My experience has been great thus far. It’s very quiet, not a lot of traffic. I have great neighbors and feel safe. The neighborhood in general is great. I am big on stranger danger so feeling this confident living here is big for me.

I really like the apartments and the people who work here is great , my only complaint is because there are too many people who doesn’t care about the appearance of their balcony having clothes and dirty things out , and the recurring smell of food all the time that I can only imagine that some people are not very clean

Good apartment complex for the most part. Nice amenities with a fitness center, theatre, basketball court and pool. Nice parks and trails that surround the complex that one can also access. Except for the mailbox incident, the apartment complex is a really nice area. Quiet and peaceful.

I am a very picky person and I love living at Montage apartments. This complex is well maintained, good parking available, trash service, extermination, timely maintenance, reasonable security, nice apartments, well maintained pool and Fitness center. The staff here are very nice to work with and the manager is outstanding. I like it so well here that I have lived here for 10 years and have no complaints and no desires to leave for another place.

Brandy and the Montage staff are incredible. They always make us feel like we live in a community of people who care about each other. Anytime there is anything that needs fixing, it is promptly and kindly addressed. They are the best. It has been a very pleasant nearly 10 years of living here.

I’ve been a resident here for about a year. Amazing community with wonderful amenities. The maintenance team is quick and prompt when it comes to getting things fix. Issues are resolved within 24 hours. This is a great place to call "home".

I liked this residential complex from my first visit here, I immediately felt at home. The territory of the complex is very green and well-groomed. Even the air here is special. Our two-bedroom apartment is spacious, clean, all equipment is in good condition. At the moment we like everything and have no complaints.

Our experience so far has been great. Staff is great and the process was smooth. I love how accommodating the staff is. I wish the units were more upgraded, it would be worth the price. What makes it worth it is the amenities and the area.
