The staff was very professional and personal! They worked hard to get me approved and moved in within 2 weeks. Definitely recommend checking them out.
Ive been waiting to receive a phone call back since November of 2023… No one answer the phone or responds to emails… How can people move in if we don't know updates about anything
I really hate to come and leave a review like this. I applied at the beginning of August. Turned in all of my documents that were required and application fee. Since I did just start a new job. I was told I needed 4 pay stubs at the time I only had 2. No problem! They said I would be placed on the waiting list until they received 2 more. That following week. My kids were out from daycare due to being sick. I’m a single mom so I had no choice but to miss work. Luckily my job had great perks and was able to use pto that I worked for. My income was still the same using PTO just didn’t work the full 80 week. So they came back and said they could not use that pay stub. Ok no problem. Moving forward i have the next two pay stubs. I talked to them for two days making sure they had everything they needed even resent the stubs more then once. She said everything looked good, assigned me a Unit, move in date for Oct 23 and said she was sending everything to compliance when we got off the phone. This was Sept 22. She asked when I was looking to move. I stressed to her that my lease was ending and I work from home and have children So i’m looking to move soon. She said no worries the unit will be ready for Oct. 23. I said ok I can work with 3 weeks. I even asked If I should get another bedroom size to be able to move in on time. She said No they will be ready Oct 23rd. I had to put my Items in storage and also get a airbnb since I work from home and needed hard wire internet. Fast forward to a few days before the 23rd. No call or information about the move for signing lease or utilities. I called to check the status. Just to hear we are still missing a document. When I asked her what it was, it was a document I already sent over. Not only was my paper work never sent over and no call or communication since Sept 22nd. She also said my move in date had changed to January 15 and my unit number also changed. This is very unfortunate and inconvenient for my kids and I. Makes it even worse is to see people have moved in already. I am out of more money making sure my kids and I are straight until it was ready to move in just to tell us now it’s January 15th. Airbnbs are not cheap, paying a storage unit to hold a 3BR apartment. I’ve continued to keep bills going since I was moving soon and easier to just transfer. This has put me in a financial headache that I wasn’t prepared for. This is just simply unacceptable. No empathy for the situation this has put my kids and I in now
This would be the 3rd apartment complex I’ve applied at with good customer service . Definitely looking forward to moving in soon .
The application process is very easy, the property is beautiful and the customer service is impeccable?? the office management was very eager to get all my paperwork processed immediately & made me feel like family! I saw this property on this website and called to inquire. Ms. Mack was so pleasant during our phone call. She asked me to send documents so that she could see if I qualified. Afterwards, I was scheduled to come in to complete the paperwork. Ms. Carla and Ms. Desiree are so professional and pleasant. Although, the property is still under construction, I know it will be a beautiful community. Ms. Carla and Ms. Desiree described the landscape of the property and the units. I know this will be a great place to call home!
First. I am new to Huntsville, I reached out to the property in need of something right away. I called and boy oh boy the experience was real. The community is still under construction I met at the off site office. Professionalism at it's best. Thank you to the Community Director for your help. it was an amazing experience to see smiling faces and someone there to answer all your questions. This is going to be a beautiful Community with a beautiful staff. This property is income restricted, so I was over qualified, but meeting people with beautiful attitudes and experience made me glad I checked it out. Thank you Ms. Mack for making me feel welcomed in my new city.
