We have four, one-bedroom/one-bathroom, Manhattan-style apartments for the coastal minimalist; 14 large, 720 SF – 840 SF, one-bedroom/one-bathroom no-coast urban-style apartments; and eight amazingly laid out, premier, corner-unit two-bedroom/two-bathroom units (ideal for cohabitating with friends or enemies, or no one, we aren’t here to judge).
