maintenance issues with gates, lights and elevators are nearly constant. Office staff is great unless you say something they don’t like: prepare to be berated and gaslit should you bring them any kind of issue they don’t want to solve. Should have never moved in and wish I’d gone with my gut day one when maintenance flooded my apartment connecting my dishwasher and then screamed at me about it.
Since i moved into this apartment building for the past year, and it's been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you step into the chic clean lobby, you're greeted with a warmth and elegance that's hard to find elsewhere. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-lit, with breathtaking views that make every day feel special. The attention to detail in the finishes and the maintenance is impeccable – everything from the hardwood floors to the stainless steel appliances is top-notch. The amenities here are unparalleled. The gym is fully equipped, and the pool area is like a little oasis, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The building also offers a fantastic co-working space which has been a lifesaver for remote work. Management is another highlight - responsive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. They organize community events that really help in building a sense of community among neighbors. Security is taken seriously with 24/7 surveillance and a secure entry system, giving peace of mind. Plus, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport, dining, and entertainment. Living here has truly elevated my lifestyle, and I can't recommend this building enough for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and convenience all wrapped into one. Five stars, hands down!
Being a resident here is great. The staff is amazing, neighbors are nice and amenities are very nice! I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a new place!
A few things: parking is insufficient. the elevators being out of order for months was quite inconvenient. weekly cleaning of the common areas on our floor is non-existent. they may clean once or twice a month. The office team is great!! Very helpful and great attitudes!
I have had a good experience since living here. It's very convenient to the Marta station, and walkable to local malls and grocery stores. Perfect for someone like myself that works from home and does not have an automobile.

Our gates and some elevators have been down recently but other than that pretty community. I’m enjoying all the amenities this community has to offer. The study room and roof top pool are 10/10.

I truly enjoy the community here and the great atmosphere. Wendy and the team are phenomenal assets to the building—always helpful and dedicated. That said, there are some challenges with the elevators needing repair and the parking situation, which is by far the most frustrating aspect of living here. I’d love to see improvements to parking fees, gate access, and timely updates when there are issues with the gate. Overall, I’m happy to call this place home, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better!

We were one of the first people to move into this new high rise. We love how spacious our apt is, especially after move out of a 1 bedroom. We selected the two bedroom 2.5 bath. Love the space, amenities, location, staff. Close proximity to all we do. Moved in July2022, just renewed for 18 months. Proud to call Modera Old Ovy home. Check it out.

Modera is a great place to live. It has all the amenities you can ever ask for and a great maintenance crew. Only down side I’ve seen so far is that the elevators seem to be broken more often than they are up and running.

Overall good experience! I needed a parking garage to accommodate my full size truck. I have enjoyed the events to meet other younger residents. I think there should be more events. Good community.

This is a great community. Very clean and quiet. Shayla in the office is literally the best. Always available to help and goes above and beyond. Like the place, amenities and location. Neighbors are nice but parking is a bit harsh. Good neighborhood and rooftop pool is crazy nice for an apartment complex.

I have lived here for a few months and cannot say enough good things. The employees and residents are all very friendly and helpful. The amenities and common spaces are always clean, easy to use, and popular with residents. My personal favorites are the rooftop pool and the gym/sauna. 10/10 would recommend.

Modera is amazing. This is the best community I have ever lived in by far. It is incredibly clean, well kept and luxurious. The amenities are top tier and there is even free community WiFi. Well maintained residence. Attentive maintenance staff that respects your home mindfully. Leasing agents are courteous and available beyond leasing process. Amenities are cleaned regularly. Even though it’s a pet friendly building, the property is kept free of dander and debris.

Great location, amenities, decor, staff, and maintenance. Almost all residents are very nice. Only complaint is there’s not enough space in the parking deck for everyone to park, so at certain times you’ll have to go to overflow parking.

I absolutely love living at this place for so many reasons! Korhan, Ms. Wendy, and the other staff have to be the main reasons though. The place is always clean and presentable at all times. It smells amazing and I’ve never seen them take a day off with the level of quality they provide here. I have had two maintenance requests and both were immediately addressed, thanks mainly to Korhan! He is an absolute asset to this property and a joy to chat with. Thank you all for setting bar high for the Atlanta rental market. I’ll likely be here until it’s time to purchase a home but I’m in no hurry.

Moving from my hometown Dallas to ATL was a big adjustment & I made a horrible mistake moving to my first place in ATL, the leasing office needed a lot of improvement as well as security, despite of how the exterior looked. I was nervous going somewhere else due to my first experience in a new state. I was so lucky I found Modera Old Ivy. Shayla, has been on point since day one & she’s so attentive & caring. Unfortunately, since COVID, Customer Service & being human has dropped so low, but Shayla is the best in the business. If you’re reading this, thank you so much. I had the opportunity to tour Modera Old Ivy last week with Ryan. He made the tour so fun and interesting. The property is absolutely beautiful! I especially love the upscale kitchen and bathroom. The amenity spaces are so large and nice, and not to mention the pool! I’ll be tanning there all summer!! ¨?
So far everything has been amazing. Moving here was a great choice. The challenge is parking, other than that, I love it here and would recommend others who are looking for upscale living.
My partner and I toured with Ryan and he was so delightful, and the property is gorgeous.
This is by far one of the best high rises in the Buckhead area. The amenities are amazing and the leasing agents are too!

This building is so nice and cozy. It’s inviting and the amenities are luxurious at the same time. Shawn was a great tour guide and helped my partner and me find the perfect apartment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The maintenance team is helpful and efficient. I love this building. I have lived here for 8 months in a 2 bed and transferred to a 1 bed for the next 12 months. We could not be happier!!

I strongly recommend you to move in the lovely apartment. The building is brand new but no strange smells at all. The unit is really large with gorgeous views. From our home, we could enjoy the outlook of the forest towards sandy springs. I also really love the management team here. Manager Max can remember all residents name and they will warmly welcome you in elevator.

We recently moved here from Miami. We are 6 months in… and honestly, Modera is by far the best option in our eyes. This place feels like a resort. Every month we have a resident event that’s actually fun. We have not seen amenities in other buildings like these. They apparently had no budget lol because every corner of this place is designs to perfection. I genuinely give this place 5 stars! You won’t regret it!

Modera Old Ivy is a beautiful property! You can tell they spent a lot of money on decor and furniture. The gym is amazing and luxurious feeling, definitely the best apartment gym I’ve ever seen. The common areas are really nice and cozy and the apartments themselves are you unique and modern. Parking can be kind of hectic and the guest pass situation could be improved but it’s not something unexpected for an apartment in Buckhead. The leasing staff and managers are also very nice and welcoming so that’s a plus. Ask for leasing consultant Shawn he walks you through everything!

Relocated from another state and found my home at Old Ivy. Love my apartment. This property is just gorgeous with the all the amenities. The Spa area with a Sauna and Steam room is the highlight. Cancel your Fitness membership, the on-site gym has it all. Two pools one the main level and the other as a rooftop pool. The rooftop has a open kitchen with a lounge and a very cozy library where you can escape after work to enjoy the crackling sound of the fireplace. The leasing staff is amazing and always willing to help with questions and concerns. Korhan and his service team keeping the place great maintained. The building always smells fresh. The only con is the parking. There are not enough spaces and they are kind of tight. This wont hold me back to give this GORGEOUS place a 5-star review.
