Modera San Pedro Square

Will move in today, kinda excited as this is my first apartment after graduating from college. I choose Modera because of the location and the staff kinda helpful in application process

I really love the area and I enjoy the cleanliness and care that is put into this community. All the staff are kind and professional and you can tell how hard they work to make sure the community is well taken care of.

I had an incredible experience at Modera San Pedro Square! The move-in process was so smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the amazing team here. Special shoutout to Teodesa, Carlos, Ovi, Ezikute, Javier, and Powli for being so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Their friendly and knowledgeable support made everything so easy, from the application to getting settled in. The apartment itself is gorgeous, with modern touches like smart-home technology and spacious layouts that feel comfortable and luxurious. Plus, the location can’t be beat—right in the heart of downtown San Jose, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. Highly recommend Modera San Pedro Square to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with top-notch service!

I recently moved into Modera San Pedro, and my experience so far has been excellent. Located right on San Pedro Street, it's in the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys having quick access to the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment that downtown San Jose has to offer. The convenience of being able to step out of the building and immediately be in the middle of all the action is unbeatable. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with a stylish design that creates a great first impression. The amenities are fantastic as well, with a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful rooftop lounge, and common areas that are perfect for socializing or getting some work done. My only critique would be the size of the apartments. While they are well-designed and make good use of the space, the rooms are a bit smaller than what I had hoped for. A little more space would make living here even more comfortable, especially for those who plan to stay long-term.

Amazing community. The staff and leasing officers are really really helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend Modera Apartment as the best place to live in San Jose, Downtown.

One of the best apartments in San Jose. It is quite clean and spacious. The lounge area is a perfect place for groups to study as well as have fun.

Overall, everything is amazing! Lived here for more than a year now and I just love the location and community. I enjoy living in pretty much the heart of downtown and will gladly be staying here for a while

Good community of young Professionals in an excellent location of downtown San Jose with events and restaurants within minutes walk and easy freeway access.

Cool apartment. Big fan of the amenities. If you lose your parking sticker they charge another 50$ for a replacement so make sure you don't do that.

Great location. Centrally located to what’s happening downtown. The noise on the weekend is a bit much. But again, that’s the give and take with living downtown.

Modera is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are always open and are rarely crowded. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. Beautiful neighborhood with lot's of restaurants and nightlife.

Nice good to be here the staff was friendly while onboarding and the process was smooth we'll be arriving and making modera our new home. Good to be here.

Modera Apartments is really an amazing community. It's located centrally in San Pedro Square Market which is quite a hype place in Downtown San Jose. It's a well furnished community and people are very friendly. Highly Recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of residing at Modera San Pedro Apartments, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the property, I was captivated by its modern and elegant design. The seamless blend of contemporary architecture with lush green spaces created a luxurious oasis in the heart of San Pedro. The apartment itself was nothing short of exceptional. The spacious layout was thoughtfully designed, providing ample room for both relaxation and entertainment. The high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances further elevated the living experience. I particularly enjoyed the large windows that bathed the interior with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered at Modera San Pedro are second to none. The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to keep up with my workout routine. The resort-style pool area was a true gem, offering a refreshing retreat on sunny days. Additionally, the on-site business center and co-working spaces were incredibly convenient for remote work.

The maintenance crew at Modera San Pedro has been great. They have fixed my issues in a timely manner and are very pleasant individuals as well. It’s nice to know I can count on them when issues arise. Thank you maintenance team!!!!! And a special thank you to Ovi for being a wonderful on call employee. I appreciate your kind service always!

Great place to live, safe and great finished apartments

We have enjoyed living at modera San Pedro square. We love that we can’t hear our neighbors, it’s dog friendly and management does a grate job to respond promptly or update us with anything going on. There is great communication from management. Maintenance also response to any request promptly. Overall a grate experience. Definitely recommend Modera San Pedro Square.

My husband and I were excited to move here, and we love everything about it so far. Teodesa played a big role in us choosing Modera San Pedro Square. She is so helpful and made us feel at home.

Our experience overall has been great here and that’s because of the amazing staff that work here! Even with bumps and issues that have occurred, as a tenant/renter it matters that management and staff members here really try to address issues and make things better which they have shown to do. Everyone really works hard here. We really appreciate Delainey who is super professional, effective, and amazing! She really helped make a difficult situation so much better. The staff that works here including office staff and maintenance staff really go above. Our most recent couple of interactions with staff from Kevin, Ezekiel, Ovi, and Teodesa were all positive.

The staff really try their best to take care of you and attend to your concerns ASAP. This time Ezekiel took care of our water issue quickly and was very professional with his work. Thank you!

Modera San Pedro is located right in the middle of restaurants and bars which makes it an excellent location choice. The apartments are modern, with nice appliances and have smart home integration built into switches, lights, locks and air conditioning. It's a valuable feature. There's only one traffic signal between the apartment and the 87 freeway, leads to faster commutes.

The maintenance staff, Ezekiel and Kevin, were amazing professionals. They not only resolved a recurring issue with my kitchen faucet by replacing it with a new one, they also offered to help me mount my TV in the same visit! I've never had such a renter-friendly experience. They even patched the holes I made mistakenly and gave me touch-up paint for any future incidents. They were quick, friendly, and super helpful. I appreciate the maintenance manager who also followed up with me when the work order was being completed. Overall, Modera has one of the best maintenance staff I've experienced - and this is coming from someone who used to work in property management!

It has been a pleasure to live in this neighborhood and apartment. Teodesa and Mittra have been amazing. I've met some delightful neighbors. Activities are held for residents every month, and everything is beautiful. Looking forward to having more wonderful moments in this apartment.

I absolutely love staying at this apartment. Apart from being right in the heart of the downtown, the community manager, leasing office (Mittra), maintains staffs (Ovi, Ezekiel & team) have been super responsive and go above and beyond whenever I’ve engaged them.

Modera has been pretty great since moving in! I just moved to the Bay Area and my leasing agent Teodesa has helped make the transition as smooth as possible. Both the leasing and maintenance staff are super responsive and friendly. I appreciate that since living here they've already hosted a community wine night and I love my apartment. The convenience of having so much nearby is also one of the biggest perks!

Modera San Pedro Square is a great place to live for both the foodies and the commuters. Living in the heart of San Pedro Square gives great access to different restaurants and some days you may hear music from the live performances. The apartments are close to the freeway, so commuting for work or school is pretty easy. Mittra in the Leasing Office was excellent in my move-in process and every time I have a question, the staff in the Leasing Office have been very helpful and professional!

Love the responsiveness of the management, but there are many areas of improvement. There are multiple instances of pets urinating and excreting on the property and the stairwells which need powerwashing. I understand that it is a pet friendly community, but it also needs to be human friendly to come extent! The community manager Mittra is very responsive and warm, but I would love to see her actually getting the stuff done on the property.

Modera San Pedro is clean, has amenities we actually use, and maintenance is quick and painless.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are willing to listen to feedback and do what they can to remedy resident issues.

Great location and good staff (leasing office and maintenance). Way fewer homeless people around the apartment compared rest of Downtown.

The staff is not as great as the community on overall. When I moved in the apartment was not cleaned and ready because the floor was dirty and the bedroom closet is yet without door and one of the cabinets needs a minor maintenance but they were not fixed before move in. The location and the apartment is nice with good amenities.

11/1/21: They claim to be strictly enforcing the reserved spots in parking garage (which you pay $100/month for) but will not tow a car that is parked in your spot, which happens frequently. Instead they claim that they will "follow up with the owner" and give you the runaround on how hard they are trying to maintain order in the garage. 10/21/21: was greeted by some very rude Modera employees on my way into the garage today. When mentioned to one of the leasing agents, it was clear she did not care about the incident and was not going to be doing anything about it.

This apartment community is beautiful and so convenient. It has all the amenities that are important to me and I love the fact that these apartments are new and have that minimalistic style. The staff are friendly and always help out as much as they can.

Ive enjoyed living at Modera San Pedro Square. It is super convenient and the staff are extremely helpful! I would love to continue my residency here.

I love living here so far. Everything feels so well put together. The appliances and amenities are amazing. And the layout of the apartment feels so calm. Even the fridge is perfectly chilled. It makes everything you do feel like you're in a 5 star resort. Getting very spoiled living here

Modera San Pedro Square is beautiful and the location is great. It's a 15 minute walk from the Caltrain station and sits on top of San Pedro Square. The interior and finishes are really modern and stylish and includes some smart features. The leasing agents are also super friendly and helpful.

Modera San Pedro Square is located in a wonderful place in downtown San Jose. It has easy access to many food and activities. The complex is very modern and the staff is friendly!

My experience here has been great especially the more I get to know the whole staff here are Modera San Pedro. They have an out-going and friendly staff that always say hi if your leaving or entering the main entrance which is right next to the leasing office. If any issue's or concerns are addressed to the Modera staff they will resolve the issue and apologies for any inconvenience and will follow up with you to see how you are doing. It's one thing to have a nice new apartment to live in but what makes this place even greater is the people who work, manage and maintain this place. Another nice thing is you can manage your rent payments either on the Modera San Pedro website or through an app called Resident Portal. You can control the light function and the Heating / AC through an another App called Stratis, so it has some techie function here if your in to that.

Modera San Pedro is amazing! Not just the neighborhood is so close to everything but the apartment community has smart home features and has wonderful amenities. The walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment is so close.
