Modera Broadway

Staff are friendly. Modera is a home coming community with ambient atmosphere, though dwelled at a vivid neighborhood. I’ve living here for almost three years and intend to spend more time here.

The application process was incredibly easy and smooth! From start to finish, everything was straightforward, and the leasing team was helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The online application was simple to complete, and the approval process was quick. I really appreciated how transparent and efficient everything was, making the entire experience stress-free. Definitely one of the best rental experiences I’ve had!

My boyfriend and I just moved into Modera Broadway three weeks ago, and we love it so far! The apartment unit has great appliances, from the gas stove to the large washing and dryer machines. The leasing office staff have been great as well. They were very communicative during our move and are quick to help us resolve any issues that we email/call them about. We are enjoying the amenities too, especially the gym, which is never too crowded. We are looking to spending time here.

Great place to live in. I enjoy living in downtown Seattle and feel lucky to have moved into this area and apartment building. Looking forward to making future plans here as I get acclimated to living in the Capitol Hill area.

Great place to live, clean and modern. Staff are quick to assist if needed! Appliances are new and have not had a problem. There is an instant access internet router and can be activated the day you move in

Modera Broadway is a quiet community that has convenient transportation options. The staff are friendly and the maintenance team responds to service requests in time.

I enjoy living at modera a lot, it’s is a wonderful community. The amenities are a great and the staff are super nice and helpful. They are very great with communicating what is going on around the building and fast at responding to any needs/questions.

I’m new to Seattle and Modera, I’ve lived here for about 4 months, and I am certainly lucky to have chosen this apartment building! I didn’t do a lot of research when moving ( just chose modera off of a friend’s recommendation), and let me tell you, I LOVE it!!! The location is so perfect, close to all necessities as well as luxuries. Great food nearby, easy access to public transport, right next to Cal Anderson park/frequent local events, less than a block away from Capitol hill’s weekly farmers market, ect. I love the building itself too! Great amenities (the best rooftop frrrr) and a lovely community. Every place has it’s flaws (the coffee bar seems to always be closed and the rooftop time restrictions can be frustrating especially if you’re a night owl like me) but for the most part I’d say this is a pretty special building and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Capitol Hill.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest apartment community I have ever had the pleasure of moving into. The location is amazing, especially in terms of urban living; being so close to both a streetcar station and light rail makes commuting a breeze. That's not even mentioning that one of Seattle's nicest parks is literally right next door, and so is a fantastic farmers market that happens every weekend! The Modera staff are amazing too! Leigha made moving in a breeze and is easily the best leasing consultant I have ever worked with!

The building is beautiful, clean, modern (has AC!), and in a fantastic location. It is the prettiest building out of the 42 buildings I've researched online and seen in-person from tours, visiting friends, and living in. But what makes Modera Broadway stand out from all the buildings in CapHill is the staff. Their cleaning crew leaves the place spotless every day. The night guard actively makes sure the building is secure. Their leasing agent Leigha is super organized and fast at responding. I signed without touring the actual apartment (I had seen the building beforehand; the actual apartment wasn't available for viewing at the time) because she constantly showed that she had my best interest in mind. I see the staff working late hours to make sure this building and the apartments are perfect, as well as churning through applications and tours because they truly understand the importance of making sure people have a wonderful home to live in. Before signing with Modera, I had almost signed with other beautiful buildings--but no staff compares to the current Modera Broadway staff. I love my quiet oasis here at Modera in the middle of this city.

I've been living in Moderna Broadway for 2+ years and I've been so incredibly happy. The staff is amazing, especially Leigha, the grounds are clean and well furnished and the tenants are respectful.

Modera Broadway is the best building that I've seen in capitol hill. The office staff are friendly and professional as well as the maintenance staff takes pride in cleanliness and professionalism. 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

I've been at Modera for about two months now, and honestly, I've been really happy since I moved in. I spent a good two months looking for the perfect spot in Capitol Hill, checking out at least a dozen places. Leigha was the one who showed me around, and she's honestly the best leasing agent I've met. She's been all about making sure I'm happy, and I'm always struck by how nice and supportive she is. She's just a great person, and a big reason why I ended up choosing Modera was because of the friendly vibe she helped create. Location-wise, Modera's perfect for me, especially for getting to work, and it's super easy to get around from here. The place itself has some really cool amenities, and the apartments are modern, clean, and bright. Plus, there's a really nice rooftop. The prices are on the high side, which I'm not thrilled about, but I think the convenience, how nice the place is, and the friendliness of Leigha, Cecilia, and everyone else make it worth it. If the prices ever go down, I can't see a better deal than Modera around here!

My husband and I love living in Modera Broadway. Leigha and Cecilia are wonderful, and are so responsive, friendly, and helpful. We really appreciate the whole Modera Broadway staff, and the location and amenities can't be beat! Apartment units are a bit on the pricier side, but the value really is incredible. We do not have a car, so we love the proximity to the light rail, bus lines, and overall walkability of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The amenities including the fitness center, club rooms, and rooftops are top notch, and we have hosted many parties in the shared spaces and have received so many compliments about the community from friends and family. We highly recommend Modera Broadway to anyone who is looking for a modern, well-equipped, and smartly laid out apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle!

Both buildings are really pretty and the amenities are nice. The view is great and I am in love with the unit. Great staff and community.

Out of all the places I toured, none were all around excellent besides Modera. This started with Leigha from leasing office being warm and welcoming. After a thorough and relaxed tour of the complex, I was impressed. The amenities like the rooftop and gym are far more extensive than other places and offer 24/7 convenient access. All the facilities are modern and clean including the elevators and amazon package lockers. The room has nice up to date appliances with central heat/AC that work very well and are programmable. Despite being on Broadway, it's very well insulated while still being in the midst of it all. And of course any issue, Leigha and other staff are quick to address and help.

This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. I'm on the first floor and the high ceilings are amazing. The coffee machine in the lobby and the gym are great to have. The property management team is on it. Being next to the park is perfect for my dogs. The apartment is actually quieter than I expected. I definitely recommend Modera Broadway.

I have lived at Modera Broadway a little over a year and have been completely content with my apartment, the amenities, location and the property! I hope to call this place my home for awhile!

Modera Broadway is in a great part of town, the link is right across the street, there are probably 20-30 restaurants/ bars within walking distance of the property. It’s updated, has every feature I wanted in an apartment, the noise control is great. Staff are both attentive and actually really nice. I feel taken care of here which is important as a young woman moving away from home to a big city. It’s expensive but it is definitely worth it. The only thing I think needs to be reassessed are the fees. $25 trash valet fee, $11 amenity fee, $10 bike storage fee, the list goes on. We are paying Seattle rent prices, just build the “fees” into the price of rent and avoid irritating your tenants! Otherwise, I’m a happy ‘camper’. Modera broadway is gorgeous and the hallways and clean and free of smells that many apartments come with.

Love the on-site team! Shawn, Elroy, Natalie, and Cecilia are awesome. Always resolve issues and concerns of the residents here effectively, effectively, professionally (and friendly!)

I have lived at Modera for 7 months now and am absolutely pleased with my experience - Neighbors are quiet, the building stays clean, and the amenities are amazing. Not to mention the location and access to the Link! Honestly could not have asked for a better place to live as a new resident to the city of Seattle.

Rent/rent increases are a bit high for the value, but management is friendly and assertive to issues.

Modera Broadway is my third apartment in Seattle; having lived in multiple places around the world, I have to say this is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. As I type this, the internet continues to go out while I hear the neighbors from upstairs stomping and the ones next door sing happy birthday through these thin floors and walls. I work for a large tech company and I can't even connect to a low bandwidth internal chat system. Today Comcast came to "fix" the internet and confirmed the construction of the building is poor and all cabling is damaged. All of this on top of dealing for almost 9 months with terrible management, non-existent security that you get billed for every month, and multiple security incidents that have resulted in financial losses due to theft of property and vehicle damage. ZERO accountability from management or the parent company Mill Creek despite numerous attempts to discuss. In fact, my first few weeks here I complained about a gas leak and was ignored. It took an emergency evacuation to get attention and resolution, but ZERO accommodations or compensation for the expenses I incurred having to live and work elsewhere during the gas leak! Also, note that there are a ton of hidden extra charges on a monthly basis--you "share" utility expenses for the entire building, pay for a useless and unreliable "trash valet" service and can't ever get a clear answer as to the extreme monthly fluctuation of these charges. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN AWAY!

It is a vibrant community at the heart of Seattle and close to public transportation which is appreciable. I like to walk and we can walk to do some shopping or restaurants and pubs.

It has been a great experience thus far as a new resident! Amenities are outstanding, including the gym. I feel safe and secure in the building as well. The apartments are beautiful and the location is awesome. Very quiet environment with respectful neighbors.

I've lived in 5 different apartments in Capitol Hill, Seattle for the past 4 years and I could definitely say that Modera is the best one so far. It has great amenities (very nice rooftops with a pool table and bbq grills, a clean and new gym). The apartment staffs are also very nice and helpful, they will organize some fun events for the residents with gift cards and food! It's also located next to Cal Anderson park which has a tennis court, basketball court, and just a huge field.

A very worthwhile living situation, provided it's within one's price range - this place has been a dream! The only complaints I have are minor: (1) the lack of kitchen cabinet space (the black metal kitchen shelves are impractical) and (2) the toilet paper holder being vertical instead of horizontal.

Modera Broadway is a great community to live in. Ive been here for 2 months now and the service has stayed the same the entire time. Top quality service and the staff is extremely friendly as well.

Very clean and nice staff. Patio deck is very beautiful and user friendly with nice fire pit area and large sliding doors that allow perfect entertaining for your guests. That gives it a nice open air feel when it is a nice day.
