Wonderful location, management, and apartment quality! Renewed my lease for a second year because we enjoyed living here so much. Building is very clean and well maintained

Just steps from the heart of Adams Morgan, the location is perfect. Plus, the apartments are so nicely designed, and the building has such character and history.

Very easy to move in and the staff was so helpful. Great leasing office and everything has been very smooth. Love the decor of the building and have nothing but great things to say about this place

Everyone we've worked with has been really great! Super responsive, helpful, and kind. Maintenance has been quick to respond when needed. The community events look nice as well.

I have lived at Modera for half a year, and have no complaints. Thank you to the ladies in the leasing office (Ashley + Katrina) that helped make my move from the west coast incredibly smooth. The property is modern, spotless, and centrally located. A special shout out to Donjaye who properly maintains the building! He is incredibly attentive, friendly, and hardworking. The staff and residents alike have a way of making you feel welcome. I enjoy the environment and am definitely hoping to extend my lease!

Lived here for about a year, and I’m overall very happy. Stunning building and common areas, and the unit is clean and updated. Really handy location — you can walk to the Lidl/Target/Trader Joe’s on 14th, as well as Adams Morgan and Mt Pleasant. Not cheap, but in this building it’s well worth it, especially considering how pricey this area is. Donjay and the other maintenance worker (I’m forgetting his name) are very responsive, considerate, and helpful. My only problem with the building is that I and many of my neighbors have had occasional issues with smelly water from the drain line. In the latest instance, I haven't been able to use my dishwasher for a week because the smell is so bad. Really hope building management can get that sorted out!

Living in a clean and tidy environment is important to me, and I'm fortunate to have found a place that prioritizes cleanliness as much as I do. I love coming home to a clean living space, and it really contributes to my overall happiness and well-being. But what really sets my current living situation apart is the helpfulness of the concierge service. They're always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues that arise. It's such a relief to know that I have someone I can turn to if I need help, and it really makes me feel secure and supported in my living space. All in all, I feel lucky to live in such a clean and supportive environment, and I'm so grateful for everything Modera Sedici has to offer.

Everything from the leasing to living experience has been unrivalled in quality and care from the Modera Sedici team. I genuinely feel like the team wants my living experience to be positive and uses clever problem solving to make that happen. No other management company has made me feel so cared for as them. The building itself is beautiful, quiet, and a lovely reprieve from city life.

Rashad, Katrina, maintenance team, and concierge team go above and beyond to help out and take care of any issues that residents may have. They are approachable, kind, and hard working. I love living at Modera Sedici and am grateful for such a wonderful team!

This community has really begun to experience a wide variety of declines from my experiences living here over the past 3 years. Broken elevator glass, disorganized loading docks, lack of cleaning the hallways after move-ins, etc.

I have been here for 6 months. Love the building and my apartment. The favorite part of my experience has been my interactions with the amazing staff. Special mention goes to Jerome and Ishmael, the lovely maintenance team. They work tirelessly around the clock and have always responded to our requests in a timely manner. Their professionalism, friendliness and good cheer are so nice to see. The staff is truly the best part of living at Modera. Keep up the great work!

Modera Sedici is a beautiful property with high quality finishes and exceptionally comfortable apartments. Our unit is flooded with light all day long and we love it! The folks that manage the building on a daily basis are wonderful, easy to reach and quick to respond. All in all, a great place to live.

A beautifully appointed Italian embassy experience complete with exceptional services and beautiful spaces. A special living arrangement in a unique and beautiful location close to high end cafes and markets as well as useful services.

We love living in Modera Sedici! The finishings in the high rise are top notch and superior to other DC buildings we looked at in this price range. The apartment was clean and felt brand new when we moved in, and the front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. We love being close to Meridian Hill Park and feel safe and comfortable -- would highly recommend this building!

Amazing place, amazing staff- best place to live

Modera Sedici is beautiful property that is beautifully maintained. The staff here go out of their way to assist residents, so the quality of life is obviously a great concern to the Modera Sedici team. I am truly impressed with the Mill Creek company in their managing this luxury building and strongly recommend it to newcomers to the Washington DC area.

I love the convenience of the neighborhood and all the great assistance you receive here from the Concierge. At anytime I can always count on their help. It's a great feeling as a resident.

Modera Sedici is a safe, clean apartment complex in a great location! Amenities like the rooftop, gym, and common areas in the main building are great.

With the exception of being denied Two months of FREE rent, I don't have any complaints. The staff does well to resolve issues quickly. It would be nice to have an on going schedule of events like the sushi rolling class for all tenants to have an opportunity, or the grab and go be set for First Friday of every month, Wine Tasting Wednesdays (distributors will gladly come out to do tastings & sales opportunities, if that's allowed), etc. Love the Yoga.

I'm very happy with my decision to live at the former Italian Embassy and Chancery, now known as Modera Sedici, which is a luxury apartment building in the heart of our nation's capital. The floorpan was ideal for me, an empty nester. Other attributes that are important to me is that the location is near a large dog-friendly park (Meridian Hill Park), great restaurants, and fast Uber/Lyft service, and Metro/Bus transportation just steps away. The kitchens and baths are appointed with premium quality appliances and fixtures, similar to what I would choose if renovating a home that I owned. I am truly impressed with the commitment to quality and professionalism of the Mill Creek company, the building owners/managers. You have to see it to believe it!

Unlike most places in DC, Modera Sedici feels like a home, I know my neighbors and we often get together for wine or just to chat. The staff is always happy to help and it doesnt hurt that the building is stunningly gorgeous! It feels like living in a hotel! Who wouldnt want a little sanctuary in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of DC?
