This is a fantastic apartment community that is well-maintained, very friendly and accommodating office staff, and they hold numerous resident events. I highly recommend this community.

Thus far I love living here, and the customer service from the front office and maintenance is the best. My current apartment could have been prepared in a more aesthetically pleasing way. But overall the property is exceptionally clean.

Incredibly professional and friendly! Such an easy transition from moving to Georgia to my current residence here at Monarch. I had some issues getting here due to Hurricane Helene and my dates had to be pushed further out but the team at Monarch were very understanding and made things a lot easier! Thank you very much!

An excellent beginning. Felt welcomed by all and even had tenants offer to get my.thimgs upstairs . Management could have not been any kinder or more accommodating. This was a great experience and far exceeded my expectations.

So far the move-in process has been seamless. Asia was very helpful throughout the process! She guided my husband and I to our apartment and showed us the best way to get inside. The only difficulty is parking.

I just moved In and so far I will say the amenities are top notch and clean. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The apartments are spacious and modern. So far I love it!

I have been here for almost a year. I love it here so much that I am planning to stay. I am so excited that the pool is now open. I am also looking forward to all all new activities that will be planed for the summer. I am very grateful and appreciate all of the prompt attention that all of the staff has given to all of my concerns. They have always been willing to give assistance, with a friendly tone and a wonderful smile. I am happy that I am a part of the Monarch Community. It is a great place to call home.

I have enjoyed living at Monarch for the past three and a half years. The staff is very friendly, the amenities are great, and shopping in the area is quite convenient.

Everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff to the housekeeping staff is so friendly and helpful. They are quick to jump in to meet any need. I always appreciate their going the extra mile for me!

Great place to live! The management company is responsive and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to service requests. Usually same day service, which has been much appreciated.

I have happily renewed my lease at the Monarch because of the unparalleled experience we’ve had since moving in 3 years ago. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to meet the mark. Any concern I’ve ever had has gotten prompt attention, genuine concern, and additional steps to resolution if necessary. The resident events are thoughtful and well organized. The maintenance staff is prompt and remain as unobtrusive as possible when carrying out their task at hand. I appreciate their attention to detail and constant willingness to strive for resident satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier.

I've lived at the Monarch now for a little over two years. The Leasing Office Staff are great as well as The Maintenance Staff. Really enjoy living here especially the convenience with all the shopping. Hope everyone else as Residents here feel the same way! Victoria

Great access to many shops for convenience but the upkeep and the residents are not the same anymore. Pet owners need to clean up after their pets.

Neighbors and community staff are great! We really like it here. The common areas are functional, cozy, and modern. Residents seem generally happy and at home here. The folks that run this building daily are wonderful.

Fantastic community with great amenities and a super friendly office staff! The location is within great proximity to DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore which offers so many great options and things to do in the area. It has a great suburban, feel with yet so many urban style restaurant and shopping options.

Monarch is a very nice place to live. It is secure, quiet, and has many amenities. The management office is very helpful. The neighbors are very friendly.

The management and maintenance people are wonderful. They are helpful and considerate of all your needs. The only complaint I have is there is no consideration given when it comes to the increase in rent.

Beautiful apartment! The Monarch staff have been amazing and ensured I felt right at home. This is my first time living in an apartment and I love it !

Very easy move and set up. Leasing office has been very helpful, accommodating. The maintenance department is outstanding. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to choose monarch.

The POSITIVE: Lovely entrance that almost no residents use (perhaps they should have spent more on dressing up the stairwell entrances for residents). Staff and residents are friendly, and the grounds are *generally* well-kept. The finishes on the hallways and units are nicely done. The location is very convenient, with Waugh Chapel just across the street. The NEGATIVE: Within my first week here, I saw a resident let his dog poop on the carpet in one of the hallways and just walk away. Another resident came down to the office, while I was there, to complain about dog poop just outside a stairwell. Also, the walls are SUPER THIN - I can hear my neighbors' conversations (and they are NOT loud). Otherwise, it is a quiet complex - not a partying place as far as I can tell. Finally, I am not sure why they chose to use a "blind" on the sliding glass door that is partially see-through: you can see what your neighbors are doing if they are in the living room.

Great place to live. Apartment complex is well maintained and clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Exercise rooms are well laid and and have nice equipment. Looking forward to using the pool next summer.

Great apartment complex with a multitude of amenities that give a better living experience. Along with that, it is conveniently located outside of the Waugh Chapel so restaurants, groceries, movies, etc. are easily accessible.

Excellent customer service. Issues are addressed promptly. Front office and maintenance staff is very efficient. Entrance is presentable and professionally managed.

Super welcoming and friendly staff so far. Have not been here long but has been a great move in! Every question has been answered quickly and in a very friendly professional manner. Reservations to loading docks and other issues that have popped up so far has been dealt with easily. Props to the management team here!

The complex has been very well maintained and offers a lot of amenities and extras. The only con is that there’s a two pet limit and monthly rent.

My experience here has been great. Everyone has been very friendly and kind. The staff has been supportive and helpful with all of my needs. The lobby area is very welcoming. It is comfortable and very beautiful. I am truly enjoying my new home.

It’s very quiet and the tenants are cordial. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. We chose this property because of its proximity to everything and so far, so good.

Living at Monarch for the last two months have been amazing. The community of people are respectful, kind and friendly. There is always someone new to meet and have great conversation with whether it's on the elevator or at a community event. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They're always happy to see you, make you feel seen and not just another resident in the building. If there's ever a concern that I may have they tend to it right away. The maintenance is friendly and timely. They show up within one to two days of the request. They clean up after themselves which is great! Monarch is close to everything you ever need and want, but yet set off to the side where it's quiet and cozy. There's ample parking at the complex even when you come home late. Overall, my experience living at Monarch has been great and I would recommend living here! It may feel like a "luxury hotel lifestyle", but it's so much more than that... it's truly a beautiful community!

It’s been great living here especially the nearby shopping centers, and the office staff is very friendly. I enjoy the community activities that are given here and even though the rent is a little high, I can only say,..you get what you pay for.

The staff at Monarch is the best, I have not lived in an apartment in over 29 years and they made the move so easy for me. The location is wonderful with everything I need in less than a 5 minute walk. The grounds are beautiful and neighbors are friendly. I am glad I moved here.

Love Monarch at Waugh Chapel! The staff is amazing, they always organize activities for the community. The amenities are wonderful as well.

There is no competition so there is no comparing the Monarch to any other. They have taken the families needs into every design decision. Bravo!!
