I like how the apartments come with a refrigerator so you don't have to purchase your own and it comes with a lot of cabinet space and a microwave. The living room in the 1 bedrooms are a nice size perfect for a couple. The patio and balcony's are spacious. The community is clean and is pretty quiet during the day and the night, and the pool is nice and clean as well. I live all the way in the back of the community and I was a little rowdy when I moved there but management got rid of the people that were causing problems so everything is okay now. They just recently changed management and the new lady they have there ( I don't remember her name lol) she is nice and very helpful, so overall I would recommend these apartments.

Nice and quiet, but apartments are small inside and out. You can hear your neighbors sneeze or if they whisper to loud you'll be able to hear them. Other then that they are well maintained, clean wash room, pool and spa are also well maintained. Nice green grass threw out the complex. The Monarch Terrace apartments are nice and comfortable, no messy neighbors. Other then the size I like them.
