I like to live there, but these problems are popping up like homeless people walking around late at night, people breaking into vehicles, do we even have security there.? If so, how often do they check around, once in the in the night.? As far as I know I don't see any security around in the evening or late at night. It needs to be solve.

This is my second year renewing in this apartment complex. In good conscious, I cannot recommend Mont44 do anyone seeking to lease one of their units. The appearance of the complex can become very unseemly with garbage blowing around parking lots and people who are unhygienic with their garbage disposal bags. Many of them do not tie them closed causing unsightly seepage at dumpsters. Mini simply put them on the ground instead of in the dumpsters and other neighbors root through the trash. There are not enough people to clean up the grounds and dumpsters. Service maintenance requests are not serviced in a timely fashion a majority of the time. There are very little perks to be had at this apartment complex.

Llevo viviendo 4 meses y no e tenido calefacción en el invierno ni aire acondicionado en verano , los baños en mal estado con fuga de agua y producto de eso techo de la cocina agrietado con salidero de agua, no dan soluciones , la administración no devuelve los llamados y no hay mantención llevo días sin agua caliente , no lo recomiendo para nada.

MONT 44 is relatively a quiet community. In my opinion, there is a lot to be desired for improvements. Answering their telephones would be a good start instead of the majority of the time you have to leave a message or appear in person in the front office if you need to get something done or heard on many occasions. In my experience, they also do not follow up when they tell you they will call you back with information.

Horrible!!!
Management is the worst. Apartments are in terrible disrepair. Things stay broke and never get fixed. No matter how many times you ask for things to be fixed they never ever come fix them. Yet they increase the rent yearly by $200. Sad place to live.

For the most part, I like living at MONT 44. It is a quiet neighborhood and I like peace and quiet. I do not like the shortage of maintenance staff and also that the management office does not return calls. Most times I have to physically go to the office too, follow up on any maintenance requests or other issues that have arisen. A better system should be in place to communicate with renters to ensure that matters are handled promptly and phone calls are returned.

Maintenance is always so polite. They come in do the work and then go always quick and informative. They also listened to what I had to say and did not just ignore me. Really pleased. The repair they did was better than any repair we had gotten done in the past on the same problem. I do not believe I will ever have to call again.

If you're ok with waiting 7-16 months for maintenance while your apartment becomes a living health hazard, Jefferson Crossing is for you. And trust me... you will need maintenance with the upkeep of this place. If you could find other apartments, I will say these aren't worth even half the price.

The staff at Jefferson Crossing have been always helpful with anything we need, any questions we have and maintenance that needs to be done.
