This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The building is always clean, the neighborhood is excellent, and it’s very pet-friendly. There are plenty of opportunities for dogs to make friends too. Above all, the management team is absolutely perfect. They are kind, attentive, and quick to respond, leaving no room for complaints. The only problem is that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to move to another apartment building. After living in such an amazing place, I don’t want to live anywhere else. The apartments are in a great location, with awesome amenities, and a fantastic office staff! Parking is expensive, $230 a month, but the garage is locked and under the building so it’s very convenient

This apartment building has been the nicest place we’ve lived in Portland. It’s me, my wife, our daughter, and Oreo, our dog. The friendly management staff and the community events have really made a difference for us. Modern furnishings, lots of amenities, great response time on maintenance! Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Bike got stolen from bike locker room though, so if you use it, get cut-proof locks.

I had a great year living at Modera Belmont, and it was a fantastic apartment. The community events were very nice, and were great additions to the great conditions of the apartments. The community spaces were always very clean , the nearby public transit was a plus, and something I hadn't thought about until I had moved was the water pressure in the shower, which was fantastic. The only problems I ran into were pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. Sometimes the garbage valet didn't always collect my trash, and one of the elevators has been in repair twice since I moved in. It can sometimes gets a little loud with traffic, but that's only an issue with the apartments on the street side. Overall, this was a great apartment to live in, and the minor issues didn't bother me too much in the long run.

I recently moved into Modera Belmont Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The location is unbeatable, nestled in the vibrant Buckman neighborhood of Portland. Its all you need
Everything is great the amenities are superb. The floor plans a nice. Both the 1 and the studio work. Cabinetry is top of the line. The staff is great helpful and knowledgably pointed out everything and new the area. Great place for local cuisine and just a short hop to downtown. Grab you bike and go.

Perfect spot in SE
Really considering Modera Belmont for my new place. Had a tour with a leasing agent who was friendly and answered all my first time renting questions. Had a ton of recommendations for the area including dog parks for my pup! Seems like this place has it all, and the 6 weeks free certainly helps. Hoping to make this place home soon ????

maintenance is quick to care for the problems that arise in the building, and the staff is incredible. especially jessica they're the best person I know I would trust them to watch my pet great horned lizard even and nobody watches professor charleton but me so that says everything. i wish i could rate 6 stars

Great management team, great apartments!
These apartments are great, nice location, beautiful updated appliances, they respond to any and all maintenance requests at the blink of an eye. Amazing amenities! We were so blown away when we first saw this place and I must say even after a year we are really loving it! My partner and I moved into Modera and have felt like a part of the community here! All of the staff are wonderful and have made us feel so comfortable! I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate all of the wonderful and attentive service they provide! The staff really makes this place feel like home!

Great place to live and great staff
Moved in a couple of months ago and there are many great things to love! The apartment is centrally located and even though it is between 2 busy streets, the noise level is great. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. So no noise complaints. Quality construction, the layout of the unit makes it feel like it is bigger than it is. The amenities are great (community lounge, gym, and rooftop terrace) and the staff is super helpful and very responsive. I used to live in an apt where it poorly constructed and I could hear my neighbors talking so I am super happy about this place.

Awesome place to live in and amazing team! All good!
I haven't been in the apartment/building/area frequently since I moved here last month. However, I can easily imagine how great it will be to live there. It's convenient, close to my work, close to downtown and this area is at walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and bars. The (many) amenities are mind-blowing, the building is spacious and clean. The apartment itself is full of light and fully-furnished. Last but not least, I have to say that the leasing/management team I interacted with was amazing! Grant and Daunte were incredibly helpful and professional during the entire process. I had to travel a lot for work and we did everything over the phone or emails. Thanks to their responsiveness, the move-in went smoothly. Honestly, they are awesome. Certainly the most efficient team I've seen so far between Europe and my move to the USA.

Fantastic community and staff!
I recently moved to Portland from North Carolina and chose the Modera Belmont sight unseen - I had checked out many similar buildings prior to moving, but hadn't met any of the Modera staff in person. I couldn't have made a better choice! My leasing agent, Grant, was incredibly helpful and responsive - he picked up the phone a few minutes after I submitted my application to chat, because he knew that I hadn't been by for a tour. The application process was extremely smooth, expectations prior to move-in were clear, Grant responded to my (many!) questions over email very quickly and thoroughly. The staff did everything that they could to make my move-in easy, including holding an elevator for my movers, and giving my partner who is not on the lease the apartment key and letting him in with our luggage because I had to go straight to work from the airport. The staff even brought to my door the prepared meals that I had ordered prior to the move! The apartment is beautiful - great light from tall windows, tall ceilings, new fixtures, great shower and kitchen sink (it's the little things), electronic key fobs for everything, and great shared amenities, including a well-equipped fitness room, outdoor roof deck with grills, and shared community spaces, including theater rooms on each floor. A streetcar stop is minutes away, and most things are walkable or bikable. Be my neighbor - you will not regret it!

Highly Recommend
I moved in two months ago and there is not one regret! There is everything you could imagine and more, gym, free coffee, VR room, game room, rooftop deck, and walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment itself has beautiful finishes with a full size washer/dryer. The leasing office has done great social get togethers with all the residents (bbq on the rooftop, wine and cheese night, etc.), it's been fun meeting everyone else who lives in the building. Lastly, Grant and Duante have been nothing but helpful during the entire process.

Couldn't ask for more
Ive really enjoyed living here so far. All of the imaginable amenities...even some I wouldn't have imagined. The staff have been absolutely great. I had a bit of a nightmare move in day (for reasons that had nothing to do with Modera) and they went way above and beyond to try and make my day better. Everyone has been super helpful and responsive to any questions/needs that arise.

Modera Belmont
I Moved to Portland in March and Looked at Modera Belmont as well as a few other buildings. Modera Blew all the other options away. The leasing team I dealt with (Grant, Nicole, Daunte) made moving very easy. I did everything over the phone with them. Since moving in I have fallen in love with this building even more. The amenities are great (Game room, Theater room, VR room)....and free coffee in the lobby every morning!
