Property Ratings at Modera Waugh
Lean and great- looking interiors design. No carpets is a big plus. Appliances and bathroom have good quality pieces. However, windows are small compared to competitors, and the overall attention to details and finishes is below the expectations for this price level.
Apartment has high humidity, bad management, the apartments dehumidifiers sound very loud and don’t really work at all. No more resident activities since Randall left.
A pleasant place to call home! I am always excited to walk in and out of the building, it’s giving resort vibes at all times. Soft lobby music and always clean and professional.
The staff here is amazing and so sweet. I love how peaceful and quiet the area is and it is in such a great location. The building is also beautiful with awesome amenities!!

The property is beautiful and the amenities are unbeatable. I’ve had some slight maintenance issues but they for the most part have been resolved. I enjoy living here :)

Great tour and move-in experience! The property looks great with so many planned amenities to enjoy. It is well built with concrete floors which should minimize noise as much as possible.

Terrible experience so far. Apartment was not properly inspected prior to move-in and has mold in the bathroom ceiling, a non-functional dryer leaking water and a broken ice machine. It has been very stressful and negative experience so far. I hope it can improve.

Great building and amenities. Leasing office and staff are not good and have terrible communication. Multiple maintenance issues for a new building but thankfully resolved relatively quickly.

I moved in two weeks ago and love it here! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly ! Great community amenities too I just wished at least the sky lounge and the pool lounge would be open 24/7
