I have been living at the Mondrian for over a year and a half and I cannot speak highly enough of the building, concierge, management, location, maintenance staff, and more. The building is very well maintained, and the cleaning and maintenance staff are so friendly and professional - I enjoy interacting with them in the common areas every day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. The concierge is always helpful and willing to help with a range of tasks from holding doors, printing documents, assisting visitors, retrieving packages, and more. Parking is easy and safe and the spots are big enough. I will happily continue to live at the Mondrian as long as I am renting an apartment in Dallas!

Local on-site managers are GREAT and respond to tenants....corporate is greedy, money only oriented, continuously writing the rules and policies for their satisfaction, not the tenants.

Front office staff are GREAT, but corporate is rude and tenants are nothing but a number...a cash $$ number! Long term tenants are given 5% to 8% increases annually! Absurd....why have any loyalty for the building when they have none for the tenants?

We have lived at the Mondrian for a year and it has been a wonderful experience. We are, unfortunately, leaving due to my husband's job. The entire management team, maintenance team, and concierges have been outstanding. Our neighbors have been friendly. Overall, everything has been extremely positive and I wish that we were able to stay. I would definitely recommend living at Mondrian Cityplace!

We have called the Mondrian home for over a year now. The management, concierge and maintenance team are all excellent. They really take very good care of this building and its residents. The facilities here are outstanding, particularly the gym, the guest suite and the Zen Garden/grilling area. Top notch building and staff all the way around.

The Mondrian is a very well maintained building with the friendliest staff. The concierge service is amazing and they offer great amenities and activities for the residents. There is so much included with the rent (e.g., fitness classes, Starbucks machine). It has been such a great place to call home, it was very bittersweet to leave the Mondrian. If we didn't buy a house we would have stayed for years to come!

I have lived in the Mondrian at Cityplace for almost 10 years. It has been a wonderful experience, and the leasing office is very helpful and attentive when it comes to their residents. The maintenance team worked diligently and anytime I have a minor issue, they usually resolve it the same day. The amenities have been wonderful and it’s a pretty quiet place to live. The rates are reasonable in regards to the services provided. I’ve looked at a few other places in the past but nothing compares to the Mondrian. Awesome place to live!

This building smells trash. Trash room is always full. Management team is careless this issue. Bugs in apartment. The management keep bringing food trucks causing noise disturbance to residence. Too many car break-in. AC is ridiculously loud. You cant hear talking etc. Party walls are thin. We had been told its 16 thick before rent here. But its not the case. Not recommend this place.

We just moved into the Mondrian and could not be happier. In addition to the perfect West Village location, the amenities, finishes and upkeep of the property are all stellar. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The building and the garage are also probably among the safest and most secure in Uptown. Couldn't be happier with the Mondrian so far.

The Mondrian has all the amenities of the newer buildings (pool, gym, outdoor grill and fireplace) with a lower price. The location is good, right next to West a Village. The apartments have sturdy wood floors, thick walls so you don't hear your neighbors, and lots of space for the price. The 24 hour concierge service is also a big plus. And maintenance is quick to make repairs, adjustments, etc. Some slight cons: the appliances are not top of the line, so although they don't break down at all, the dishwasher doesn't always clean the top shelf fully, and the electric range doesn't have top-end heating capability like a gas or even some newer electric ones. Overall, a good deal for those wanting to live in Uptown without having to pay 50% more than you need to.
