I am a new resident. So far, my experience has been pretty good. I like the amenities. Nathalie was really great with getting us moved in and making sure our apartment was nice and clean when we arrived! She was also super sweet. The neighborhood could be a little better due to homeless people roaming around, but that's kind of most of Seattle and it's not as bad here as in other areas.

I am really love Bell Jackson! It is really quiet inside each apartment, even though I know there are several pet owners on my floor. I also love the beautiful view from the 5th floor and the community patio! I can see myself using it as the weather gets better!

Pretty nice Community.. Except for few safety concerns.. Tailgating is seen quite often .. Community should also have a fob entry from garage to the building.. they currently have from building to garage and not viceversa.. I have seen random people entering to the Garage and gaining access to the building from the Garage door to building.. it would be great if management can take extra steps on that..

The place is very lovely. Kimberly, the assistant manager, is very nice and kind. Compare to the others, this place’s floor plan is very perfect and easily manageable. I like they have a small meeting room on every floor and I do love the gym. On top of this, Mt. Rainier and Downtown views from rooftop is fantastic. The apartment is two blocks away from Amazon Fresh and Wallgreen. It’s a mile away from Chinatown station and there are tons of good Asian food over there.

Staff is friendly, amenities are nice. There’s some noise from fire trucks, police, and Franz trucks in the evenings. Nothing unexpected on a busy Main Street. Safe neighborhood & security measures in the building make you feel more safe. Good location very central to most neighborhoods & nightlife. You can catch the 14 right across the street, which makes it easy to get around.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, responding promptly and proving to be effortlessly collaborative. I appreciate the apartment's location, which is conveniently close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and various entertaining places, making it an ideal spot for leisure and convenience.
I love living here and the staff are very nice and very welcoming! It’s got an amazing view from the top that you just can’t beat and i would recommend this place to everyone

It was a great process to apply and work with Bella and Kimberly. I would recommend Bell Jackson to anyone. The rooftop is one of the best parts of the building with amazing views of downtown Seattle.
I really like my apartment and the staff is super friendly! Love seeing Kim and Bella around the property! Only downside is residents don’t take care of the amenities. Sad really because the building has nice amenities!

Nice and quiet building that’s dog friendly. Love how walkable the neighborhood is and the view from my place. There’s a great view from the rooftop that makes for a great summertime reading spot.
I’ve enjoyed living at Bell Jackson over the last year. They keep the hallways and common areas clean and smelling nice daily, and the community and staff are really friendly!

Kim and Bella are so sweet! Great experience with the whole move in process. Excited to call this place home! Everyone seems very friendly in the first couple days of moving in. Love the rooftop deck as well!
The area is changing & the people in the complex are a reflection of that. The office tries their best to help & it's a thankless task for sure. Great staff but starting to not be worth the rent we pay.
We are new tenants but so far, the move-in experience has been wonderful. The staff at Bell Jackson is extremely kind and responsive to tenant needs. The property itself is just what we were looking for and we love the neighborhood!
Beyond the fact that the amenities are great and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for, the staff is really what makes this place wonderful. They are extremely helpful and caring, really made us feel at home.
One of the best community’s I’ve ever lived. Amazing view and amazing staff and amenities. My one bedroom apartment especially the windows makes me feel like I’m in a hotel. 100 percent recommended.

I love waking up to my view of downtown Seattle every morning. The rooftop is also great and I look forward to being able to enjoy it. The location is perfect as my office is located in downtown Seattle which makes my commute much faster. I recommend paying the extra fee for garage parking, it’s totally worth it. The staff is very attentive. Jason was very helpful in our process of renting our unit, he made sure to touch base quite often. I would definitely recommend this residence to others.

The units are beautifully designed with modern finishes & appliances, which are highly durable & cleanable, and there is soft elegance with details such as self-closing doors & dimmable lighting. The light level is amazing and makes every space feel cheery even on cloudy days.

Modera Jackson is a great place to live! We love the building amenities and proximity to the bus and street car stops that take you downtown when we dont want to drive. The rooftop view is unbeatable! The units are also all modern and updated with nice kitchen appliances. Were very satisfied overall!
This apartment is in a lovely area with a park and cultural foods which I love, as well as really great amenities which Ive utilized and been able to even reserve for free like the theater room. I also feel like they try and make an effort to build community here too which is great. Everything here is new. Douglass the leasing agent was incredible and gave us a tour without making us feel at all pressured. He really helped us find what we were looking for.
The staff made me feel very welcome after moving across the country, Im glad I was able to find a new home that made me feel at home right away.
Modera Jackson has a great community and wonderful amenities. The management team is incredibly kind and accommodating.
This has been one of the best buildings I have lived in. You cannot beat the amenities (have you seen the fitness center it rooftop?!) and the management is one of the best. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I am so happy I found this place, the location is perfect, quiet, and safe.
