Gallery, Blue Silo Studios, ATC Den, Plinth Gallery, Helikon Gallery & Studios, Fice, Dateline, Studios on Blake, Studio Seven, and the Dry Ice Factory. It is also home to the Blue Moon Brewing Company, Great Divide Barrel Bar, Epic Brewing Company, First Draft Taproom and Kitchen, and Black Shirt Brewing. There are so many places to visit, you'll stay busy after moving to RiNo.

Property Ratings at Modera Art Park
Unfortunately would not recommend this property and will not be renewing my lease after a year. Parking garage door worked for maybe 3 months out of the last year, has been opened the rest of the time with an empty security car stationed at the entrance. Cars have been vandalized and stolen. Pool and hot tub were not usable through the winter, and you have to fight for a spot on the weekends because of people partying. Only elevator in one corner of the building is shut down very often due to maintenance or move-ins; I’ve had to walk all the way around the building by myself late after work many times. Leasing agents in the lobby don’t interact with residents and come off dismissive when approached. Overall just an underwhelming experience for the high rent charged as someone who works in the property management industry.
We had a list of over 10+ issues upon move out. Bicycles are stolen, cars are damaged and the parking garage is not secure due to broken doors HVAC issues making the issue unlivable Staff was subpar Electrical issues Delivery parking and entrance to the building is impossible and hallway signs are not correct causing confusion and frustration to guests and drivers.
I’ve rented for 8+ years and have never had such an awful living experience. I loved it here until someone moved in above me - the floors are not concrete poured and I hear EVERY single step my upstairs neighbor takes - it quite literally sounds like thunder and causes things in my apartment to rattle - my dog ever had panic attacks because of it. Management basically did nothing and told me I could move out and pay $4K plus two months rent to do so or have them start eviction proceedings against my upstairs neighbors, both of which are absolutely ridiculous. The walls are equally thin and I can hear it every time my next door neighbor opens their blinds. I haven’t slept through the night in months and have resorted to sleeping with AirPods blasting white noise just to drown out the noise and taking melatonin every single night. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve mentioned this to management and called security with no change. My day quite literally starts the moment they get out of bed (which I can hear at 7:30 every morning) and I can’t sleep until they decide to go to bed (midnight every night). It’s literally been the most miserable living situation and no one should have to go through this. As nice as a building as it is, it’s like living in a pretty cardboard box.

I've had a great overall experience. Sal and Melody have been a pleasure to work with on my leasing experience and move-in. I appreciate the luxury amenities, conveniences offered, and exceptional standards here. Highly recommend the property and am convincing my own friends to move in!
DriveTrain is a very well-run apartment complex - I feel safe and supported living here.
Best apartment community in the area hands down. From the amenities to the apartments themselves. Also Autumn is the best leasing agent around, and was very helpful!
Wife and I had 2 site visits with Sal who did an amazing job. We both love the property and are looking forward to moving in, only wish my current lease was up sooner.
The interior is beautiful but the gym, pool deck or the jacuzzi seem to always be closed. pretty frustrating considering the price you pay to live here.
Drive Train is a beautiful building with excellent staff. I am very happy with my residency at Drive Train thus far. Thank you!
I love the amenities, staff, location, and community, Everyone who I have met so far has made it feel like home.
I am extremely happy with my choice to move to DriveTrain! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and light. The staff is awesome as well.
DriveTrain has the coolest and friendliest staff. They have a great dynamic and make it a welcoming experience. The units have high ceilings and tall windows. There's a modern hotel across the street where you can host friends who visit from out of town. RiNo has lots of restaurants, bars, concert venues, breweries, and art galleries. The building is a short walk from a Natural Grocers; best grocery store around.
