Any amount taken from the deposit is because of a balance due or damage. Excellent apartment community. Beautiful modern apartments and amenities. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient, everyone at the leasing office is very kind and helpful, Tricia, Robert and Johana are extremely friendly and courteous. My family and I love the residents events and food trucks they bring in weekly. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to rent here.

Moving out of state as a single mother can be extremely intimidating to say the least. Johanna was beyond amazing, such a beautiful soul. Not only was she extremely informative but held my hand throughout the entire process! She was aware I was anxious and she constantly updated me with my application, called me to see how I was doing, etc. All the girls at The Monarch station were extremely welcoming and helped me feel like I did the right choice by moving to this state. Complex is gorgeous and extremely clean!! Also, supermarkets and all stores you can imagine are within 10 minutes of the complex, constant community events and you’re always updated via email.

This is a great community! You can tell the staff really cares about the upkeep of the grounds. The maintenance team completes requests in a reasonable and quick manner, and the office staff are always helpful and friendly. The location is great too! It’s a pleasant place to be.

We love Monarch Station so much! The staff is amazing - Janice and Trish are wonderful! We love taking our kids to the pool and taking nice family walks around the property. It’s always clean and a very quiet neighborhood. The events and food trucks are also awesome benefits!

Beware! I've only been here for 2 weeks and hate it. If you require sleep you will be miserable here. They will lie to you in the office saying they have very strict noise requirements and then do nothing when your neighbors keep you up all night. Ceiling/floors and walls here are paper thin and you hear everything your neighbors do and at all hours. Noisiest place I've ever lived in. Maintenance guy skipped out after job half done and still not complete. Considering it may be worth it to cough up the 2 months rent to break the lease already! There are much better places than this one for sure!
I have been here for over a year and this is a great place to live. I love my beautiful new apartment and the area is convenient. There is an area surrounding the property where I walk my dog at night and it's lit up like a resort. The staff is super friendly and super helpful, especially during this time.

the worst place to live! be careful before renting here. the manager doesn't help at all. She controls of people who live here. It is an expensive unit for what in reality, I DO NOT recommend at all a unit that is the most expensive and where the treatment of customers is very low level, whatever the problem.

This apartment building is infest with roaches, inside the apartments and out. They crawl the floors and walls in hallways in broad daylight. I’m the days after they spray, the hallways are littered with dead ones, So many that you have to walk on them to get to your front door. Not exaggerating and if I could attach pictures I would. If you’re thinking about living here, just walk around and talk to a few people that already live here and see for yourself. Better yet just walk the hallways…
The Manager was attentive to the problem which I faced in the first month living in Monarch Station. In my opinion, there are problems everywhere we rent, the difference is how they are treated, that’s why I give 5 stars to work and available to the Manager in trying to resolve my case and have done the same with success. Take care! Not reliable place. When applied here they showed a unit but when moved in gave us another one with a terrible noise problem caused by generators on the roof. Now they don’t want to transfer us Even it’s not the unit I applied. I already requested to go to the unit I applied but manager is rude and don’t hear me. Going to attorney to have my peace back. Open your eyes.

There's something about the construction of this building that makes it possible to hear everything your neighbors do. And I mean everything. The upstairs neighbor, the side neighbors, the downstairs neighbors, even the neighbors on the other side of the building. There's plenty of parking spaces but very restrictive for guests. If a guest parks more than 48-hours per month, the car gets towed! And they are tow-happy around here. Moving out soon. This is not worth the rent.

We fully understand that it is not fun to realize a vehicle is towed, but we have a parking policy in place to help our residents and their guests have a place to park. Please come to the leasing office, and we can review our parking policy with you with our parking app where you can register your guest while they are visiting you.
the apartments are new, but this is the worst place to live. the manager she is a horrible person, does not have the slightest respect for the tenants. for park an invited person has to be information technology, to enter the internet a page that does not work in the end to end up towing the car. I do not recommend it
We have never seen such rudeness and attitude from a MANAGER!! Our story began when our car got tolled for parking in a wrong spot because they didn’t give us the parking rules since day one !!!! We didn’t want to make an issue about it, payed 150$ and moved on,, THEN the AC STOPPED working 4 TIMES over and over again they used to come two times each month just to fix the AC and we spent days WITHOUT AC!!! All what they did is apologize!! SO inconvenient and got a very high electricity bill duo to the AC yet we didn’t do an issue,, garbage disposal flooded and stopped working too!!! With all that we still were patient and RESPECTFUL ,, UNTIL the water bill of our one bedroom apartment got to 600$!! Due to a leak in the toilet for a whole month!!! How come there is No monitoring system for the water meter !!????? Plus the maintenance came many times through this month to fix the AC were the water meter is in the room,, no body did a check on anything !! It was infront of them all that time !! The least for maintenance people to do is to check on everything since the apartment is FULL of issues!! The management didn’t just put all the responsibility on us but also when we tried to talk about it Julia was so disrespectful and gave attitude!!!!! I requested to talk to her manager she refused to give me the number!!! It’s not her first time to be rude to us, even if you don’t want to admit that the water leak is your fault also, at least talk in a nice way and don’t hang up on the residents of the facility that you are supposed to be managing, BUT obviously they dont care about the residents! This place is definitely Not a luxury apartments since their customer’s care standards are missing!
