Great management! Very attentive to residents! Beautiful and safe environments. Units are beautiful! Just transferred to the Plan D and it is a beauty! Maintenance takes care of situations asap. Even with my unit transfer no issues with noisy neighbors! Very peaceful.

Love it here. It's well kept and clean. The photos are actually what it looks like.

Parking is first come, first served, they've increased rent prices to where no one can really afford living here despite financial struggles in these trying times. Better off finding something better.

I love how personable everyone in the office is, and they really genuinely care about their tenants. Maintenance is prompt and so helpful day or night. The grounds are kept so ethereal and pleasant. There are beautiful tropical flowers and lush landscaping every lush landscaping everywhere you walk, I I'm so impressed by this small apartment complex. I'm definitely home now

I can finally say I am HOME!!! I absolutely love my apartment and move in was a beeze. The office staff really went out of their way to make the transition of moving very pleasant for me. The property is GORGEOUS and the dog park is a dream come true for us. Now the Yoga and brunch well that is just icing on the cake!!! They are also very prompt about addressing matters which I greatly appreciate. I am truly impressed overall and finally feel at home.

Never have I been so disrespected by a property supervisor. Not only does EVERYTHING break, but you will be met with disrespect and attitude when you try to fix the sitiuation. DO NOT GET STUCK LIVING HERE! You will regret it.

I have been here for 3 months. The office personal are very friendly. They take care of any problems that arise in a very prompt time. Parking is well lighted. Love the up grades. Quite and great neighbors.

We moved in about 6 months ago and LOVE our new home! Everything is brand new and beautiful! The rooms are spacious. The kitchen ihas plenty of counter and cabinet space. It is my new favorite room. There is also a pretty cool dog run. My only issue would be that there is a ton of green space. The need for pet waste stations would keep these areas free of dog poo. Other than that, we love it. The management staff is great! They through great little holiday parties for the children in our friendly apartment community.

The staff is amazing, they always take care of my issues & I'm so glad I'm here in this beautiful new renovated apartments everything is high quality and custom built I'm so glad I was around thro the renovation its beautiful & amazing the new management is amazing and I love love love my apartment. Half to give this AA Property a 10 star...

Although they are going through transitions with the appearance and making it look better the management is still horrible . they don't give you notices when there fixing the water or a/c they just cut it off and have you sweating in your own house unable to cook or do anything you call them and all they do is give you attitude . the rent goes up every year due to new management and it's ridiculous they enforce security for maybe about 3 weeks to a month after that you don't see them at all. my car has gotten vandalize by kids and they did nothing about it even though they found the child's parents . where was security then ? this is not the place you wanna be it's beautiful but it will cause you more pain than anything , the amount they are charging you for rent you might as well rent you a house pay mortgage it's not worth it living here . i honestly can't wait till the day my lease is up .

Undergoing renovations. New management is neglectful & unprofessional. Raised rent $300 to stay in an old unit. Terrible parking lots with no lines and pot holes. Random water & AC shut offs, no warning or compensation to loss of water/power/AC/parking. Have had my car broken into twice & my grill stolen off my porch. No porch lights for almost 2 months at my building now. Graffiti everywhere. Laundry rooms are vandal targets. Have had my clothes thrown on the floor while the washer and dryer were still running through the cycle. Neighbors play loud music till 1-2am and have broken beer bottles smashing off their porch weekdays & weekends. The downstairs porches flood every time it rains. The renovation workers catcall and litter. The windows, doors, & tubs that were replaced in my unit were not sealed properly & left huge holes in the walls. They aren't enough dumpsters so trash is strewn across the property almost daily. I asked for a porch light because I'm terrified at night when I have to make it home after dark and the office told me to "deal with it like every one else".

When we moved in the apartment a ( 3 bd 2 ba) was already in poor shape. The flooring was messed up and there was/is mold in the kitchen and bathrooms that was just scrubbed/painted over after an issued complaint. After living there for two weeks we had a rat infestation. We were put on a list for extermination and were told that if we wanted traps we could pick them up at the office ourselves. They did finally come to exterminate the rats after three months of being put on their list. When our downstairs neighbor moved out cockroaches moved up. We had to call every week to be on the list for pest control for well over a year and my ex roommates are still fighting the roach problem. The office staff are rude and do not handle complaints well and take a long time to resolve those issues. With every new manager there seems to be new policies and fees. Living at these apartments you aren't allowed to have a satellite dish, your blinds open or be broken, and nothing on your porch/balcony. These violations have a cost. Satellite will cost you $150, the fee for the porch was $25 and a blind broken is $35-$75. The larger blinds, if broken, will cost you the $75 but don't let them charge you that, the place they buy them from you can buy it yourself for $9.98 plus tax. FYI cable companies that are dish-less are not available in this area and because the apartment does not allow satellite dishes the $150 is a fee and they remove the dish. I'm sure those cancelation fees to your current provider won't be to much. The parking is a complete mess and the spaces are really small. If you have anything bigger than a car you're going to have problems getting in and out of the parking lot. There also is not enough spaces for tenants. The apartment issued permit stickers and rules for parking(cannot back in to spaces) and inforce towing when we first moved in. Now they only issue one permit per apartment for free and any more will cost $25 each. When there are changes in policies they give you the notice at night and only give you 24 hours to resolve issues yourself for their new implemented rule. Our apartment had/has A/C problems. Our living room and kitchen area is always hot, anytime day/night. When we complained we were told that we have to close the vents in the rest of the apartments to cool off those parts of it. We feel this shouldn't be an issue. If you like new extra fees and nonsense arbitrary rules, then yes live here. If you are asking me I would say don't.
