Good apartment around this area. Close to my company. Convenient for shopping groceries and go to downtown or airport. This neighborhood is quiet

It’s always a good day when living in the Palmer. I do not regret moving here and hopefully I can stay for several years. The people is very friendly and the service is amazing!

I love living in the palmer feels like a hotel all year round everyone in the office is so nice and ready to help. Maintenance staff does work orders fast

So far I have no complaints about this building. The staff is great, the elevators are fast, the parking garage is well lit, and the building is well maintained. Excellent building to live in.

Very helpful staff. Leasing department has been amazing. Front desk workers are amazing and helpful as well. Apartments are maintained really well. People have been super friendly.

Bring a resident here is great, the community is great the amenities are great. Sometimes the pool can get crowded but tons of space around the pool

Palmer Dadeland offers a great location near Dadeland Mall and major highways, with modern units and decent amenities like a pool and fitness center. However, recurring maintenance issues.

Good place to live. Close to the mall. I wish the coffee would be open longer for first responders. Gym is always clean, place always smells good.

Finally got to enjoy all the amenities since the pool has reopened in the west tower and the balcony on the 21st floor. 5 big booms from Costco Guys

The Palmer is a beautiful place to live in . Peaceful and clean. You have a beautiful pool and barbecue to enjoy your free time with your family and friends.

I like the apartment but not the service. Maintenance takes time and they are mean and annoyed most times. Trash chute is almost always full of bags everywhere

elevators and common areas and outside entrances need to be kept cleaner. I had two bikes stolen from the bike room. Staff is very friendly and try to do their best.

Building is always clean and amenities are in great shape. I feel theirs a nice community and the residents are always in a good mood. As normal, theirs a few things that happen now and then but nothing that would make me considering leaving the building by any time soon.

Love living here so much. I just renewed my lease and so happy to be living another year. My favorite things from living at the Palmer are the amenities, the staff, and the food trucks.

Great community, awesome events and not to mention the Foodtrucks are amazing! It’s like having your own mall in one community. Maintenance is always super quick and a great team!

My experience at the Palmer has been great. There were issues in the beginning for the first few months though the management team handled the situation perfectly. Love the amenities

So far living here has been great minor complaints with the main office at times but other than that great location very convenient and close to great restaurants

Overall, the apartment space is nice. However, the way it is managed is not the best. We ask for maintenance requests that are urgent and they take 3 days to come (if they come). We go to the leasing off for help and are told they will come and never do. Overall service to residents is not the best. The elevator fob hasn't been working for about 5 months and despite knowing this, it still hasn't been fixed.

Love being a resident here! Staff is great, maintenance is great always timely, amenities are awesome! No complaints for the Palmer dadeland:))

I like this apartment. It’s quiet and convenient to my office. Most of time I work from home and the quiet neighbor hood blocks down the city noise. But when I have to head out to campus, it’s convenient.

When I moved in, I expect it to be living in the Palmer advertised. Instead, the problems with the elevators, dog urine on the hallways, the pool, etc…everything that I was sold on, was never what I thought. This place is too expensive for what it offers.

Great experience I like the amenities I like the area close to the mall very family oriented and feels like a very safe community. I definitely enjoy living here. Thank you.

Love the complex! Super friendly staff, maintenance is usually handled very timely, decorated so cute for Christmas, and the area is great: walking distance to a mall, target, and corner store.

The experience overall has been good but…. Be careful with the key-fob door locks, you can be locked out from your apartment or in your are inside, you can stay the entire day locked in because either they do not have a replacement lock nor the could fix it. In my case, mine broke 3 times before they replaced it and now since is a regular lock they do not have the key to come inside to do any repairs if I’m not in the apartment.

Living at The Palmer has been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the modern amenities, well-maintained common areas, and thoughtful design of the apartments. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home.

Great community, maintenance is super quick with work orders. I love being able to have food trucks here daily and different resident events that bring all neighbors together.
