The apartments are mostly quiet. Maintenance sometimes takes a few days to fix things. Parking should be better; this isn't Capitol Hill. I've had to park down the street a few times and guests must find street parking. They've raised the rent on my studio by $130/mo over 2 years, so I'm moving. But I've heard that rent hikes are common across Denver.
I've lived here for a year and a half and we have just recently gone to permit parking. The lot is awful and the drivers are even worse. My car has been hit 3 times in one month, with the last hit and run breaking my tail light cover and bay. Management is not in any way supportive with assistance in repair bills or providing a safer lot. They refuse to install security cameras on the premises. I used to think this was a good residence but the cost of car repairs due to the management's negligence in providing security makes this a dangerous and expensive place to live.
These apartments are truly amazing. I had been searching for months to find my first apartment before finally stumbling upon these at Apartment.com! I was hopeful and anxious but after finally moving in, I've been really enjoying this place. Although I'm in a studio, it's very spacious, has a huge patio, and I have my cat here with me, no pet rent! Everyone I've met here so far is really friendly too. I love this place.
