I’m so happy to move in. It’s very convenient for school and food here. The location is incredibly convenient for my daily life, with school just a short distance away and plenty of great food options nearby. The building is well-maintained, and the management team has been friendly and responsive. My apartment itself is comfortable, with all the features I was looking for. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, which has made settling in so much easier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance of convenience, comfort, and quality. It’s a fantastic place to call home!

It is a nice apartment. The staffs are always patient. However, the effect of sound proofing is poor. At this stage, it maybe my best choice

Overall, great experience. Convenient location and quite neighbors. Sometimes, noise can travel through the vent, but it's not unmanageable.

Good location with good amenities. Would be cool to have some more amenities, such as a coffee machine for residents to use in the ground floor of Building B.

Although pricing is high it seems to be the same anywhere you look in Berkeley. Tour with Alex was very informative and he is very nice not sure how there are so many posts about them not being nice and unresponsive. Those posts look repetitive and most likely the same person posting on all platforms to just post a bad review. I will most likely not rent at Modera because I can’t afford it but bad customer service was not my experience.

Great location; clean apartment. However, extremely unresponsive and unprofessional staff + service. They will try to extract as much money from you by as many means as possible. When we wanted to handover keys after vacating a few days earlier than the lease end date they threatened with charging two months rent for breaking the lease. Within a few days after they send final statement with bogus charges, they even got a collection agency involved to threaten and extract money from us. Wouldn't go anywhere near them if we have to lease again in Berkeley. There are several other better options now in Berkeley.

I don’t usually leave reviews especially because I have stayed at many apartment homes in the past that haven’t been so great and have had so many tours the last couple of days that have been so unpleasant . But the tour I had this morning was hands down the most comfortable I’ve felt in a community with Alex I believe and the new leaser that tagged along. Alex made sure we were comfortable by introducing himself very kindly to me and my mom which was very surprised when he mentioned he was 19 because he carried himself so well. He seemed like he’s been doing this for years. I just wanted to leave a review because I seen so many negative comments on this team and I couldn’t believe it because this place is beautiful and the team is extremely kind.

We appreciate the hard work that Marissa and Ana have done these past few months that allowed us to move-in without any complications by mid-November. They made each step of the process easy by explaining what needed to be submitted digitally. On move-in day, they welcomed me to the community and introduced me to Sonny and Bayani who came to my unit and explained a few things with regard to the maintenance. package Sonny also scheduled a time to meet with me one on one to go over the parking specifications. Marquissa has also been quite helpful in times when Ana and Marissa were not available. Great teamwork!
