It’s so quiet, clean and peaceful. Everyone in the building is friendly as well which is always very welcoming. The parking garage is easy to get in and out of as well.

We lived at Modera Creative Village for 2.5 years and had a wonderful experience overall. The service and staff were exceptional—always friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever needed. The amenities were another highlight, with modern features that made life so much more enjoyable. While there were occasional hiccups, like the elevators being out of service now and then or fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall quality of living. Modera Creative Village is a great place to call home, offering a vibrant, welcoming environment with a community feel. We highly recommend it!

It’s been nice living here! The maintenance team works very hard to keep the place clean and troubleshoot the entrance gate quickly so we can stay safe! That poor gate never gets a break.

Very good location especially if you have a dog; there is a dog park and the Luminary Green Park just in front of the building. There are also two bus stops and some bars and restaurants around the park.

I’ve been living in this apartment community for over a year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained and provide a nice touch for relaxation. The staff is generally responsive and friendly, addressing maintenance requests promptly. However, noise from neighboring units can be an issue at times, which is why I deducted a star.

I feel safe and welcome in my community. My two issues are with the fire alarms and the elevators. The fire alarms seem to be a big hit with the neighbors and the elevators have been out a bit, but fixed asap. Everything else is wonderful.

Floors are poor quality vinyl plank in terrible condition despite being ostensibly new (like this when we got here), lifting everywhere, some kind of stains, gouges, and weird polished spots since day 1. The gate near our unit is extremely noisy and wakes us up with a grating cranking sound before we want to be awakened every single day. The lobby frequently smells like diapers or dog poop or something, and there is dog poop that gets left for days straight sometimes. We've had tons of pests from ants to silverfish to endless fruit flies despite throwing trash out every night, not keeping fruit or any other food on the counters or living areas, frequent vacuuming and mopping, etc. Ant control tried to help but they came back within a month, recently we've just left out our own traps as a permanent fixture because they've come back 3 times after using these nest kill bait traps each time. I've stayed at similar places at similar prices without any of these problems.

Being at Modera has been awesome! Despite the fact that the parking isn’t the ideal situation for us, it’s still doable and we love the community around us. The apartment is great and offers everything we need! The cleanliness and organization is one of the best we’ve seen!

Nice place to live; quiet neighborhood but close to Orlando downtown points of interest. Our apartment is very bright and we have a big balcony. I love the community events they organize.

I’ve lived at the Modera Creative Village for about 2-3 years now and I truly love it here. Not only is the creative village itself such a great area to live in with lots to do, but the complex itself has so many great activities and amenities, and the entire team from Brandon, to Jeremy, Yilian, maintenance and cleaning will always go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and your needs are met! This is our second year living here, and we can see that the new staff truly care for the property. Continuous resident events happen each month. I just wish the breakfast would occur a bit earlier, like at 7 am, since we both leave the house early for work & never get to attend one.

More like a 3.75. Staff are friendly and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Only building issue would be that the doors from the parking garage are loud when they slam. The only issue would be the residents. They do not clean up after their pets. They leave trash next to the trash chute. And some leave behind the wonderful scent of marijuana in the parking garage. And I wish there was better security.

Make sure you walk through instead of virtual touring. I received a video that didn’t exactly match the room I signed a lease for; I was somewhat misled in the unit I was moving into; I’m a little disappointed in the physical location of my apartment in the complex. Single bedrooms need an island bc cabinet space is limited. Additionally, there’s no pantry in the A02 layout. Outside of those few things, move in was easy, and the layout of the apartment was as described. They provide a great move-in special.

The internet never works and the property manager does nothing about it. I work from home and can’t make income due to this issue and still expected to pay full rent and management makes it a big deal if you try to get a credit for the internet that never works. Can’t even watch tv in peace. We’ve been promised that our gate will be fixed and nothing, but false promises. We’re paying for parking and it’s not secure.
