I have been a part of this Community since 2019. I have never had any major issues here. The staff members here are very nice and helpful. I would recommend to any potential residence that if you want a quiet community to live in. Monroe On Monterey is a great place to live.
I love the complex it has served its purpose for me, the kitchen is a bit too small for me as of right now but other than that I would recommend.

The upgraded apartments are nice inside, but the price is extreme for the neighborhood and buildings. The walls are very thin but that’s not the community’s fault.

Apartments are clean. Great neighbors. Feels very safe since we have police living here. Been here a couple of years and Im happy. One thing I have to say is that maintenance is always on top of any issue

Over 3 years here now. The Monroe is a gorgeous property that is home! I love seeing turtles and ducks outside at the pond every morning! Beautiful balcony apartments, pools are gorgeous, fitness center is great.

This Is it very quiet community. The maintenance is very quick and swift to take care of my problems. Management is always there to hear whatever problems are situations I may have. My neighbors are very friendly kind and welcoming.

I’ve been here for the past 5 years. I love it here. It’s quiet, and I’ve never really had any issues. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they’re here. The office staff is awesome and they Always willing to assist you. The grounds are always presentable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Still love this place. My little paradise. Office staff is awesome and so is the maintenance crew. Things sure get done fast for the small issues like breaking my key and getting the toilet handle fixed. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven.

Beautiful community. Every store you need is so close. The staff is amazing and caring. The amenities are amazing and easy access. The apartments are spacious enough for two and beautifully designed.

Good price, wish it came with more lights and a ceiling fan though. Non renovated ones aren’t the best but you pay for what you get, it’s the only apartment I can afford.

Basically it is a nice development to live in. Being an older development, I believe it is time to upgrade the windows and doors to the complex. This would be another major improvement and draw more people in.

It's been peaceful and all my neighbors are friendly. It's a good place to walk around and feel comfortable, even at night. Neighbors just start a friendly conversation and it feels comfortable.
My husband and I have been living here for four months. It’s quiet and the community is very well kept. We love living here! The office staff are very friendly and helped a lot with getting information at a timely pace. We were so excited to be moving here.
My experience living here is not bad at all. Very quiet here and everyone respect you and your stuff. There are a lot of ducks lol. The ladies in the office are nice too.

Zero stars. Very unprofessional. Don't return calls or emails. Very over priced apartments for the size and condition. Reported things that didn't work properly at move in and never got anything done about them.
I love the views and how smoothly my move was, walking my dog around seeing how nice the complex is during the day has been my favorite thing so far , ive been able to park super close and the poop bags have been great to use all around
I really enjoy it here. The people living here are really nice. They stop and talk to me. The maintenance people go out of the way to get to know you well. They are here to help you. I’m very blessed to find this beautiful place.

My experience so far has been great with the complex the leasing office is very friendly and always puts the residents first I just recently renewed my lease and I do not regret it they are pet friendly and it is amazing
A year almost and feel happy here. Hard adjusting at the beginning but I was going through a lot. I love that maintenance drives in a golf cart around; a couple of times I needed help and I could just flag them down. They're always willing to help.
Maintenance can take a long time, and the office is not very responsive when emailed or called. Rent has also gone up unreasonably quickly in the past several years.
Love this place even more. Super nice staff and neighbors. Haven’t felt this much at home since I sold my house. Maintenance and lawn care always on top of things. Hoping that some pot holes and dead bush in front of my unit will be taken care off in the spring. Other than that its paradise.
Everything has been amazing so far. I just moved in and all the residents and office workers have been really nice and welcoming. The office workers have been especially helpful to me, since this is my first apartment, they have helped me better understand the ins and outs of apartment life.
The office personal are courteous and knowledgeable. The maintenance people are top notch, especially Abel. The grounds are well maintained kept up. Truley a nice place to reside. It is a quite complex and all the amenities that you could want is with a mile of the complex. Added bonus that the office did was bring in different food trucks for people to savor the different cuisine.
So far not good, water pressure is horrible and shower is either burning hot or cold no in between just moved here this month. All appliances are old as well.
I’ve been here over 4 years now and honestly I have never had any big issues. It’s a quiet community. My maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. I’ve met some really good people and the staff is amazing. There has been a few changes with management, but always the same service. I would recommend to anyone that this is the place to move.

The property upkeep and landscaping is good, quiet/quaint area. The receptionist are fairly knowledgeable but was very confused or uninformed on the mailboxing situation. Other than that, all is good!
Comfortable and peaceful. I enjoy the scenery and the wildlife ( ducks and squirrels ). The other tenants are friendly and nice. I am happy here.
I've just moved in and am very satisfied with the environment within the community as well as the cleanliness of the apartment. THe amenities are also a plus. I have been disappointed in the roaches that I have had to battle with. Also the first few days the apartment was filled with paint fumes that affected my breathing.
Was a great moving experience love the people and the community. Only been here for a day and I love it. Apartment is nice everything was well clean everything was just a plus for us
Very nice little community, love the food trucks that come by! And the dog area is nice/it's nice to walk around with my dog on the sidewalks :) the ladies at the office are always nice.

The staff has been great assisting with a quick and easy process. They are very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. I will be recommending The Monroe to friends.
The neighbors can be loud, and the rent has gotten pretty high in the last couple years. But the management changed recently and they are way better and more responsive than the previous.
