I've been living at Monarc for almost 5 years and I really love it. It's close to my work and can do everything in walking distance. The only issue I think they have is the organization with the lockers.
Monarc is a great place to live, although the outside noise be pretty loud depending on where you live in the building. Great pool and gym/sauna.
I have enjoyed living here. Building is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, gym is rarely ever busy and pool is amazing!
Amazing apartment!! Leasing here was the best decision and staff here made it so seamless to move in! The amenities and finishes in the apartment are great!
Overall the apartment is great, but I have a few suggestions: The Wifi in the gym is very weak. We need more weights in the gym - particularly dumbbells that are 8, 10, and 15 pounds. Every time I go there are many people who need to use the same weights. Please invest in more of these weights.
We have been here for 3 months and are absolutely loving it! The apartment itself is modern and clean, the amenities are fantastic, and the building is in a great location.
I have fall in love with the property , the pool is amazing as well as all the other amenities. My favorite part would be the neighborhood where it’s located , it’s fun to be around so many different things.
Awesome place to live! I love the amenities there, the pool area is beautiful, the barbecues area perfect for grilling with some friends and the gym is fully equipped. the building location really is the best!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this building, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with a sense of sophistication and modernity that sets it apart from other properties in the area. The architecture is stunning, with a perfect blend of contemporary design and functional spaces. The building is impeccably maintained, with clean, well-lit common areas and top-notch amenities that cater to all needs. The fitness center is fully equipped, the communal spaces are inviting, and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. What really stands out, though, is the management team. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents have a positive experience. It's clear that they take great pride in maintaining the building to the highest standards.
Convenient. Reasonably priced for the location. Gym recently got a stair master that is an upgrade. Nice to live just outside of Brickell. Overall decent.

Amazing place to live. Monarc at Met is ideally located in the heart of Downtown Miami just above a Wholefoods. Walking distance from a cinema, CVS, Walgreens, multiple Starbucks, etc. The building has great amenities, an amazing management team and is perfectly located.
Everything has been great since we moved in, the front desk and leasing office have been very helpful. It was also a seamless process to bring everything in from our moving truck up to the apartment.
Most people in our building are very friendly and outgoing. I truly enjoy our neighbors. It has become a great community to live in. I look forward to meeting all future residents.
Love the building, the pool is great, the gym is really good, the location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. A lot of restaurants, bars, shopping stores, parks and even a movie theater.
Just wanted to say what an amazing staff the Monarc Team has!!!! Starting with the property mangers Robert and Maria! I love how the building is always making the right changes for the community. I would also like to thank Dasia and Andrea for always answering any questions I have! These two have helped both of my referrals with 5 star service and glad to have my bestfriend living in my building too. Thank you Robert and Maria for keeping our building safe and clean! The parking system here is amazing and the building is pet friendly!
I’m two years now living here and really feel it like home. Sometimes I just get annoyed by the pets because there are plenty of them always everywhere even though I also love pets. Just at times it’s tiring. Amenities are very clean and well distributed. Respectful people overall in the building. Having Whole Foods and the movie theater near is one of my favorite parts. Customer service has been always very welcoming with my requests and supportive. I have no complains overall. Thank you!
RENTERS BEWARE: I lived at the Monarc for 2+ years. Upon moved out the management took my deposit charging a "grout cleaning" fee an absurd amount for an absurd claim. The pictures below are the ones they took to back up the claim. The Management refuses return my money or answer any emails or even return my phone calls to discuss this issue. During my time living at the Monarc I witnessed multiple visits from the Miami police department (sometimes with guns drawn) as well has homeless people in the communal lounge on the pool deck floor. The "security" at the front door is merely a decoration as they never inform the tenants of guests or delivery but rather just sent them straight to your door. The elevators are in constant need of repair and are often out of service. Forcing tenants to wait as long as 30 min to go downstairs.
The building is very new and the amenities are really great, however, the management is really unprofessional, under-staffed, and shows little care for their tenants which really ruined my entire experience.
The property itself is great, but if you've ever lived in a place with bad management, you know that management can ruin the whole experience. The individual who showed me the apartment was not the individual who managed my account. So they either refused or I had to fight for things that were promised during the walkthrough. They are unresponsive and don't answer questions. If you email them three questions, they might respond three days later but will only halfway answer one question. They are bad a billing. They will try to deny the rent concession that is advertised, ignore you when you ask about it, and then send you a "past due notice." You'll only get it resolved if you literally take a copy of your lease to the office and argue with them. The parking garage is an issue and they wont try to resolve anything. If there is a glitch in the system, they will hold your car hostage in the parking garage unless you pay 40$. They will then "look into" the issue and if they can find a glitch they will refund the money. Strangely enough, they never find the glitch, but also refuse to provide proof that you scanned in incorrectly. (Remember, you're already paying 275$ a month to park two cars.) The maintenance and concierge are OK.
I have lived here for two years, had a great first year and change, then the current management comes in and takes 0 responsibility for their mistakes and expect the residents to pay for their errors. Not to mention the horrible parking situation, the staff, again, is the worst and of no help whatsoever. They really go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable and not welcome in what is supposed to be your own home.
I've lived here less than a month and I cannot encourage you enough to find anywhere else to live. Literally anywhere else in Brickell, Doral, Wynnwood, or Biscayne Blvd would be better. The lease added a force majeure clause and they are offering almost zero amenities, but we're still paying the fees. In the one month I've been here I've had a package needed replacing due to being stolen from a shared locker (took 2 weeks for the external company to get back to me - also not mentioned on the lease). Also, regarding packages, there are two places to get them and twice in the month I've entered my package code and had to come back due to the concierge not being present. They literally have one job - be present... And they can't even do that correctly. The guest bedroom has a light that won't turn off. I put in a maintenance ticket and they told me I needed to live with it or go without a ceiling fan in humid Miami. When I call the leasing office they answer and then hang up on me or it just rings repeatedly. Extremely disappointed in the complex. The only good news is that I honestly don't know how it can get much worse. Please, please, please live somewhere else.
Beautiful apartment and amenities. I've been living here for over a year now and have enjoyed it so far until having to deal with the new leasing employees. My boyfriend and I wanted to move into a larger apartment and the leasing office was less than helpful. Emails gone unanswered by Chris and Sharon basically blowing us off and letting the apartment we were trying to move into be leased before getting back to us or even trying to help us with the process. We will not be renewing and I would not waste your time trying to deal with this unprofessional leasing team.
We have lived here for over 18 months. The last two management companies have been extremely slow to repair amenities. A/C NOT working through out the building for last five months including our apartment. The office is less than hospitable and unapproachable. The "Salt Water"pool has heavy chlorine overtones.
Agt was not able to help us because she was the only one there. Understanding but she told us to come back at 4. she had no brochures to show us and we paid 8 dollars to park there and they did not validate.

The apartment community and apartment are amazing, very nice amenities and staff. My original issues with this community have been resolved, and I would HIGHLY recommend this community to anyone looking to move to the downtown Miami area.
